Very disappointed with their service. Not only did I get over charged the guy there forgot to put one of the lug nuts on my tire. They are always trying to make you buy new tires.

Double check your lug nuts I got a new tire yesterday and I noticed noise coming from that tire and turns out they tighten the lug nutsUpdate: I took it back got a new tire from them

I had taken my car to Discount Tire 3 weeks ago because my low pressure tire light came on and I saw one of my tires was lower than the others. I asked them to check my tires, but they said they didn t find anything. They told me all of my tires were low so they put air in all of them. They also said my tire pressure sensors were dying so that might cause the low pressure light to come on. About 2 weeks later, my light came on again and I figured it was because I need new sensors. But this morning I noticed the one tire I was concerned about last time was low again. So I decided to bring it to Budget Tire since I had been once before for a tire repair and they were super helpful. And just like last time, they were amazing!! They saw me right away, checked my tire and were able to find the 2 tiny holes Discount Tire wasn t able to!! They patched my tire and I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes!! The staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I highly recommend this place!

Low prices, quality work. They only do brakes and tires. So they have more time to get it right. I only go here to get my brakes done. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work. And they don't charge an arm and a leg. Quick service too. Usually within an hour. Also open on Saturday. Its a small mom and pop place but those are usually the best.

Do not go to this place for tires they will try to ripp you off!!! I went there and ask for good used tires, guy there brought me used tires that had already been patched up, I told him I don't want those and asked for better ones and pairs, because I needed both front ones, he first said we don't have used pairs, but then came out from the back with some pairs , so I was there looking at them to see the conditions of them both, but saw that they too had patches on them, so I told him and he went into his office like completely ignoring me, so I told him ok I'll take those two, we'll next thing I know when I got back home is that he didn't install the two that we had agreed on!!! Never going there ever again will never recommend this place ,worst place ever!!!!

Got two used tires for a great price here today. Never going back to "Discount Tire" or one of the big brand stores again. These guys are professional and give great value. They have new tires too if you don't feel comfortable with used tires at better prices than the big store sale prices. If you are in the area and need new tires, check this place out.

I went here to get my tires install for my new rims i even told them to be extra careful because the rims are new. But nope. The moment they use the machine they scratch the rims right away not a minor scratches. I dont mind having small scratches but not at all. So if you have a new set of rims and want to get your tire changes, dont even bother to come here.

Great place for affordable tires. Carlos and his team took care of me. This place is military friendly and provides discounts for service members. You can by used or new tires here. They will get you out the door quick once you've made your selection.

These guys are simply amazing. I went in looking for 2 used tires and they found a pair right away. New tires are sometimes hard to come by, so if you are in the National City area stop by and they will take good care of you.

This place is AWESOME!!! They are open until 10 pm. They guys that work their go out of their way to help you. This is where I send everyone I know since I started coming here for tires a year ago. Thank you guys for always treating me right. Being a woman that is hard to find in the automotive world.

Needed tires for my old reliable SUV, and 4 new tires would be almost 1k at every other place. But they hooked me up with tires that were almost brand new with 80+% tread for an unbelievable price! See these guys for a good deal!!!

Overall a horrible experience! I came in because they said they had a good set of tires with 80 percent tread, I got down there and they not only had a pin hole in the side but they were worn with 50 percent or less tread. The next set of tires they gave me were worn funny also, they said sorry this is all we got left. Needing tires I accepted. Upon getting home, I found a big bulge in the side of the tire. They told me that they would look around for a tire and call me back, but did not get a call back, I had to call twice. They told me the only thing they can do was to have me drive back down (I live 45+ MINUTES AWAY!) and they would try to find a replacement. I came back down and they replaced it with a tire more bald than the first. Again all I got was sorry this is all we have. I asked for my money back. Simply put.... they said NO! Company policy is that we never give a refund. Either buy new tires with a credit or there is nothing else we can do they told me.BEWARE! ONCE YOU WALK AWAY YOUR CASH IS THEIRS NO MATTER WHAT!In response to his edit. The link he posted was NOT the tires I called on. Why in the world would I call on 1 tire that was completely different than the tires installed on my BMW M3? Also THEY did not call me back, I had to call them. I did NOT request Michelin tires, (though that would have been nice to get a pair) when I called they said the only tires they may be able to find to try and replace what I had, was probably a set of Michelin's, which by the way they never found. As I stated before, they did find a match but it was much more bald on one side of the tire than the one that had they were replacing with a bubble in it. So my choice was a faulty tire that had a pre-cursor to a blowout or a bald tire? Really?When someone says they try to go above and beyond to make a customer happy, that is supposed to mean that they attempt to make their clients happy even if that means going beyond standard protocol. What I asked was simple and definitely reasonable, "If you don't have a decent pair of tires to replace the set that was bad, (which they didn't) can I just have my money back and I'll get a set elsewhere?" Even after all the driving and communication issues his response was:"Hey I'm sorry I cant give you your money back because that will come out of my check, so sorry man."There are plenty of them out there, just chose a different one with real customer service.AVOID THIS USED TIRE RETAILER, REMEMBER IF A COMPANY'S POLICY IS NEVER TO RETURN MONEY, THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY LIKE AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS GONE.....NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS.Hows that for a safety net?

They just patched up a tire on my Tacoma this morning. Took care of me right away, didnt even have to get out of my truck. Great service and very reasonably priced.

I go to college and work full time ! So time and money is hard to come by! I was in and out in 15 minutes and the guy gave me a break in the cost! So the drive was way worth it!

I would not even give these guys a 1 star if was an option. Go down the road and skip this place... unless you like paying extra. They are over priced and I would check your lug nuts after. Your rim may fall off.

Dont take ur car here 2 time taking my car they always brake studs now 2 of my nuts dont wanna get out theyre stuck now i have to pay 150 to change it dont go here they do not do their work right

Great service from great Guys!! I was in and out from a flat repair in jobtime. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
