I cannot speak highly enough about Carrillo and Sons. Daniel took such excellent care of not only my car but helping me with an adjuster. I had no idea what to do and he ensured I was reimbursed and taken care of every step of the way. I got my car back early, communication was fantastic, and my car looked brand new. Absolutely can t say enough about how highly I recommend this team.

Brought in my Audi Q5 2023 after being involved in a hit and run, was concerned since my insurance initially recommended a European car specialist, but I found this place had great reviews and decided to bring it here. Staff was extremely nice and helped me every step of the process. They clearly communicated on the time and what was being done, even during a slight delay ( two day difference ) they still communicated and tried their best to get my car as soon as possible. They did the job faster than I was quoted at other shops and my car looks just like it did when I initially got it off the lot and left it spotless once I returned it. They also helped with returning my rental once their job was done.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and the best body work I've ever seen! I am very hard to please when it comes to my vehicles, but Carrillo & Sons have consistently turned out perfect work. From repairing minor door dings to a major accident with multiple body panel repairs this shop has returned my vehicle looking brand new with zero signs of prior damage.

Carrillo & Sons gave me a better bid than other places. Ricardo was very easy to talk to and I felt like he really listened to what I wanted done and he delivered. The whole team did an excellent job at fixing my truck door and when I picked up my truck I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned it out as well.

Carrillo & Sons were great to work with repairing the rear bumper on our Honda Civic after a minor fender bender. We set up an appointment to drop our vehicle off only a couple days after calling, they handled the insurance claim for the repair cost that was above the initial estimate, and had our vehicle back to us 4 days later. Highly recommended for auto body repair work.

I don t ever speak negatively of any business especially family owned businesses, i believe mistakes happen and it is a part of life. But this mistake cost me.I had brought in my car for repairs to my Lexus front bumper due to a collision caused by another driver. On top of the front bumper damage, I had also mentioned that my engine was making strange noises due to the accident, so I had also told Carrillo and Sons about it multiple times to make sure it was checked out. I was told that there were no issues with my car (engine), but soon after getting my car back (from the initial front bumper damage), I drove my car for about a day and immediately heard the noise again. I called back and had told them the same issues occurred and was told to take it to a mechanical shop, due to them being an auto body shop. I had taken it to a mechanic and was told my head gasket was blown and was told by my mechanic he does not believe the car was checked upon properly. What was frustrating was the fact that I had mentioned this noise multiple times and wanted to be checked out, and still was told they could not see an issue when they were fixing my vehicle. Now having to deal with insurance they had told me since the mechanical issues were not mentioned in the estimate Carrillo and sons gave me, I would have to pay out of pocket for my repairs which would be around 5-8 thousand. I will say they are extremely nice and communicated well while repairs were happening. But do to them missing a huge issue to my car I would have to give them a lower rating.

As a young woman, I cannot tell you how many times I used the services of unscrupulous auto mechanics who took advantage of my good nature and naivete. Fast forwarding to the 21st Century, my husband found Carrillo & Sons and we've used their services several times over the last couple of decades. They are trustworthy, professional and reassuring. On our last visit there, our car had been nearly totaled. They were able to bring it back to a sterling condition and we are still able to enjoy driving this car to this day. It suits all our recreational and professional needs. Highly recommend the folks at Carrillo. Got my car back from Carrillo and Sons today and she looks fantastic!These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work being done and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and fresh cookies in the waiting area is always a nice touch. If you need quality body work done in San Diego, this is the place!Edit: 7/26/22 Needed some paint work recently so brought my car back to C&S. They ve changed locations but their quality hasn t. Still top notch, and I wouldn t bring my car anywhere else in San Diego!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We usually encounter businesses that do a great job, but it is amazing to see a business that not only provides a service or product for just enough, but treats customers like their own.We decided to support a local business, and brought our Toyota Tacoma here.To say that they had their work cut out for them is an understatement.And even after bumping into unknown difficulties, they went above and beyond to make sure the truck was ready as soon as possible; and left it better than it had been.Here at Carrillo & Sons Collision Center they are guided by a great sense of service that transcends customer care. Best place I've found. They do very good quality work. I worked with Daniel he kept in contact with me with all the updates on my car in a timely manner, he's very helpful and polite. I've took my car in here twice so far for moderate damage around my front bumper. Both times they fixed my Jetta I couldn't even tell it was smashed the paint matched up pretty dam good. Nice doing business with them just cross my fingers my car doesn't get smashed again.

This is my 1st time here and I must say that Carrillos is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!1. I was greeted with a warm hello from everyone. There are smiles happiness and a very good vibe.2. They have the cutest pets and Princess Sofia is the cutest thing ever!!!! The fact that they allow pets at work is great...no stress here.3. The waiting area is fabulous....there is a comfortable couch, chairs, coffee with all the fixings, candy, tea, water, coloring books, reading materials....you won't go bored or hungry...lol....not that I waited long but it's one of the best waiting areas I've experienced.My rep Blaine is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.4. The bathrooms are Clean and not like usual auto body or mechanic's bathroom....this actually has soap, tissue, decorations, flowers, air freshener, lotion, and papertowles.5. The owner is on site..in the building, and very interactive with customers. She is amazing and awesome!!!6. Also...this a woman owned and a family business!I was unfortunately rear-ended and the person's insurance listed Carrillos as one of their top 5 chouces....I researched and read all of the reviews and Carrillos is the BEST! I will recommend Carrillo's to anyone needing body work.

I was highly recommended to use this repair shop and I was completely impressed by the easy of working with them and the quality of the work. I now understand why they came so highly recommended and I will now also recommend them highly to all my friends, family and clients. The best way to describe working with Carrillo & Sons was that it was an experience of being completely taken care of, listened to and they constantly went out of their way to accommodate or help. I never had a repair shop email and text me the progress of the work. I never had my vehicle repaired in the time that it was promised and they did both. Was recommended another place before this one, after terrible service and bad communication I found Carrillo and Son s. They were excellent with their communication and notified me about the process every step of the way. Even got gifted a goodie bag when everything was said and done. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went here to replace my bumper. Ricardo was very helpful and efficient. They kept me up to date on when the parts were ordered, what other work needed done, and estimated completion date. Was really happy with the results too, the paint match is perfect. +1 for family owned and operated as well.

They do amazing work, I took my SUV in after someone hit it. They had availability right away and only took a few days to fix my bumper. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. If you need body work done I highly recommend Carrillo and Sons.

I was rear ended and brought my car to Carrillo and Sons. Once completed, the car looked brand new. They did a great job and the entire team provided great customer service. Incredible customer service, clearly well-knowledgable, and great communication. I needed a ride to get a rental car and when the rental place took too long to send someone out and pick me up, Carillo & Sons called then twice before just ordering me an uber. I just had the most amazing experience with Carrillo & Sons Collision Specialists! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, understanding, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They are so easy to work with!I was given a written estimate and when the job was completed, they told me the charges did not come out to be as high as the estimate. I have never experienced that before!!!The repairs they did were to perfection and more! Out of 5 stars rating, I would give them 100. They went way above and beyond! I highly recommend them! Can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of this business. Stayed in communication throughout the repairs.All staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely incredible customer service! Everyone was welcoming, kind and generous every time I was in the office. The level of detail and quality of work is unmatched. Customer satisfaction was placed at the highest level. The work took about a week to complete and the communication was outstanding during the process. I have never been treated so well as a customer. This is a true family owned business and several other customers also raved about quality of work and the level of detail. This business deserves the highest accolades!! They have set the bar really high, especially for a work on a relatively new vehicle.

I've used Carrillo & Sons twice, and the work on my car has been exemplary. Their quotes have been very competitive. They finished under budget both times, and they've delivered on time. As I always do when approaching a car repair shop, I arrived with angst over being taken advantage of or oversold on services. I worried for nothing in this case. This shop is honest, fast working, and interacting with the staff on-site was a joy. Really great people, generous and explained repairs without talking down to the less experienced. Very small own business. They were very accommodating with all my questions, and never gave me an I don't know. Customer service was great the employees were polite and professional. Me and my husband will definitely be using them for all our car repairs while we're still in San Diego.
