I am truly thankful for having such a great dealership to work with. You can tell management/ownership of this specific dealer puts customers first. No matter who I have worked with, Martin in sales, or Chris in Service, the quality of the people at BMW in Kearny Mesa are second to none. I genuinely feel cared about, as well as my car, but I truly believe this crew wants all of its customers to be happy. As such, I will continue to shop at this specific dealership, as well as get my cars serviced here.I wish I could leave 10 stars on this review and I highly recommend you try this dealership out if you are in the market for a BMW or need your current BMW serviced. Brought the X5 in and dealt with a service advisor by the name of Jayson Vale Cruz And let me till you this gentleman restored my faith in this service department at BMW San Diego! I ve been going here for years,and my last service advisor was not it! ( won t include his name,I SHOULD THO) .Glad to see what I already knew That are service advisors there who take their job seriously and are customer oriented Jayson did a excellent job! Very easy process to schedule. Work done VERY quickly and expertly. They sent photos of the work being done and upon completion. My service rep, Andrew Kim is exceptional. He reached out to me before, during and after the work. By far, the most painless maintenance I have ever had on any vehicle I have owned. Will only bring my BMW here for all scheduled (and hopefully, no unscheduled) work.

One of the best service ever i had a nail in my tire and Malcom took good care of me i appreciate bmw of San Diego for the loaner department inventory is great i got the IX and i loved it my next car will be the ix for sure

The Service department at BMW San Diego is top notch. From the moment that a customer brings in their car for service, the friendly staff quickly diagnoses the issue with the car, and the service manager clearly discusses the options with the customer. The Service technician sends a video showing the car, sometimes including underneath the car, as he describes the condition of the car and needed work to be done. Texts and phone calls keep the customer informed of progress. Service is quickly completed to get the customer back in the road. These guys are the best!

When I get into my car and drive away from my apartment, I feel good because of BMW of San Diego. I am able to get on the highways, I m able to confidently and comfortably cruise around town knowing that everything is fine because of the service department at BMW of San Diego. I have no idea how to work on a BMW but I know that I love my car and I know that it is it symbol of what I have accomplished and where I am going in my life. Just knowing that I have people that take care of my car and know what s best for it, allow me to confidently go around San Diego county as a realtor is a special gift that i haven t had in the past. The comfort, the peace of mind, and the safety that I feel is not because I drive a BMW, that all comes from the people behind the scenes. The feeling comes from knowing that my BMW has been serviced by the employees at BMW of San Diego. Thank you

An inexplicable issue arose with my newly purchased car. On Friday, March 8th, upon concluding work and intending to head home, the ignition failed to start. Monitor had come up same signal (attached photo) I distinctly remember turning off the ignition when I exited the car in the morning to go to the office, and my digital key (my cellphone) remained with me at the office throughout the day. There seemed to be no reason for the battery to out. After waiting for two and a half hours, my car was towed to the Kearny mesa BMW service center, where I had to wait for a week without any explanation. My adviser, Brad Lawn, sent a text on March 13th stating that he would monitor the situation to find out the cause, and on March 18th, he instructed me to pick up the car. However, when I went to pick it up, he simply passed me by and went somewhere else without any explanation. To this day, I remain unaware of the clear reason why my car wouldn't start. (The paperwork provided stated that a software update was performed, but there was no explanation other than that they charged the battery.) I am deeply disappointed with such irresponsible service for a new car that cost nearly fifty thousand dollars.

Chris Levy has been our Service Advisor through our four X-3s. We have always appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty. We have never had to wonder what needed to be done, was being done, how much it was going to cost or when the service work would be completed. Chris is on top of communication throughout the entire service process and available to answer any of our questions.I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris Levy for service, and BMW of San Diego for everything BMW related.

Called and scheduled an oil change. Came in dropped my car off the next day with Dave. Tony gave me a ride home. A hour later Alex sent me a video of the progress and a Thorough inspection of my vehicle. Shortly after that Joe called me to arrange my pick up.Professional service from everyone involved and I am happy! Thanks guys.

The at home service was amazing. Julian was top notch and didn t mind me watching. I m sure it was annoying but he informed me on everything he was doing. I really enjoyed the at home service. Super convenient and the staff from scheduling the appointment to the actually technician went above and beyond. Will definitely be using this again.

Our advisor, Chris, is awesome! Had an issue with a tire, thought it was fixed, turned out something else was wrong and required another service appointment. Chris didn't make me wait, told me to show up ASAP and he would get me a loaner car and fix the second issue immediately. Thanks, Chris, for A+ service. Highly recommend BMW of San Diego!

I had a coolant leak on my 530i and they made sure to get it fixed even though the parts were on back order. Also provided with a complimentary loaner vehicle while the loaner was being serviced.Malcom was my service advisor. Young man has great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything went accordingly.

As always, their service is impeccable. I have never had a problem with them. I asked them to check the brakes, rotors and pads all the way around and everything came back intolerance with room to spare. And at no charge. That's service. Thanks

I appreciate my advisor, Marcelino - and I'm glad you are all very busy; however; I prefer having a voice-to-voice human interaction when extra fixes are recommended after inspection (I came in for a routine oil change). Somehow all the texts (esp the one with the checklist of extra fixes) is a bit much for me - given the final bill was a lot more than I expected. This was a big change from a year ago. Guess I'll know better next time.
