Best Caliber location! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My car was finished a week early. They kept in constant communication through the process. Will definitely use them again if I need anything done!

Cailber Collision repaired hail damage we received on a road trip. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Caliber Collision has super friendly and professional service, they communicated throughout the process of my car s repair, and made me feel comfortable. They were done earlier than expected, and even brought my car to my home when I told them I was busy making dinner for my two young kids! When my car arrived, it was in perfect condition and even cleaned on the inside (and with two kids, it was REALLY dirty)! Then they brought my rental back for me. I was beyond impressed from start to finish, I would 100% use them again!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car here on behalf of a car insurance claim/accident for minor repairs. Very smooth process, quick and efficient. Rudy was very professional, friendly and takes his time explaining everything in detail. Answered all the questions I had. In total only took the shop less than 8 business days to order and receive the parts as well as do the repair. Thanks again!

Great service, I was treated like a friend in need instead of a number/customer. Danica was kind, Fidel was knowledgeable and Ben was a great help as well. My car turned out beautiful, thanks to all the hard work the techs and the painter, Miguel, put in. Wouldn't like to be in another accident but would definitely come back to Mission Bay Caliber Collision.

From start to finish the team at Caliber collision made the repairs from the fender bender damage to my RavV smooth and easy.Outstanding communication as I never had to call to check where things were. Instead I I was updated daily via text on the process!I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

With a cheerful and positive attitude the team greeted my wife and I. With a smile they took care of the insurance issues and we didn t have to deal with anything. They were able to get us in a day early then schedule time and that was really remarkable and amazing! It was a stress free exchange. Had my car placed here through insurance to fix up my front bumper/grille. They made the process quick and painless. Over the phone Amber made sure all of my needs were taken care of. The repairs were done within a week of dropping my car off. On site Vicky was very welcoming and made sure to follow up on everything before I drove off. Rafa and his technicians even took the extra time to adjust my headlights that had been an issue for quite some time. High quality work by high quality people! Very busy place. That means they work well and do good service.Also, a factor in my picking them were the hours.Their hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30pm.I work from 8 to 5. I was able to drop off my car andlater pick up my car without losing too much time from work.Happy I have my car back. Thank you to all the crew.Service: Body & Trim

A car hit mine while parked and caused extensise damage. The other driver's insurance agreed to apy and recommended Caliber Collision. I am certainly glad they did! Ben, the office manager, and Ashley, the office administrator took great care of me especially the outstanding repairs. My car dove much better after the repair than it did previous to the collision.Recently I had an unrelated problem with a visor that had become unconnected from the roof.Three different gas station guys couldn't reconnect it and neither could I. Again, I took to Ben and Ashley. Ben fixed it himself for no charge. I recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends.

Trevor went above and beyond for my son and I. He not only helped us right away with our urgent request (since we were only in town a few days), but he was so accommodating, professional, and pleasant as well.Both Trevor, and his technician Julio, were tremendously skilled and did a great job on my son s mirror and bumper (at a great price). Excellent! I was recommended here by my Toyota dealership because I just needed some minor work on my bumper. I met with Trevor who was so helpful and gave me a quote on the spot. He also helped me secure my bumper so that it would be safe until I can drop off the car for repair. I would recommend anyone to come here if they need solid body-work done!

Things went well except that Caliber told me they would call me when I could bring the car in for the estimate. They did not call and after 10 days I called to see what the prpblem was. Caliber laid the blame on the insurance company. That delay resulted in further delays and it took 2 1/2 months for a relatively minor repair. I was rear-ended and had what I thought was minor damage to my rear bumper. I chose Caliber Collision from my insurance company s list of approved repair shops. It was a great choice. The damage was more extensive than I initially realized. They estimated that it would take fifteen days to do the repairs but completed all of the work in a week. My car looks perfect.The repair supervisor Savana was very punctual keeping me updated on progress. She did an excellent job coordinating the payment details with my insurance company (USAA).I highly recommend these folks for any body work you need.Thanks for a great job!

With so many Caliber Collisions in San Diego to choose from I m happy I chose this one. My 2003 legit looks brand new and the inside was even cleaned!! I ve never seen my car looking like this. Just had the best experience ever after getting my car crunched. I called Caliber, as recommended by my insurance company (USAA), and spoke with Genevieve. She was very nice and sympathetic to my vehicular tragedy and offered an appointment the very next day. Wow! Most places best offer involves a week or more wait... Nice!So, I arrived on time and was welcomed by Genevieve (manager) and Travis (estimator/repair coordinator). I was immediately made to feel at home with coffee and a relaxed conversation assuring me that they would fully restore my car to good as new and could start the repair either that same day or any day convenient for me. Again, Wow!The rest of the repair was similarly outstanding! I could give you a blow-by-blow, but what you really need to know is that the results were near perfect! Travis was able to get me original Subaru parts (which always fit better than after-market parts), estimated four days to repair the car, and let me know price to the insurance company as well as my deductible.During the repair the communications from Genevieve and Travis were timely, clear, and informative. I always felt that my car was in good hands, and was managed by experienced professionals. That s a good feeling when your $40k investment is damaged and broken, and there s nothing you can do but wait...The bottom line is that the results were fantastic! My car literally looks and runs as good as new. The paint match was stunning and the body work was perfect! The Caliber Mission Bay team did a great job repairing the damage, matching the paint, and keeping me informed during the entire process.Amazing work, Genevieve, Travis, and the entire repair team. Thanks for taking care of my wheels and my wallet! IF I ever need another repair, I ll definitely be back!

Dropped my Miata off for a mirror replacement (unfortunately it was ripped off by an automated car wash). Trevor was fantastic he handled everything including tracking down payment from the car wash. Even buffed out some scratches on my car while he had it! Definitely be coming back in the future if needed.
