The staff is nice but the techs are so slow its insane. I took my car in for a simple exhaust repair and It's taken them 2 weeks to simply identify and ORDER the parts.They integrate with USAA and the process has been easy but don't plan on getting your car back for months.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Caliber Collision, Pacific Beach s outstanding service, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! As an owner of a Prius, I was concerned about the time it would take to repair my car's bumper. However, the team at Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations by completing the job in just four days, much earlier than their initial estimate of ten days.I was thrilled to receive a call from Christian, informing me that my car, affectionately known as the Black Dragon, would be ready by 4:00 pm that day. When I arrived to pick it up, I was blown away by the exceptional quality of their work. Not only had they replaced the bumper, but they had also detailed the entire car, leaving it looking as good as new.I must give a special shoutout to Ashley in the office, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She was calm, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision enough for their exceptional service and expertise. Accidents are never easy, but with Caliber Collision, I was able to get back to my daily routine in practically no time at all. I ran into an issue with my car and went to this amazing place to fix it. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They give fantastic service to customers. I had Pedro and Oscar who gave my car a good service and I recommend everyone to come here and get their cars fixed. 10/10 easy rating for me !

I recently had my vehicle fixed there, and let me start by saying that Christian Prieto has one of the best customer service I have ever had in my whole life. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best possible. Over all the service was great and they made my car look like new. Thank you caliber collision on Garnet ave. Getting your car repaired can be stressful but Caliber did a great job on my repairs and finished it 2 days earlier than promised. I was updated on the process daily by text. They even waited a half hour past closing for me as I was stuck in traffic driving back from Anaheim. Rental car was coordinated through Enterprise, and I was able to drop my rental car off with Caliber (the local Enterprise had already closed).I highly recommend!

Incredible Experience! I went in to get an estimate for having some plastic molding re-attached that had fallen loose. Ben the estimator and Danny the Body Work professional said they could likely fix my issue in less than a half hour at no cost. I almost fainted. But I was not dreaming. I sat in their lounge for about 20-30 minutes and then walked out and my Honda CRV trim looked like the day I bought it. If I ever have a real accident requiring body work these guys are my starting point. They have my highest recommendation and are clearly a local business that cares about customers.

Caliber Collision on Garnet in PB gets it done right. They are 3 for 3 taking care of my vehicles since 2015. The work is always done well. This time was super smooth: Christian was on top of everything from start to finish. Communication was great. The process took less time than I anticipated.

Upon pick up of my car I had to ask if they could clean the pen marks they made on the car for the repair. Then there was some sort of residue between the glass and the panel that had to be cleaned. I picked it up on a rainy day so I didn't see the poor workmanship in the lighting until I got to work. Had to return to the shop which I have to admit they did fix but why wasn't it done right the first time? I had to find the issues and get them to make the added repairs. I reset my mileage and mpg at drop off to see if they would take it for a joy ride. Upon pick up I asked why the mpg was at 10.6 mpg for the 16 miles they drove it. I was told they had to recalibrate the sensors, so I wasn't to the dealer to ask how they did that. They said they don't drive the car they just hook it to a computer and it recalibrates the sensors. Now I don't know if they dropped it into sport mode and had some fun with it but it sure seems like that's what they did. I do not recommend caliber collision, use at your won risk!Service: Painting

WARNING: Do NOT take your vehicle here!!!While my truck was at their shop a worker known to smoke weed on the job was moving my truck and hit another car. They did not tell me about it and tried to hide the fact that they wrecked it. The only reason I found out about it was because I stopped by to see why my truck was taking so long to be repaired! The even admitted they were hoping to fix it without me knowing!!! My truck was at their shop for 3 months. You've been warned

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! If there was a negative star, I would rate it just that. Worst place to bring your car to get work done. First of all, they don t honor appointment time. They will say it was not scheduled and make you wait for a later time that s 2-3 hours later. I came to pick up my 2011 Honda Accord only to find out it wasn t ready. The car was getting alignment done at a tire shop about 7 minutes away. Upon picking up the car from the tire shop, I noticed right away the door sensor was on. I took it back in immediately to have them fix the issue. The service rep didn t have any problem fixing the issue as he took it back in and troubleshoot it right away. A few days into driving it, I noticed my car battery acting up and probably needed to be replaced. As I opened the hood to replace my battery, the hood no longer shut or closed properly. I took it back to have them fix it, but the manager claimed they didn t opened the hood or touch it at all. The so called manager already lied to me about his employees never opened the hood to replace my front bumper. There s proof of new clips put in where they have to opened the hood to put in the front bumper. He said my car is too old and that my hood latch was already broken. I know for a fact that before the accident and after the accident, my hood still shut properly. I know for a fact they messed it up during repairs and did not take no accountability for their work whatsoever. The manager is a sham. He will lied to you in your face, not take any responsibility for his work, and waste your time. If I I could take it back, I rather drive my car with a messed up fender and bumper over a current broken latch hood. So once again, AVOID at all costs! Repair at your own risk. The Caliber off Garnett is the worst place to get any work done. Save yourself a headache and go get it repair somewhere else.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job of fixing my car after I was rear ended. The other insurance company recommended them, and I'm so glad they did. Paula was incredible in being very communicative and responsive about the process and timeline, showing tremendous customer service. Outstanding service! I am so thankful to have put my trust in this shop. They did not disappoint on repairs and my car was returned back to me feeling like I drove off the lot in a brand new car. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Paula helped with my estimates, answered all my questions, and made herself available when needed. Ashley walked me through all the paperwork with ease and helped me get to my rental car and back again. The attitudes in this shop were welcoming, professional, and friendly. My overall experience was great and I would hands down recommend this shop for your repair needs.

Caliber has now repaired my car twice in a year for collision damage. I continue to be amazed by the quality of their work and what is possible with the right skills and attention to detail. Their customer service is incredibly personable and friendly, and they kept me informed all along the repair path, ultimately delivering my car back to me two days ahead of schedule. Hope I never have a reason to go back, but if I did need body work again, I would go here in an instant.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service rep, Christian Prieto, and the front desk staff, Jessica, could not have, could not have been more courteous, informative, efficient, effective, helpful, communicative, and friendly. They even help coordinate with the rental car company. Paperwork was explained and completed easily. My car was finished a week early. Overall great, professional, understanding, caring, and kind service provided by Paula and the Caliber team. She explained how my insurance worked in a way I can actually understand. I totally feel like she has my back in this whole situation. As most already know, dealing with insurance is never fun. Paula made it easy, fast and did it with compassion. It was like a doctor asking me what note I needed her to write to my employer. Which is such a relief in an already stressful situation. Do yourself a favor and work with Paula, she will set realistic expectations and guide you to making a decision that is in your best interest, not just what the insurance company wants. She understands how to earn long term customers for life which in the end is great for Caliber because I will be going to her for all my auto repair needs.

I have used Caliber on Garnet for repairs in the past and this last week I received excellent personal care and service once again.Unfortunately, my car was evaluated at totaled. Paula helped to ease the pain and simplify the process for me, from a sticky rental issue to getting my car back to me in better order than it came in and washed, to boot. It was my choice to take my car back as a salvage.Christian, Ashley and the techs in the shop were all helpful, cheerful and professional in the services they each provided. I do not usually write reviews but this time is special. Huge thank you to Paula and Robert for their excellent service. They were so kind and understanding. They reviewed the condition of my car and Paula gave me amazing advice on how I should handle my situation. I can not emphasize enough how great this facility is. Their frequent updates on my car were just a small part of their excellent service. All the employees I dealt with Christian and Robert were the most friendly professional guys. I had not filled my gas tank on the rental and Robert drove me to the gas station to get a fill up. I was in an accident and they fixed my car! Ashley was the first person I had to speak with and she was so friendly and understanding, and so helpful! And Christian helped with the estimate and he was helping me through out the whole process as well. He was so kind and patient and very informative! So I have never had to get body work done before, and just recently bought a Lexus that I love, so when my car needed work done after being shot by a BB gun, this was my first experience at a body shop - I have to share my amazing experience at caliber Collision with their amazing staff Ashley, Paula, and Lizette, those girls over there explained in detail exactly what to expect and when to expect it done. From start to finish they were extremely accommodating, professional and insightful for the whole process. I literally could not be happier with the service I received from these amazing people! After a recent accident I chose Caliber to repair my car. They completed the work on time and my car was returned to me in better condition than before the accident. Paula St. Germain, my CSR, did an amazing job to keep me updated and went above and beyond to communicate with me the progress along the way and then went out of her way to make sure my car was ready early for me to pick up.
