I recently had my Tesla repaired at Caliber Collision after a hit-and-run incident, and I m thoroughly impressed with their service, especially by Charlene. She kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring my car was immaculately clean and providing photos of the repair progress. The final result was outstanding - my car looks as good as new, showing no signs of the previous damage. Charlene s exceptional customer service, even post-repair, sets a high standard. Highly recommend this location for their quality work and remarkable service.

I wish if there is an option to leave negative star s review. Horrible job quality, rude management, misleading and lying. By far the worst experience in my life. This is my second time fixing the same car there. I regret big time. I already contacted their headquarters and Tesla to investigate I hope they shut them down. The repair quality is so bad that the gap between the trunk and the body of the car from the driver side is double the one on the passenger (see pictures). I found loose parts in the front trunk. Charlene had exceptional customer service. She showed she really cared about our situation with our vehicle. Our vehicle was ready two weeks earlier than expected. Caliber Collision was able to quickly fix the damage to the front of my car and make it look brand new again. They also cleaned the interior of my car as courtesy. Can't recommend them enough.

Extremely pleased with the service on my Tesla. Needed some body work and paint after a collision. Car looks off-the-lot new again. Ruby kept me up to date on the progress of the work and the work was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Awesome! Andres did a fantastic paint job and was super helpful!

Caliber collision did an incredible job fixing up a rear ended collision I had. The experience was par excellence right off the bat. My customer rep was Charlene and she walked me through in detail the entire process, kept me posted on the progress. The work quality is excellent and my car looks as good as new. They also did an excellent detail inside out. I highly recommend them! 10/10 service

Amazing experience at Caliber Collision Mira Mesa! Caliber always does a great job but this location was by far the best experience I ve ever had regarding an auto collision. Charlene, my service advisor, made it her priority to answer any and all questions I had regarding my collision and was sincerely one of the kindest people I ve ever met! Charlene is a true professional who is dedicated to ensuring that your needs are met and is committed to repairing your vehicle to its pre-accident state. My car was returned in mint condition and honestly looks better than when I purchased it. Charlene is also extremely knowledgeable and a true expert when it comes to dealing with insurance representatives and parts manufacturers. My car (Tesla Model 3) was slated to be totaled by my insurance company due to battery damage although damage to the body of the vehicle was minimal. Charlene made it her priority to work out a solution with the insurance agency and Tesla, and was able to save my car and make it look beautiful again! Charlene kept in constant contact with me through SMS text messages, phone calls, and in-person visits and made sure that I was kept informed throughout every step of the journey. If you end up doing business with this location, MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR CHARLENE! You will be in good hands. Jeff, another technician who worked on my car, had answers to my many questions the day I dropped my car off and helped to calm my emotions after the accident. All staff members at this location are extremely professional, kind, and truly care about you and your vehicle. Recently got my Acura integra repaired here after a tire flew across the road and hit my front driver side door. Staff (Adrian the GM specifically) did amazing job and made sure my car was taken care of. It was ready in less than the time expected which was great because I didn t really like my rental that GEICO provided bummer. But thanks again Adrian and the team for doing an excellent job!

This place was outstanding when my Tesla got hit from behind. They finished the job way ahead of schedule (in 2 days), and the customer service is excellent. I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident with my Tesla Model 3. Thankfully, I had prior experience with Caliber Collision a couple of years ago when someone else had hit my car. I was relieved to learn that Caliber Collision had a Tesla-certified repair shop, which gave me the confidence to entrust them with my vehicle once again.Initially, I had my car towed to the Grossmont location, only to discover that the Tesla certified shop was actually in Mira Mesa. The team at Caliber Collision quickly arranged for my car to be towed to the correct location, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring my car received the specialized care it needed.Throughout this process, my service advisor, Albert Magos, truly stood out. Albert's professionalism was top-notch. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well-informed about every step of the repair process. His excellent communication skills and dedication to keeping me updated on the progress of my repair were greatly appreciated.While I was initially concerned about the length of time it took for the repairs (a total of 5 weeks), I realized that it wasn't Caliber Collision's fault, as they were waiting for the necessary parts. My Tesla was severely damaged and I brought it to Charlene. Insurance was very difficult but she dealt with multiple adjusters and sometimes conflicting orders. Parts were back ordered since there were a lot of them, but Caliber stayed with it and gave me a good-as-new car back. One minor issue was with the front license plate but they accepted responsibility and replaced it - not a big deal. I would take my car there again and appreciate all that Charlene did to get the repair done as quickly as possible.

Everything went really smoothly, the shop did an amazing repair and I got the car back very fast, Charlene was very accommodating, and friendly. Having never gone through the process of repairing damage on a car she made it very simple and easy to do so, would come back if I ever damage my car in the future!

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision as a preferred repair facility and I am so thankful that they did! My experience at the Mira Mesa location on Huennekens Street was exponentially impressive in a multi-focal capacity as follows:1. Customer service - Professional, prepared, responsive, cordial, and accountable. Greeted upon entry by the desk staff and checked in efficiently. Charlene Munoz graciously provided her subject matter expertise to inform options available and my decision, and she did so in a customer-centric capacity that epitomized objectivity and excellence in every way.2. Quality of work - On par with the factory that mechanized it As if I had received an identical brand new vehicle from the manufacturer in lieu of a repaired car involved in a collision at speed. My vehicle was indeed repaired by Caliber Collision, and the repair was so perfect that I could not find a flaw. Further, the repair performed has remained perfect which is a testament to their work s durability.3. Convenience - This location is in a good neighborhood, in close proximity to restaurants (if hungry), and has a clean/comfortable waiting room that is family friendly.Conclusion - Five out of five stars. returned almost worse than when it was taken in. missing pieces, missing bolts; instead of the proper 4 bolts holding the rear gate, only 2 bolts were used from a different year hinge with a noticale finger gap space where the bolt shoukd secure the gate to the body, exposed wires from a missing safety covering, weather stripping falls off allowing exhaust to leak into interior.mentioned saftey concerns from a possible electrical short, possible electrical fire and fumes from exhaust have gone ignored.. kinda like a bad chop shop repair, my vehicle is now a business card of their work. prior to taking it in for repairs all the parts were on it. as for the promised lifetime warranty on the repair, i'd like to get completion on the repairs at a 100% to get started. my friend told me i should take it to his sons high school auto shop and maybe it would have more promising results...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my Hyundai Ionic 5 repaired at Caliber. Absolutely top notch. Customer service was exceptional. The melding of rental car and insurance with the repair service was incredible, I didn t have to do anything.

Though overall quality of repair was good, customer service was awful. None of the service advisors ever returned calls or messages. They failed to keep me informed of the progress of receiving parts and repair. One of them refused to show me my own car despite no such management policy. My car was in the shop for 5 months waiting for some parts which did not fit when they came from Tesla. I wont go there again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
