10/10 experience from top to bottom. The staff, specifically Joe, at Caliber Collision were super friendly and great at explaining everything, did a wonderful job with the repair on my car, and completed it in less than half the amount of time originally estimated. Though no one wants to find themselves at a Collision repair shop, if you do, Caliber will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

Great service. The people were very polite and gave me all the information at every point. They also updated me twice a week during the repair letting me know the updates. And in the end, the repair was done a whole week before the estimate date. Highly recommend their service. I worked with Joe and Richard at the North park location and I had no issues from start to end.

Needed some repairs done on my car. The staff were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Joe went above and beyond any expectations I had and they even got my vehicle out faster than I thought. Overall this place does great work

I would prefer not to come back only because I don t want to require major body work on my truck. That being said, an elite professional shop from top to bottom. Richard is absolutely amazing with frequent updates every step of the way really made me worry free through the process. The work even got done quicker than expected with the team working with me for the holidays. Upon return of my vehicle, it was cleaned inside and out with a flawless repair. Felt like I was driving off the lot with a new truck. Thank you!!

Richard was AMAZING throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. He was so personable, professional, kind, humorous, patient and knowledgeable. He kept me informed with every step, and my car was even done earlier than planned! I could not be happier with how my car turned out. Great work, and customer service. I took my car 2019 forester there and they did a wonderful job!! I had some concerns the first time, but when i took the car back , Bill the manager handled it professionally. I would highly recommend this place, they are the best!. Thank you for taking such a good care of my baby i can't be happier!

I absolutely loved working with Caliber Collision! Monie from the office is an absolute sweetheart and made sure that when I picked up my car, it was in pristine condition and ready to drive. Joe is who I worked with during the repair part and it was repaired on time and updates were provided throughout the process. Thank you!!

I came here looking for advice on my car s paint because it had stains I couldn t get out. Joe took the time out of his day to buff and polish the stains out at no charge and it looks amazing. It made my day. So much appreciated, thanks Joe ! Def recommend this place

Had my mother s vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. Their customer service and workmanship was great. We had the vehicle repaired in 2 days, a lot sooner than initially anticipated. Definitely recommend this shop.

I will never ever visit that place, apparently their main business is to make the cars go to total loss with their overpriced estimates and then buy them very cheap and then sell them at auction and make their great masterstroke.

I can t not applaud this location more!! Exceptional customer service and professionalism. I came in for an estimate after quite some damage to my car and I was immediately greeted by Monie and can I just say the energy, information and patience she provided with listening to my concerns and questions was amazing. The whole time was extremely accommodating and welcoming. I am so glad I came in and will be recommending this location and their team to all my family and friends!

This company was on the list of repair shops covered by my insurance. What a treat to discover the high quality of customer service and detailed explanation of work to be done on my vehicle. The staff at this office (University Ave) were professional and helpful. They made arrangements for a rental car (private pay) for my use while repairs were made to my vehicle. I highly recommend them for a job well done! When I picked up my car is was as if I had just bought it brand new. It was sparkling clean and smelt amazing!Service: Body & Trim

Great staff very courteous. Got me signed in quick thoroughly. Female rep Cynthia she was very efficient, and knows her job. Polite and knowledgeable just like the others like Richard Victor Jesus and Ralph at the 2505 University location. I recommended my friends and people I work with to get their estimates and body work there. They even followed up and reached out if I needed my grill done on my vehicle at a great cost. Loved talking with the staff very humble and down to earth real people. No fakes and phonies,unlike other shops that just capitalize on greed of repairs to your vehicle.I rate a 10 10 10. Did very well with communication while my car was in the shop giving constant updates. Also did a great job with the repairs can t even tell if there was ever any accident was involved very pleased with the work they done. Definitely recommend.

Really great place on University. Friendly, professional staff. My car went to the Escondido location, since i have a European car and I was informed throughout the process of them receiving my car, to completion. Great place, and my car was done before expected.

Caliber Collison has always received a 5 star rating from me. Tony was a 5-he did the most keeping the communication lines open. I was called when car was done and ready for pickup - I first went by to inspect it. Wheel hadn't been addressed - took another 5 days. They kindly brought the car to a close friends house. I inspected the wheel - it was good - but then I found out later the custom leather seat covers throw and rolled up in the way back. They didn't put them back as they originally were. I have never experienced this from North Park Caliber. I and my friends have been frequent flyers for decades. This will be our last time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did an amazing job replacing my bumper after I was rear-ended. The paint looks exactly the same as the rest of the body. The work done was also finished a lot sooner than originally estimated.
