Shaun and his mechanic are friendly and efficient. They have worked on my car twice doing a few different things. Oil change, battery test, alignment, etc. Price was way lower than the dealership quote. After installing a new headlight control module in my wife's bmw x3, it needed to be programmed. Five minute job that a few places I called wanted over a hundred dollars for. Stopped in to Bozzuto and they took care of it, no charge. That kind of customer service speaks volumes. I'll be back when the bmw needs work.

I have brought my wife's X5 in multiple times and he is always willing to help, very knowledgeable and will always shoot you straight. If you own a bmw this is the place to go! They are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in their work! The price is fair but in all honesty it s a bargain because there s no nonsense and there s no question they stand behind their work!

I have been there two times, first time is for fixing an air intake for a F82 M4, second time is for fixing a front lip for a G80 M3. For the front lip, they fixed it free of charge! My go to mechanics for my fiat 500 which is nearly impossible to get serviced on in San Diego. Always so response, and efficient super straight up on pricing. I m really happy with the work they ve done on my car and relieved to have them in San Diego.

Had to get my car serviced last minute and Shaun was very accommodating and able to get me in the following day after I called. Shaun and the other people that work there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about my car. Most unprofessional, inconsiderate rental experience of my life. Booked a vehicle to rent a month ago for vacation in San Diego. The day before my rental, reached out to advise I wouldn t need the car as early in the day as I initially thought, and asked if picking up in the afternoon was an option. Shaun responded quickly, but advised that wouldn t be within their business hours. No problem, totally makes sense. Before I could even respond to say no problem, Shaun cancelled my reservation!! Leaving me stranded with no rental, while out of town, with less than 24hrs notice. Trust me when I say these folks are not good people, and could not care less about the people they are providing a service to. This says a lot about their business practices. Buyer beware.

Out of curiosity, I rented a Mini-Cooper from Shaun, just to see what the Mini provided in terms of a driving experience (it was nice!). Shaun was friendly & professional and had everything ready for an easy in & out transaction. He had many other vehicles, which are still sparking my imagination for other "driving experiences" from the other brands. Great, safe fun during a pandemic!

Drove down from Orange County - had the best price on the engine work I needed done. Example: Crevier BMW wanted $9,000 to do the same job that Bozzuto did for a fraction of the cost. I've taken my 2015 jeep grand cherokee to Bozzuto Motors three times now and every time it's been a quick and painless experience. I've had everything from general maintenance like oil changes done to engine rocker arms replaced which fixed knocking that was occurring. The worse car dealer ever. We had the worse experience with Shaun. Don t try to purchase or go to this dealer. We bought a BMW M5 with no warrantee (as it is) cost us around $15k. After driving it for 1 day, the transmission light, malfunction and emissions lights were on. Plus, the vehicle started shaking when accelerating then the car turned off completely in a week. We tried to call the dealer to inform him about the car issues and asking him for any instructions. He said the car as it is and it was our fault. Even though we were driving it comfortably and not every day. We ended up paying for auto loan for a car we don t even use. IF YOU WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY, GO TO THIS DEALER.

Tried to buy a car and couldn't get the seller named Sisco to send me some pictures I wanted before doing a 3 hour drive to go get it. Had to constantly write him since he wouldn't reach out and take initiative on his own. Then he proceeds to tell me he's not in a rush to sell it and won't negotiate when I didnt mention a thing about the price which I was 100% content with. After a full week, I told him to forget it and I'd take my money elsewhere and he just gave me a thumbs up. Don't waste your time.

Called asking about the price of a vehicle as it was high compacom to other dealers. Told me to to go buy one at another dealer. They don't haggle or need my business.IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE.I never said that I had another deal worked out. You were the first dealer I called. I said your price was a few grand more than anyone else and the car had higher mileage and I received the above. Don't try to flip it into something it wasn't. Good luck with your unprofessional business practices .

Angel is the best guy around. My specialty bmw had 2 leaks, he fixed it and threw in an alignment for a good price. Even put gas in my car for free. Will be back if I need any more work done, will also recommend his services to friends and family!

Heres a core consumer experience: Never in my life of purchasing vehicles have I ever been rudely asked to leave because I had a question about a car. These guys are WAY over priced beyond a fair reasonable value and will lie to your face TRY to cover their a**. Steer clear from these liars.

I ve rented from Shaun a couple of times, and his rates are always equivalent or better than the rates at avis. His cars are also well maintained and clean. His covid cleaning protocols are also on point.

I will not be back again. Terrible business owners. The wife is a scammer and talks people out of their money for a living. The cars they rent out are stolen and not registered to them. I found this out the hard way when I was pulled over! Highly not recommended!
