Amazing auto glass repair shop. They confirmed my appointment, arrived at my work on time, and did an amazing job in a timely manner.The other companies I was referred by my insurance carrier both cancelled morning of my apt. They re all over the TV so don t use them, use these guys.

City wide auto glass is an amazing business.Yesterday a sustained a cracked windshild from a rock while driving on the freeway in my brand new vehicle. I was referred to Citywide auto glass by my insurance company.I called for an Appointment, spoke with Mark, he asked a few questions to determine if my windshield needed to be repaired or replaced and insurance information. I was pleasantly surprised that my repair was scheduled for the same day, the technician was prompt and friendly, he made the repair in minutes.The customer service I received was top notch from beginning to end. Mark, the manager really helped me in dealing with my insurance claims department, very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!Thank you Mark and the tech who made the repairs.

I had a leak into my car so took it back to Citywide thinking it could be the recent windshield installation. The techs were able to determine a clog in the sunroof drain and took the time to clear it. Above and beyond for sure I am very appreciative of their efforts. Customer for life.

Sometimes it's not how smoothly every thing goes, but how the company handles issues that do come up. I had to have my windshield replaced because of a rock that fell off a gravel truck and left a large star. Citiwide installed a replacement only to discover that it had a few small scratches in it. They replaced it again and then calibrated the cameras for my adaptive cruise control. I can't say enough good things about these good people.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my eyes on Safelite for a repair to a nickel-sized chip/crack in my windshield. Their quote was quite high, and even higher for what they touted as the "premium" fix. I was at a bit of a loss given I wanted to mitigate further damage but wasn't comfortable forking out that kind of cash.Enter Citywide Auto Glass, and boy...was I blown away by the kindness, professionalism and result.Let me tell you about Mattie, one of the glass techs at Citywide Auto. From the moment I arrive, he engages me in spirited talk about my car - he doesn't waste my time, he's just genuinely stoked about our shared love of driving. As he's evaluating the damage to my windshield, he takes care to manage my expectations, explain the process, and indicate that even where some of the damage is visible, a fix here will mitigate further damage. We talk cars for a quick minute before he shakes my hand, respectfully drives my car into their repair bay, and gets to work.25 minutes later, he drives my car up to the front. When I say I wish I had taken a picture of the before, it's only because I sincerely lament the missed opportunity to share with you how absolutely floored I was with the repair. Imagine my excitement when this young tech, who had adequately managed my expectations, presents a windshield that looks near immaculate. You genuinely could not tell there was damage in the first place (and this was a pretty nasty chip I took from a flying rock traveling at 65MPH).Sometimes it's not about the product itself, but about making a customer feel valued. Not only did Mattie take every step to do his best work on my car, but I felt like a human being - not just a number - throughout the entire process. I mean, look - this guy had me in and out of Citywide in half an hour - he doesn't HAVE to treat me anyway at all with that timeline. Could've just grabbed my keys, phoned it in, and punched a ticket. But he took the time to make me feel valued. If this is the caliber of work and professionalism Citywide encourages, they've earned my business (hopefully not too frequently) for life.10/10, might try and take a rock to the windshield just to visit Mattie again.Service: Auto windshield repair

Oscar from the Kearny Mesa branch arrived at my home early in the 8 A.M.-12 P.M. wait period to replace my car's windshield. He was friendly and professional. Did a very nice job in about an hour. Great service and skilled repair at a realistic price.Had two small road gravel stellate cracks my windshieldand was afraid of growth of the crack in the cold weather at Mammoth.Was planning on going to the windshield chain with commercials and a jingle but Citywide was recommended by a friend. Phenomenal recommendation. Friendly service and quick professional estimate. Even recommended that I go through my insurance which would be at no cost.Brought the car in, after procrastinating in calling my insurance, and had a quick 1/2 hour fix. Paid the reasonable $100 bill. Great repair and would highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great company, the girls in the office, Sara and Tori were so competent and professional, they went above and beyond to help me get the payment from the other party responsible. Replaced my Fiat windshield OEM at a very competitive price. My Installer was amazing, quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Citywide for any glass needs. 5 stars all the way. Mark at Citywide helped us with our Oregon customer, who was in California. He was honest about the necessary repair, did great work, and was super personable! If you're in SoCal and need auto glass work, I highly recommend Citywide!

Prices are the best! Mobile installation included and taxes were apart of the quote. Saved me $$$ compared to a competitor. The service tech was very knowledgeable. Told me that whoever replaced my window last, broke my clips and did not glue the bottoms half of my window. Honest service and would highly recommend.

Update: They made up for their mess up by giving my husband a good deal and they were receptive and professional about it so I added another star. If needed, we might go back to them again, but with caution.--I only added an extra star because of their competitive prices and supposedly "quick accommodation", but in my experience they have terrible service!!! It is my husband's car that needs the windshield repaired so we switched cars since I am off today and could wait for them at home. I had another appointment today but changed my entire morning around so that I could be home and wait for them. After waiting 3 long hours, no one showed up nor called me to let me know they were having any issues. They didn't even call my husband who made the appointment because he had to ask me if anyone came to fix his windshield. Now I need to drive across the county to his work so that we can switch cars AGAIN so that they can fix his windshield there. They apologized nicely to my husband, but what a waste of my morning and an inconvenience! It does not seem like the company is the one providing the service because their excuse was that this has "happened to other people" and they had "trouble getting information out to dispatch" so depending what "contractor" gets "the call" from them is who you're going to get.

A huge Thank You to Mark and his employees for helping my daughter today. I live in North Eastern CA., and my daughter is in San Diego. She called me with a leaky sunroof as my wife and I are also in the business, I made some calls and got a stellar recommendation to call Citywide Auto Glass. Mark was great on the phone and said "send her in", I did and they fixed her car up in no time! The customer service and helping out someone you have never met speaks volumes of you and your company! I highly recommend you call Citywide Auto Glass if you are in need. Next time we are in town to visit we will be by to thank you in person!

Great friendly service and very easy to work with. I called and scheduled my repair. I requested OEM windshield replacement so they had to order but it was recieved within a day. I came in and got my windshield replaced and calibrated all within a couple hours. Definitely will be coming back!

The staff and the technicians seam to go out of their way to make the process as pleasant as possible. Even with Insurance, I was not enthused about replacing the windshield on a new vehicle with less than 500 miles. This is a great place. I was really nervous about getting my windshield replaced. For no reason. Shane is top notch. Professional and fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. Also, I had shopped around, and the price was very reasonable.

My windshield ding turned into a big crack within minutes. They were prompt in getting me in. Not only did they do a great job, they put my new windshield wipers on for me. Great group of people and the level of customer service is like no other.

Yet another stray rock on highway 15 took out yet another one of my windshields! All though my granddaughter was late for her appointment , Carlos the installer was patient, calm and understanding. I highly recommend citywide AutoGlass. From the initial quote over the phone to delivery and installation the entire process went "smooth as glass"..! the technician who installed my glass was courteous, professional and did an amazing job saving the moulding around my windshield which I thought was not saveable! his 29 years of experience in auto glass replacement really shined through! I will not go anywhere else for my future autoglass needs!

Very few times you enjoy paying for an unexpected expense. This is one of those times. From the moment I called Citywide, Sarah was extremely helpful in giving me an accurate quote over the phone. She called the dealer with my VIN number to make sure I get the exact same windshield. She told me the technician would be arriving the same day between 1-5PM. Just as expected, I received a called from Helio around 3:50 letting me know that he would be arriving in 10 minutes. As soon as he arrived he inspected my car and said it was going to be ready in 40 minutes. I decided to stay with him while he replaced the windshield and oh boy was I in for a big surprise. It was like watching an artist at work. While we talked, it seemed that the sequence of events had already unfolded in his mind. Like an experienced surgeon, Helio knew exactly what he needed to get the job done. He went back and forward to his truck, using the tools to perfection and carefully replaced the windshield. What a pleasure watching him work! I began to think to myself, if only everyone in this world had the passion that Helio demonstrated for his trade, the world would be a better place. Before the 40 minutes were up, Helio was done and with a big smile he left. I truly give Kudos to Citywide glass for having excellent service and passionate technicians like Helio. I would 100% Highly recommend them.
