THE WORST. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.Nick was incredible and responsive when I coordinated with him to get my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, his mobile service did thousands of dollars of damage around the perimeter of my windwhield, including a slice on the interior of my dashboard next to the windshield. When I showed my car to the dealership, they told me that they were going to have to remove the windshield, and sand and repaint the top portion of my car, as well as replace the entire top dashboard since it is one piece. Nick will not return my texts or phone calls and I am now unfortunately having to get legal services involved.

Great service, highly recommend! Backstory: I had a huge crack in my windshield, so I called a few places who told me I needed to come into their shop to recalibrate the sensors and quoted me a pretty heavy price. As soon as I called Chief Auto Glass, Nick was very informative and didn't give me any BS. He told me that my car didn't need a recalibration and that he can do the replacement at my location the very next day. Him and his team took less than 30 minutes to replace my windshield AND it was more in-budget than the other shops. On top of everything, he was really nice! They replaced my cracked windshield in less than 30 minutes, came to my house which was convenient, and they were a great price. After gathering multiple quotes they were either cheaper or the same as competitors but they offer free chip fixing and other things like leaks in the event that it happens which other places did not offer. I definitely recommend them and their services for anything auto glass related!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Chief Auto Glass really came through for me. I called them at 9am and by 11:15am they had come to my house and replaced my windshield at a very reasonable cost. 28M, Retail workerSynapsis: They left my car with no windshield, hood popped open, wipers and tools in the street so they could go back to get the right glass. They should have called so I could stand out their with my car.They installed the wrong glass anyway, and I only noticed because the mirror housing wasn t attached properly (rain sensor and safety sensors wouldn t have worked). They rattled off lie after lie as to why everything was fine which told me they messed up and tried to cover it up. They put on the old glass and put up a stink about putting my wipers, hood cover and other bits back on. Idk about their technical skill because I never got that far, but as customer service and honesty goes, they re garbage.I m just going to write the series of events or else this post would be too long.-Quoted $300 a few weeks prior than quoted $350 when I called again but they did honor the original $300.-The guy got started on my windshield and was nice enough to ask me about my front facing camera to make sure it was ok the way he set it. I didn t think about it before so I m glad he check in.-I came out about 30min later he was nowhere to be found. Widows were down, no windshild, tools and wipers on the ground, car hood popped open. He had gone back to get the correct glass, which is fine, I would have understood and just chilled by my car. Poor judgment to leave my car completely open to theft. I told him it wasn t cool to leave my car like that and that he should have called me saying he needed to get the correct glass. I would have left a 3.5 star for that.-about 15 min later he called saying he was done. I paid and he drove off. I noticed that the housing to the rear view mirror wasn t on properly and tried to fix it. After some playing around I realized that the mirror was 1in too low from the over head light housing that the mirror connects to. I called the dude back and we sat in the car playing with it. This is where the lying comes in.-First it was there s a piece missing-Then it was, this is how it was- Then it was this is how it s going to be we can t adjust where the mirror sits (You have to take the mirror off to put the glass in.)-After going back and forth and calling his boss, I made up my mind that it was the wrong windshield or else the mirror housing would sit right on the ceiling (it was completely loose and rattling around)-When I asked for a solution I was told that they d get an OEM glass in a week for $1200 (which is Screw you pricing) or they take the windshield and put the old one back. I argued about that for a minute but decided to take the old windshield back. Here is another flood of lies.-First it was ok we ll take our glass back but I already threw yours out. I could see my car wash sticker in the truck and VW in the corner, it was mine glass.-By this Time I was on the phone with a new place and they asked for the new glass part number and the chief auto guy wouldn t say a word or tell me the part number cuz he new it was the wrong windshield. The new glass guy on the phone couldn t believe what was going on and how ridiculous it was.-I got Chief auto to put the old s back in but I had to ask him to put ALL my stuff back together, the wipers, the hood housing, the rain gutters cuz he was going to leave my car in pieces. He put up a stink and started mouthing off about the situation.I m shocked and insulted that they couldn t just own up that they got the wrong glass. We all make mistakes it would have been annoying but WAY better than this situation.Idk about their technical skill because I never got that far, but as customer service and honesty goes, they re garbage.Service: Auto windshield replacement

10 starts for Chief Auto Glass. I called this morning and The customer service is outstanding, result is unbelievable (the cracks are basically invisible), prices are very reasonable, and it couldn't have happened faster. I called in the morning and by lunch time it was completed around my schedule at a location that i picked. Best money i've spent to fix anything. Wonderful, smart, talented technicians. I called about 6-7 Auto Glass places and they were the only ones to have the windshield for my make and model. They were really friendly the whole time they came to my apartment about 30 minutes after I called and only took about 30 minutes for the replacement. Great Price. Great Quality. Went in for a broken passenger door glass. Rod was beyond helpful and exceptional. He went above and beyond with helping me with my window repair. Cleaned out the shattered glass from my car. Would highly recommend coming here for any broken window needs!!!!! I had a great experience with Chief Auto Glass. Within 2 hrs of calling, Nick and his business partner were able to come to my house to replace my windshield, all for a great price. The next day it was pouring rain out and there were no issues. Highly recommend!

Great prices, outstanding service, friendly people! Plus they come to you unlike the oneBlankblank repair, blankblank replace. With that one you have to bring your car to them and they charge over double what Chief Auto Glass charges.

Was looking for different quotes on a windshield replacement and was lucky enough to stumble upon these guys. I spoke with Frank who was thorough and professional and the two gentlemen who came to do the replacement were extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient! Replacement was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you very much, highly recommend! Extremely affordable!

I am super impressed with these guys. They were fast, professional and friendly. On top of that their price was way less than what I paid for the same windshield a few years ago and they came to my home to fix it on site. I had a crack in my windshield and called in I worked with Nick who gave me a great price and was able to get it worked on the next day! The whole process only took about 30 min to replace my entire windshield! I definitely recommend.

These guys were great. After my wife was mistreated by another company she called Chief Auto Glass, right away her experience was great. She said they were very nice and accommodating. They were able to come out within 4 hours on a Saturday. I watched the removal and install and they worked in perfect synchronization of team work and obviously have been doing this a very long time. They were not the least expensive but not the most, right in the middle, but they had perfect customer service, a great install, and will be my goto guys in the future for any chips or replacements on any of my vehicles. Got a few quotes for replacing my windshield, they were the most affordable and even had an opening on the same day. The windshield looks amazing, they were really professional and came even earlier than schedule. I was really impressed and I highly recommend them!

I called them and explained I had a broken side window and he told me he could be out between three and four to fix it for me. He showed up a few minutes early. Nick and Frank are awesome guys! Very professional and kind! You can tell they love what they do and that they love life in general! It was a pleasure to meet them.
