My insurance company recommended a few shops near me and I m glad I chose Body Shop Express. I chose them based on previous reviews, and now I m adding my own. The staff were all professional and friendly. I received continual updates on the progress of my car and the end product looked great. They did a nice job with the color match and the blending. I received my car back fully detailed! Highly recommend.

The constant 5 star reviews are all 100% accurate. I m still fairly new to San Diego and have no family here so finding a trusted auto/collision shop on my own was a challenge. I found Body Shop Express and saw many good reviews - so figured let s give it a shot. First off - great communication. Of all the places I reached out too, they were the only ones to answer me very shortly after my request. Chris helped me the entire time, got me in for an estimate same day, and was very helpful. Chris - I hope you know how awesome and appreciate you are. They let me know while they couldn t find the part needed, if I was able to find it they would still be able to do the labor. AMAZING. The price was one of the best I was quoted, and on top of it, just good old fashioned friendly customer service. 10/10 recommend . They do a lot of different services. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!! One of the best car service experiences I ve had. Clinton is so friendly and goes above and beyond, A++ customer service. They did a fantastic job on my car, charged a reasonable fee, and gave top notch customer service!!Would highly recommend to anyone

I chose this shop because of all the great reviews and the reviews were right. The work they did on my car looks great! The paint color matches perfectly. I wanted OEM parts and Chris was able to work with the insurance to get their payment but still get me OEM parts with a very reasonable extra charge. They also cleaned the car and it looks like they might have waxed it. They even cleaned under the hood! I was impressed by that because a lot of their customers wouldn't have noticed that. Clearly they care about doing a good job, even for things the customer doesn't see. If I need collision repairs again I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I needed my whole bumper and Headlight replaced on my Dodge charger due to a fender bender. (I hit another car) They did an amazing job!! And finished in a timely manner. The paint job is GREAT my car looks brand new again and I m so happy. They even buffed out my car, cleaned inside and out. Thank You! They did an awesome job fixing my car after I got backed into by another car. They worked directly with the auto insurance company so I didn t have to pay a cent. They replaced my hood, headlight, radiator, fixed some bumps and scratches, and even cleaned my car before returning it to me. They also coordinated directly with the rental car company to have my rental car brought to their shop and picked up when I was done with it. 10/10 I highly recommend!

My experience here couldn t have been better. I wish I hadn t waited so long to get my car fixed. Had some scratches down the side from a tight parking spot. When I walked in, Clinton at the front desk jumped up, ran outside, fixed 95% of it in 5 minutes with a couple of solutions, didn t charge me anything, gave me a ballpark quote for the remaining 5%, and I was on my way. Top shelf customer service. Customer for life no matter what issues are next.

I had a great experience with Body Shop Express. Everyone was so nice, they kept me in the loop on the status of my car, handled the insurance and rental car details, finished working on my car a week early, and cleaned the interior. Highly recommend

I took my car in for an estimate to repair the bumper.They took my car right in and an hour later it was completely and perfectly repaired. When I asked what the charge was, I was told there would be no charge! It was an unexpected and very happy experience.

I brought my Mazda RX-7 here recently to have window trim and windshield wipers installed. I also had my door trim retouched. The job was done same day and at $100 was more than reasonably priced. The staff were very professional and friendly. No nonsense shop that does great work!

Front bumper repair on Bmw F10, 6 months later paint started to peel away. Side reflecting light fell off, worst service from these people. That s just the beginning, They also broke one of my parking cameras on my front bumper it was a $700 part. Not Only that they cracked my navigation system on my Bmw another $1500.00 repair after Arguing with them for weeks. Now my front bumper paint is peeling off. Worst service and workmanship I ve ever seen. They in total charged my insurance which I will not disclose their name around 5K just to replace & paint the front bumper. Took my rental car there with a badly scratched rear bumper. They took care of it while I waited and didn't even charge me anything! The rental car agency didn't notice the repair...Highly recommend this place and although they obviously won't do free repairs all day they are friendly and really good at their job!

This place is awesome with excellent customer service. My daughter got sideswiped and the bumper was hanging off. Being from out of state, as I am, I called the shop as they were right by the accident, and they had her come by and they got the bumper in a position to where it was drivable and able to get back home, all in 15 minutes. You can't get any better service than that! We will do business with them anytime we need body work done.Service: Body & Trim

Re-attaching front bumper and plastics. TOP NOTCH ON ALL LEVELS!!!!I called and talked to Chris and he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was informed that the shop was very busy but to bring it in and they will see where they could work me in, I brought the car in and we discussed it, and I left very confident. Less than 20 hours later I got the call that the car was ready and I could come and pick it up!!! I was shocked and very impressed...not only that...when I arrived they had cleaned my car inside and out and the work was top quality and the pricing was soo good I don't even want to mention it!!!!This shop and the team there get the highest rating I could possibly give and will be recommending to anyone I know that's looking!!! I have used Bodyshop express several times in the past. They are VERY professional and are meticulous with the work that they do.My last experience was with Leonard. Impressed with the service I received at this car body shop! I re needed to get my front fenders changed on my 2013 Toyota Prius, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.Chris took charge of the operation, and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. He got the job done quickly but without compromising on quality. It's clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, ensuring that everything fits perfectly and looks seamless.As for the price, it was very reasonable no hidden fees or surprise charges. To top it all off, they even threw in a free car wash, making my Prius look as good as new, inside and out.Would highly recommend this shop if you're looking for dependable, quality service at a fair price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got a referral here as the best auto body repair guys in town, by my local car mechanic. Glad I called and asked them for a referral. Neighborhood referrals truly are the best.Chris and his team did an AWESOME job on my 07 Lexus GS. Far and above expectations. Fixed a huge bumper gash in the front, and tuned up all around with touch up and small fixes, a full clean and detail, making the car look almost brand new (13 year old vehicle mind you). Blown away.Cannot recommend this shop and their craftsmanship highly enough. A++ work. Thanks again Chris!!!!

TLDR: This place is fantastic and 100% can be trusted with your vehicle.Full Review: I'd like to preface my comments with the fact that I have (in a non-humorous context) been accused of caring more about my car than myself. If anyone was going to nitpick about a body shop's work it would be me. I take a lot of pride in my vehicle, and care a great deal for it.One day I was stopped behind another vehicle at a red light, and a person rear-ended me. I was heartbroken, but life happens. The gentleman driving the other vehicle was very responsible and honest about the situation; he was also well insured, so no hard feelings. Apart from not hitting my car in the first place, he couldn't have conducted himself better.Of all the shops that insurance was willing to work in a quick manner and that were a reasonable distance from me, Body Shop Express had the best reviews, so I took my car there.They did a fantastic job, in every regard. The paint match was impeccable. Panel gaps were as good as or better than stock. The radar sensors in the bumper (used for parking proximity and rear cross-traffic alerts) were replaced/installed just right. To top it all off, they detailed the car inside and out -- masterfully. We're talking about a professional detail job, not just some auto car wash and vacuum.As absurd and immature as it may be, my car is my pride and joy. Of all the material possessions I have, it is my favorite. It's my favorite by a mile, and several times over. Body Shop Express treated it as such, and I am very grateful.I've attached before and after photos of my car, so you may judge their work for yourself. I'll also be posting this review on yelp, for those who use that platform.

Once again quality workmanship , friendliness and on-time service! They are a cut far above any other body shop I have used. Picture does not show the damage but it was extensive down the entire side of the Ford and the wheel. Looks better than it did before the accident. This is THE place to have your body work done.

They are extremely unexperienced and i would not recommend them to anyone. They did a service a couples a months ago and later on when I went to get my oil changed in another place they failed to hook things. My mechanic said thats this could have damaged my whole vehicle to the point of total loss. Their service and experience is TRASH . Besides everything they didnt even put the protective cart back on.

I brought my 22 year old car here to get my rear door fixed from a low speed collision. I was hoping they wouldnt have to replace the door because they only made 12000 for the us plus it was an old car. They let me know they would try but might not be able to. I understood. I got auto text updates about the status of my car and that it was expected to be done in about two weeks. I got a call about 9 days in that my car was done. The work done was great. The door was back to new and the paint match was perfect. I would recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do amazing quality work here! My corvette had some damage to the fiber glass tub in the hatch back. Other shop I got an estimate from said it had to be replaced even though it was minor. These guys got that patched up and the rest of the exterior damage looking amazing. Also they wanted to actually break it down instead of just glancing at it so the estimate would be accurate as possible since I wasn't using my insurance. Come back faster than I was expecting and also came in under the estimate!!! Big shout out to Chris and the rest of the team couldn't be happier!!!

So thankful for the great work done on my car at Body Shop Express after being rear ended! They were the only body shop I found that would order the parts before taking my vehicle in. Other body shops wanted me to drop off my vehicle before they ordered parts which is a horrible idea right now because most car parts are months behind. I would have maxed out my rental allowance just to have my car sitting in a shop when it was totally drivable. Although parts took a while to come in, George was awesome and kept me updated frequently on the status and immediately booked me for repairs as soon as they did arrive. My car came out looking brand new and they even gave it a good cleaning and detailing.
