I have been using these guys for years on my Jag, but sold that recently and now I keep using them on my Mercedes. The new system they have in place for contact/messaging/work performed is an improvement, enhances the personal touch they already offered. No hassle, to the point, and fair pricing. They do excellent work that I have never had an issue with nor have to return. Better than going to the dealer to get marked up services that I don't feel have the same personal touch.

Peter and John are always 100% all about the customer. As usual they were quick to accommodate our service request on our 2018 Range Rover Sport. Been trusting them since our purchase in 2019. A+ professional, reasonable service. Trustworthy! Today I am especially THANKFUL for British German Autoworks!

I like the way they approach the diagnosis. They spent quite some time with me trying to understand the best way to fix the issue I had.The only gripe I have is that they quoted me for a cabin air filter change, saying it was dirty. But I just changed it myself the day before. I guess they were trying to make the easy $200 which I didn t like.

We have been bringing our Range Rovers to Peter since 2015. His services and prices are much better than the Land Rover dealers. Then we bought a 2017 supercharged Range Rover, and when the warranty expired, we brought it to Peter and his crew at British & German Autoworks for maintenance. Peter is a person of integrity and always amiable. Communication is excellent!

The B&G team has been a breath of fresh air since day one of my patronage. Even after my fifth visit, I continue to feel that my Land Rover is running smoother & better, no matter what I brought it in for. The B&G team is a wealth of knowledge on Euro imports who do outstanding work that beats the dealership on the wallet and the calendar, every time.

This was by far the best experience I had with servicing my 2018 BMW 430i , even better than the BMW dealership. I went because coolant was leaking. They diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and repaired my car the following day. Great service and communication from start to finish and pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my car!

I bring my new Defender 110 here for service. I had an issue that was covered by the factory warranty, and they called and let me know they could fix it, but the dealer should as well. I was on my way out of town, so rather than wait the 6 weeks for the dealer, I got the repair done in the same day. If you need service for your Land Rover, bring it here! The are nice, communicate and spend time getting to know you.I would highly recommend British and German Autoworks!

Bristish & German Autoworks never disappoints! My Range Rover needed a new battery and new headlights. I brought my RR in and was greeted by very friendly staff. I explained to John the situation and was very happy to find out that they had the battery and headlights in stock! I didn t have to leave my RR overnight, which I was very pleased about. John answered all my questions effectively and was very helpful. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done and I was out of there in no time! I highly recommended British & German Autoworks excellent service keep up the great work!!!!

When my AC compressor gave out I called around a few Indie shops to get a quote. John @ B&G Autoworks was very helpful over the phone. After booking it in they gave me a fair quote for the repair; provided photos and highlighted some other repairs but did not give me the hard sell on those extras. Excellent communication; fast turnaround and what I felt was a fair price for a pretty difficult job that I didn't fancy tackling myself.I'm very happy with the work that was done and would trust Peter and his team to work on my car in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

The customer service at this location was nothing short of perfect. I explained the issue with the vehicle and the service manager shared his diagnosis approach. In addition he shared the inspection report and suggested next steps. Very honest and trustworthy shop.

British & German Autoworks have serviced my cars for years. During this time, they have gained my loyalty and trust by consistently providing professional, efficient and reliable service. Peter and John are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and great at throughly explaining any necessary auto repairs.I recognize there is lots of competition in the European auto repair field. However, I highly recommend B&G Autoworks for any of your future auto repairs. I have taken my Range Rovers to British & German Autoworks for about 8 years. They are more knowledgeable and patient than the dealer, and their prices are lower. I have never been overcharged or upsold by British & German Autoworks, and I would recommend them over the dealer.

I have been taking my 2016 Land Rover LR4 ever since the first brake service. The dealership wanted $2500+ for brake service and British & German Autoworks was much cheaper. Once the warranty expired this business has been a life saver for needed repairs. The staff and technicians are absolutely amazing! I recently had Land Rover Las Vegas tell me I needed a $10k repair. Something didn t seem right so I had my car towed to British & German Autoworks for a second opinion. An air pocket in the coolant system followed by a $700 repair and I m back on the road. You can t beat the service and price point. When I called on a Tuesday they got me in that Thursday, unlike the Land Rover dealership who doesn t have anything available for weeks, sometimes months. I dropped off my Range Rover for service & couple of others things at 10:00am. It was ready for pick up at 1:00pm. Super smooth & runs like a champ.

These guys are Awesome. They got me in today, they diagnosed me today. Communicated with me every step. Give me a quote right off the bat and it was cheaper than Land Rover of Carlsbad who would not help me with my issue.Thank you B & G Auto !!
