I had a blowout and my vehicle was being towed to a different shop that my insurance company uses, but on the way there I just happened to be recommended to this place . I asked if they did good work and he said, "the best".....He wasn't lying, this place was incredible. the customer service from everyone was phenomenal. Not only was Vic helpful but he was also attentive to the details, which in my opinion, is what separates great from exceptional. The other two ladies there were there were not ones to be left behind. Liz and Letty were extremely knowledgeable and nothing but rays of sunshine on a otherwise cloudy day. Together with Vic's vehicle specific knowledge and the girls professionalism and attentiveness to providing spectacular customer service, my negative was turned into a positive. Now thanks to this team and whoever was in the trenches out back my car is actually better than it was before it went in. I would recommend this place over and over again for whatever car work you need done and i mean whatever, thanks for Hpd Kit install and soon to come upgrades. GO HERE! Jose and his team went above and beyond to get us our car back complete and in a timely manner. His team was very responsive, kept us in the loop and happily answered our questions. 10/10 would recommend and let them fix my car again.

My Kia Optima was In the shop after An accident. It was recommended I take it here and I am happy I did as it was a great experience. Liz in the front office was great and very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. I also appreciate them walking me through what was fixed with the car. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you

Brought my truck in because I got into a lil accident that ended being a lot of damage. Thought for sure it couldn t be fix. I took a shot and brought it here after some careful reviews and I must say I am absolutely impressed! Will definitely recommend this shop to any and all!!!!

CCF did a great job on repairing and upgrading my Lexus to look like new. Vick and his team did an outstanding job, they communicated clearly and were able to do a custom Lexus grill upgrade. I would highly recommend CCF for anyone in SD!

After getting into a horrible accident I was recommended California collision and I m so glad I brought my car here. They did such a great job and kept me in the loop while dealing with my insurance company. They even helped me out with my rental and the office staff was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the manager Elizabeth who made this process so much easier!

I had a really bad experience at this place. They keep telling me one thing and then do another. They did not keep their word on anything that was told to me. Alot of back and forth, when I got my car back it had not been detailed like they said it was going to be. Secondly, they have car parts that do not belong to me inside my car. When I went to go get my car back, had issues with certain lights that came on when they told me it will be ready when I made the confirmation prior to the day before. I had a really bad experience with them. They drove my car to my husband work with complete empty gas when I took it there it did not have an empty tank. My car still does not have all car parts that were told to me that will be fixed once they come in. I am disappointed in the work and the outcome of my car. My car has been with this company for almost 2 months, and I have car parts still missing. I will never take my car back to this place again. A big disappointment and I wish I could of went elsewhere. Communication was not the best at all. I have to keep calling them and getting updates. A lot of different stories were being told to me and my husband. I hope they will not give this type of service to anyone else. Maybe I just had the worse experience with them, and I hope to be the last one.

I took my car there everywhere I went they said it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg Vic was amazing it was a simple aux battery that was bad ended up costing me only 200$ for my car that even replacing a window on my car would be over 3 grand.Vic was honest and told me don t worry it s just a battery and he was right.Thank you California collision factory I recommend this place to everyone and ask for VicService: Battery

Really great guy, good morals only outmatched by his even better work ethic. Would recommend any and all to come here, he s seriously an upstanding citizen of society. He installed and painted a new rear bumper on my Prius, as well as under te d the front, in just one day. Hopefully I won t have to see him again (lol) but if the time comes I m glad to have his services available to me.

While nobody likes to need auto bodywork, Roland and his team made my experience painless and positive. My Tesla Y looks brand new! Roland was able to inspect, quote the front and back bumper repairs, and schedule my car in one quick visit, and the car was ready a full day before they had promised. In addition to exceptional service, their pricing was better than the other shops I had visited. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to this place to get my rear bumper fixed and I wasn t disappointed. The people there are very nice and the maintenance people did a really good job. I got my bumper replaced and they also matched the color on the bumper to its original color and you can t even notice I got a whole new bumper. Brought my car here after I was rear ended, searched for shops all over the place and found these guys, super attentive to the phones, they never missed a call. The floor manager Roland N. was fantastic through and through. He provided above and beyond service, answered every question honestly and thoroughly, and got my car back to me extremely fast. This shop really goes above and beyond for its customers and stands behind their work guaranteed. I had an accident while doing Uber. I was able to rent a car to continue with ride share, but I wanted my car back. Roland got my car finished in record time. I don t usually leave reviews but the service was exceptional here. Roland was extremely attentive. He took the time to explain the work that was to be done and how it was to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am actually stunned at the high quality job of work, given the poor shape that my car was in. They went the extra mile(s) to find a part that had been discontinued, they straightened out my license plates, they fixed cracks that I had not even hoped to be repaired, they cleaned up the inside. Communication was excellent and repairs were done in a timely manner, exactly as promised. My ( previously) poor car looks brand new. I m so glad that I found Roland and California Collision Factory. I had what I thought was a pretty simple issue on my Audi. I took it to the dealership and they would not fit me. I wanted to find a shop close by because I was in a rush so I called CA Collision Factory and spoke to Roland. He told me to bring my car by and had someone working on it within 10 minutes. Appreciate the service!

Simply the best!!! Roland and his team were nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Aside from the fact that they left my car in tip top shape even better then what i could have even imagined the customer service was A1. Roland called me what seem once a to provide me with updates as well as provide me with pictures throughout the process. Few months ago a friend of mine got into an accident and I had to take my car to Miramar location to get it fixed. they did a good job on my car, however it took me a few weeks to a month to have them do the job right, from the very beginning I had an terrible customer experience with Roland, he was just an assistive back then and now his an manager (not a great chose of management by the owner!!), he created an hostile environment and acted very aggressive to the point I had to have his manger involved.After a month or so I start hearing noises from the car suspensions from where it got hit, so I decided to take it back to the shop. I can say this with confidence that this time I had the worst customer experience in my life, when I shared my problem with Roland, he told me "I do not have time for you and I have more important things to do!". After dealing with his unprofessional attitude, I decide to look for the owners number so I can let him know about what kind of customer service his costumers been getting behind his back, therefore I called another Location and asked for the owner of that store. unfortunately due to prerenal problems he couldn't hear my concerns but Marc Barrett the general manager was really kind and helped me and he has been taking care of my problems. California Collision Factory Miramar did a great job repairing the damage to my daughter's VW Tiguan caused by a big truck colliding into it just 4 days after it was purchased. I'm a stickler for details and can say that the work done on her vehicle brought it back to being in the same new condition as before the accident. All of the parts were replaced as needed and the paint and clear coat finish matches perfectly to the original.
