Calliber Collision is completely professional and does an excellent job. They were great about keeping me informed of my vehicle's progress. The car was ready two days after the original estimate.

I have to say that for this being the second time I ve ever had to put my car into a shop, I ve had a great experience. The entire process was seamless and fast. When I dropped off my car I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour including my rental! The rental was delivered to me with a full tank and it was easy to return. They truly went above and beyond when I couldn t pick up my car when it was ready. They were able to meet me at work and swap out my rental for my personal car. Honestly best experience I ve had with a body shop. Great service and even better people working there. Thanks guys.

I've been to a Caliber Collision before at a different location and they were way better than this location. Was supposed to bring my car here to get some work done but after dealing with the rude receptionist in the front, I've decided that this place is not the best to get work done on my car and that it cannot be trusted. It was disappointing and a complete waste of time. As I took time off from work to bring my car in. The guy who evaluated my car was okay but overall could of been provided with more friendlier customer service. The lady in the front was definitely very rude, disrespectful, and has a very unprofessional attitude. Will be taking my car to another place that is more deserving of business.

This is the second time this overly bureaucratic repair shop has wasted my time. I have a vandalism claim. CA law does not allow an insurer to make me use a specific shop therefore they will not do what is called "an assignment" to a specific shop. The shop then tells me they cannot write the claim for Nationwide because Nationwide has not assigned the claim to them. They will only write it as a customer claim at higher rates. What nonsense is this? I said just evaluate the car and send in the claim... and around and around we went. The other reviewers are right these people are just plain difficult and rude. Do your repairs elsewhere.

Amazing bodyshop! From start to finish, their service is great! I had my car here from an insurance claim and they made the process very easy. David, Isaiah, Travis, Ryan and Jose are definitely assets to the company. Completely satisfied!

I wouldn t recommend this location. The woman who works the front desk has the worst attitude. She was rude to every single customer that came in. The shop didn t call me when my car was towed back from Escondido. The rest of the guys I met there were good, but walking in and dealing with that rude woman killed the whole experience with this shop. If you have a European car I d take it directly to Escondido to avoid doing business with this location. In the future this is what i ll do with my car if needed.

This is the second time I've used Caliber Collision for service. The work is top notch, and perhaps more importantly, staff are kind, communicative and professional. In particular, Ryan was extraordinary to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process.

I scheduled an appointment for a warranty repair, arrived for the appointment on time, and was then told all warranty repairs are handled by the manager, which happened to be at lunch. Seeing how I had to take time around my work schedule, I wasn t able to wait for 45 minutes for his return. It s probably not a good idea to schedule people for appointment's and repairs at times when the Manager isn t present. I originally wanted to go to the La Mesa, CA location as this is closer to my home, but had received a call asking if Id be willing to come to the location that wound up not taking care of me. What a waste of time.

Their work has no quality at all, the finish of the paint is horrible, a week ago I picked up my car from this place and the bumper is already peeling off and it is supposed to be a new bumper

When I came to drop off my car, the advisor told me that I didn t need to take it here and why didn t I take it to a Nissan dealer instead. They made me feel like since there wasn t much damage that I was a waste of their time. And I felt that it was a rude question to ask. During the repairs they told me they would call me for updates on my car but nobody ever called. I had to call every time to get an update, they never called me. And they said they left a message but I never got anything. The day we came to pickup the car, the weather was overcast and we were just happy to get the car back that we didn t notice how dirty the interior of the car was left. We noticed when we got home that there were white spots on the inside of the door panel and door Jam and it looked like they left marks that they tried to clean the touch screen radio but instead made it look worse. We didn t expect or even want a detail but for a repair so small there was no reason for the inside to be worse than when we dropped it off. Later I realized after cleaning my car myself that the swipe marks on my touchscreen radio were not fully coming off. I suspect that they used a chemical that is not meant for touchscreens on the dash and radio which left marks that won t come off. Now my screen looks worse than when it came in. when we took the car back to them they made me feel like they didn t care too much and said that he would talk to the manager. But I feel like they will just blow us off.

My wife got in an accident as I was leaving to go work overseas. She was concerned that since I was not there with her that she won't be able to communicate her concerns with the repair facility correctly. However, once she got there, her worries faded because of excellent customer support. Travis, the service advisor who assisted her, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated delays and when the vehicle was moved to different processes such as the teardown, paint, reassembly, calibration, and when our vehicle could be picked up. Overall, I would recommend Caliber Collision Mission Valley as an excellent vehicle collision repair facility.

Great service, the car parts took a while to get in, I had to wait 2.5 weeks for my car. But besides that the car repair was perfect, better than new, like nothing had happened. Good customer service too.

Caliber Collision s staff was very thorough on the process and what the steps were on getting my car repaired. They helped in setting up a rental car for me. Travis, my estimator, was so awesome! He texted me twice a week with updates and where the car was in the process. It was a very easy experience and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Isaiah and all were very helpful and informative about the process and options and the work itself impeccable for a nearly brand new Palisade SUV. Paint match is perfect. They were up front that there was a few day turnaround time that allowed me to plan accordingly or make a decision. I went forward and have no regrets.

I don t know the first thing about cars but these guys made getting my car fixed so easy. Everyone at the shop was really friendly. Had a great experience. Would recommend if you re in the mission valley area and need some work done on your car

Excellent service from the time I made the initial appointment till my keys and car were returned to me. I would highly recommend them. The receptionist lady (don t recall her name) was friendly and informative. Ryan was knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process.

Isiah worked with me on getting my 2021 Camry back in shape after some savage hit me and didn t leave a note.Kept me in the loop, provided A1 service (entire staff I encountered did) and got me my car back before promised.What really made me happy is not only the repair that was amazing but they matched the Galactica Aqua Mica (you read that right) paint that, up until now, I thought would would be impossible for a 100% match.Picked up my car washed and looking fresh; better than when I brought it in.Bravo, all!Service: Body & Trim

The process to get my car restored took more than expected for the amount of the damage, but it was due to availability of parts which is understandable. Realistically, if you are involved in a collision expected anywhere between 2-4 weeks for the repair, depending on damage and availability of parts. When I first picked up my car, I checked the condition of the part replaced and noticed a head light would not turn on, which was a detail they missed. Travis was quick to bring it and fix the issue. Make sure you inspect everything before leaving, and if anything comes up, take it back right away. When I drove home my car started over heating so I had to take it back again for a few days but this time they put me on a rental car for the inconvenience. An issue came about when they were making the replacements, so I requested it to be taken to my dealer (Honda) for further inspection since my car is a hybrid car. Over all Travis remain in contact and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied.Overall, I recommend them. They left my car in mint condition, like nothing ever happened. They guarantee their work for the life time of the car which gives you peace of mind. Customer service is good. Keep in mind this location is a busy location which will factor in for how long it takes for your car to be restored. Additionally, I learned a hard lesson of not having rental car within my insurance policy. Even though I had full coverage I did not have rental in my policy which I had to pay out pocket for the two weeks I was without my car.

If you want your vehicle repaired correctly, bring it to Calliber, Mission Valley. Staff is professional, friendly and guides you through the process. They keep you updated on the repair work at least twice a week. In the unfortunate event I would need another repair, I would definitely bring it back. Isaiah and his team are the best. In addition, their reception area is extremely clean!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
