After placing an order on Amazon called them direct and canceled Amazon order. They are joke I voiced my concerns with shipping told Sam I would pay next day if needed. She started had a set of injectors was in Texas and that would be a one day turn around! I filially get shipping info out of PA with a signature required to receive. And she told me she didn t hear me say that, bad bad customer service the whole thing has been a nightmare worse than Amazon customer service and we all know what s that s like. In a crunch for Rocky Mountain race week and here I sit waiting. I would steer real clear of this company they don t listen to the customer in a time of need they must not be racers that s for sure I had to give them a 1 star because no star was available. Again very disappointed after several emails and calls run don t stop and be a victim of bad customer service, and somebody not listening to what you re saying! Thanks, Dennis S with SFR Racing

My father bought a $400 programmer for his truck and they first sent it to the wrong address and then when they sent it to him they sent the wrong one they sent one for Chevy and we only drive Fords and the whole return process is a nightmare

They are friendly, and helpful. They do anything to find best parts with really good price. And definately they are fast, really fast. The parts that I ordered arrived in 3 days. They know how to do business. Boost projest commented by me. They deserve 5 stars. Come and see how they work.

Another great Boost projects experiance. I needed to replace spark plugs and ignition wires for my mercedes W220. I asked Gunay which brand should I go with. They capeble what are they doing. Thanks for very fast shipping and helping me find my way out.

The customer service provided by this company was outstanding. They were prompt at dealing with my concerns and went out of their way to ensure that my order was completed to my full satisfaction. The soft top for the jeep is very well built and exceeds my expectations on its fit and durability. I would not hesitate in recommending purchasing this or other products from this company.

I speak for every other automotive business out there, these idiots are ruining the market for everyone. For example ACL bearings, Boost Projects literally sell bearing sets for almost cost to where they are only making probably a $1 or so profit. Why ruin the market for everyone? Not to mention you call em out on it and they are a holes. This business should be reported to the BBB.

Their assistance was very helpful for my purchase, I especially appreciate their patience! Their quick response saved me a lot of time and money. I am not an expert of the market but prices were the best I could find addition to their perfect customer service. Definitely recommended

I recommend buying elsewhere. I purchased a set of brake lines for my 02 SVT Focus in November 2020 from this seller s EBay store. I ended up spending a few more bucks to buy from them because their listing guaranteed they fit my car. It had me plug in the exact model and verified it would fit. It s Sept of 2021 and I m just now getting around to swapping the brake lines. I open the box and pull out the package and it clearly says Not for SVT models. I contacted customer service and they were unwilling to assist in any way since it was outside of their 30 day return window. If you do order from them I highly suggest checking what they sent immediately even if it is guaranteed to fit so you re inside the 30 day window. I would be more understanding if it was my error ordering them but the customer service rep even said she could see on the listing that it was noted to fit my vehicle but still wouldn t offer any resolution. Buyer beware.

All the workers are super friendly and you can definitely tell they love their job.Always get my parts from them because they carefully handle everything and it's suoer high quality for good prices. Best part is you can hang out and play games while you wait for your part installed!

I recently bought shocks for my truck from Boost Projects. I was really impressed with the excellent service and pricing! I had a minor order situation that I accidentally created and Boost Projects went above and beyond to help me sort it out. Great vendors like this deserve a shout out. I ll be back for more performance parts in the future!
