Originally, the car repairs were projected to take about 1-week, but it's understood that there are often unforeseen delays. Nevertheless, the customer service and quality of work was great. I deeply appreciated the updates on the status, as well as the final product. I hope I never have to use your services again, but God forbid that I did, I would prefer Caliber Collision!

I was assisted by Marco Anaya a very friendly and kind individual who took the time to explain the process and received my car for repairs. Marco kept me informed during the entire vehicle repair process. He is the go-to person at the shop, Marco is very professional and respectful.

Marco, our assessor communicated updates in a timely manner. He called when needed. Our car came back as good as new and very clean. The lady in the front desk was on top of everything and got us someone to pick us up from caliber collision and take us to the car rental place after we dropped off our car for repairs.

Although commutation was okay and the body of my car looked wonderful it was clear to me that they don't always check their work. They also charged 50 dollars to simply disconnect the battery. During heavy rain I discovered that they put my back wiper on wrong. When I called to complain and get it fixed I got no return call and had to go through insurance to get them to return my call. For how much it cost (over 10k) I would expect better quality work and a call back when they clearly made a mistake.I'd also like to note that after we got rear ended it messed with a lot of the internal components and after picking up the car our battery continued to die. The faulty battery that they said was fine left my 1 year old and I stranded in 90 degree weather. They failed to respond to this as well. The lifetime warranty is great if they actually returned customer complaints through the phone and not just the Google reviews

This is the second time I have used this Caliber. Both have been fantastic. This time my rep was Marco. He took care of everything . He is the one to ask for if you need repairs.

Don t ever bring your car here. They had my car for over a month, didn t fix anything. And gave me my car back in worse shape than it was before. Absolute incompetence.

Was in a bad accident and my insurance carrier is Allstate, met Marco the service advisor in which he was very nice and friendly person that helped me out with my claim. I felt welcomed once I walked in the front door as Cristina greeted me with a big smile. Marco walked me through the steps of the repairs that needed to be performed on vehicle and by then I knew he had felt more comfortable with my vehicle being repaired at this facility. I received a call from Marco and he said that my vehicles repairs have been completed and car was washed. Once I saw my car I couldn't believe my eyes and noticed that my car looked like nothing had ever happened to it before. I really appreciate Marco and the whole staff for getting my car done quick. I was nervous to go to a different body shop after moving away from my old one. I decided to use Caliber Collision and I am happy I did. Luis took care of my car and he was amazing, my car looks brand new. I just went in to get my bumper fixed, but had Scratches on my side door, Luis buffed them out and painted over them, at no extra cost. He went above my expectations. Our car runs as well if not better before our accident. My only quip is that there was a short heads up after a delay in parts that repairs were complete. It was a rush to turn in a rental to avoid charges while the car was housed at the lot. Overall I feel there was quality maintenance and care for our vehicle and we are satisfied customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Amazing work! Not only were they upfront about any possible Parts delay, but they reached out and found the parts I needed for a quick turnaround of my car. They even allowed me to leave my rental car there for Enterprise to pick up so that I could leave in my own vehicle and not have to wait around, LOVE CALIBER COLLISION ON MANYA CIRCLE!!!
