I took the company van in to get a smog and the staff told me they were not getting a reading. They asked me if I had recently changes the battery. I told them, yes I had. The suggested I take the truck for a drive on the highway for about 30 minutes going 60 miles an hour so the computer can reset. So I did and the next day I took it back and it passed the smog. I was thrilled. The staff was polite, fast and professional. Highly recommend.Service: Smog certification

When I pulled up they were working on the guy before me car and they just finished mane when they turned his car on n hit the gas a little bit i said oh yea, these the guys right here. The dude car sounded so dam good i was ready to pay the price and it s cheap and quick . they re working on my car rn, that s how good these guys are. You tell me whether they deserve a bump up or bump down in rating:-Requested to replace catalytic converter in order to pass smog test as the mechanic from other place recommended after failing the smog test-For three days prior to pick up the shops phone went to voice mail-The day of pick up the owner claimed that the smog test machine had broken and repair will be made Thursday next week-When I called on Thursday they said the mechanic could not fix the machine b3cause missing few parts so check back-When I called on Saturday and asked for the status of the machine, the worker said, "pls hold" and hung up. I tried calling several times but it miraculously went back to voice mail-When I drove in the same day to ask the worker what's going on, he told me that the machine works now and come back on Monday to have the owner to test it because he can't test-When I took the vehicle today as the worker told me to, the owner said that the machine is still broke and don't know when the repair will be done. When I showed him the recent result of another failed smog test after the catalytic converter has been replaced he said that it's not the catalytic converter issue there must be a problem with fuel mixture. I asked him why he changed the catalytic converter and he said because I asked for it.Questions lingering in my head like:-Did they know off the initial smog test paper whether my cars problem was not related with catalytic converter but still replaced it even though my goal is to pass the failed smog test? (If they are the experts as the present themselves then I see it as a problematic, especially it cost $900 and thanks to the worker who didn't shut off the manual battery cut off switch, I ended up replacing the battery too)-Was the smog test machine (BTW my car is 81) ever broken?-Why is the shops phone repeatedly turns to a voice mail?

PLEASE BE AWARE, I went to this place right after putting some new wheels on my truck then I decided to go to this shop and ask Cristian , how much would it cost to put on a FlowMaster 40 series. He replied $185.00 , so being a good price I say ok , put it on. After I got home I changed clothes and looked at my muffler and I saw nowhere the name brand of Flowmaster engraved on the sheet metal as for the model number. It is just blank and I believe it s a Ebay knockoff for $35.00. I believe this is not the first time this shop is doing this and many others have been taken. They did a good job on welding it, it sounds great and I didn t complaint because I figure it will last a year or two and I ll get a real one. I also figure I didn t pay that much, however I did ask for an original one and not a fake so that s the part that made me feel taken. I feel they should be honest with the customers and they should offer the knock-off, some will consider it but for them to say it s a flowmaster and have it on their wall to show what they sell is very misleading. Hope this is helpful for someone and if you got a muffler from this place , check to see if it s real.

This is the best auto shop. These huys are fast and they have great prices and service. I work downtown and these guys are loke 5 minutes away. They have saved me thousands of dollars and many hassles over the years!

They charged me for fuel on a truck rental when it had the required fuel amount. They Charged me for insurance when I did no request it. I was given No paperwork , my truck was never checked when I brought it back.They make up rules and charge you what they want.Don t use these people!

I called in for a muffler install . A guy answered and told me to come in within one hour because he was working on a car. I get there an hour later and he says he's busy with another care that came before me. Very unprofessional, he could've called and let me know not to come anymore. Made me waste my time , I will be taking my business elsewhere.
