Great experience with Ball Park Auto.Amazing customer service, mechanics were incredibly knowledgeable, and the shop is family run.The owner even drove around the block with me to ensure I was satisfied.I cannot recommend this place anymore!

Armando is absolutely amazing! He really did an AMAZING job with my car and my needs! I couldn't be more impressed by this shop and everyone is really full of integrity and just a great ethic to proving the best service for automobiles and especially my Prius C class!!

Jake and his team at Ball Park Auto have been great! I have a sprinter van that needed a bunch of work and they took care of all of it for a great price. They even redid a small spot where some rust came back a year later. Thats great service and I appreciate it. Adam

Ball Park Collision is AMAZING!! I've never had better customer service. My Audi A7 was hit and needed body/paint and suspension work. Ball Park was recommended by the tow truck driver so i gave them a shot. It made me feel better when i got there because they were working on a Ferrari and had a Bentley in front they just finished working on. I figure they must do a great job if they are working on those kinds of cars. While they worked on my car Andrea kept me up to date about my Audi and also was calling around town to help me find someone who could reupholster my dashboard in my 1966 olds. When i picked up my car it looked better than the day i drove it off the lot. Really it did. Later that day some lady doored my car and scratched the passenger side door. I had to run back to Ball Park for a part and i told them the story. Without hesitation Victor said wait and came back with a compound and buffed the scratch out along with some others that were already there for FREE. I don't know any other shop that treats their customers that way. I won't be taking any of my cars anywhere else other than there. Thank you Ball Park Collision

BEWARE!! PLEASE READ!! My Mini Cooper was hit and I brought it there for repairs. It looked good when I picked it up, BUT looks are definitely deceiving. Every time I hit a small bump, it would jump about 8" to the right. I brought it back several times (4) and basically they told me I was crazy. They said everything was replaced properly. I went to the Mini Cooper dealer for regular service and found out nothing had been fixed properly. I called the Bureau of Automotive Repair, they checked everything (mechanical and bodywork) and found all sorts of problems (parts not replaced, old parts used again, taping-off instead of removing for paint, etc). Took them to court and won!! Judge said they were fraudulent in so many ways!! Save yourself a big headache and don't go there. I have ALL the court records if anyone wants to see, feel free to contact me.

These people replaced my front bumper very well - they matched the eight year old paint perfectly. I didn't feel like they were trying to scam me, and the customer service was on a level I'm unfamiliar with when it comes to mechanics. I will definitely use them for future body work.

I'm the worst when it comes to cars, let's start with that.I've had THE worst luck with anything auto related including the time I rear ended someone on Thanksgiving morning and ended up with a complete smash-in of my car hood. The tow-truck driver said (as they usually do) "my friend, I have great auto body shop. They take very good care of you"Like a lil lamb I listened and am super thankful I did.I called ahead before my car was moved there to give them a heads up and Nichole answered and said they'd be ready for me. The entire process she kept me up to date and was always happy (or atleast was good at sounding like it haha) to hear from me every 10 minutes as I checked for status reports. After they pretty much completely rebuilt my hood (looks brand new) they noticed a few bits here & there and didn't waste a minute in taking care of those as well. I even ended up buying new tires from them and am currently writing this review while in their waiting room.In a nutshell: Most mechanic shops are full of a-holes who know how to take advantage of a guy like me but this place makes me feel comfortable enough to feel like I'm not getting screwed over and for that I am quite thankful.Thanks Ball Park Auto Body!

This place is great! They got me in and out fast. I paid for him to repair one ding but also had a small one next to it, which he also fixed and an extremely discounted price! Awesome customer service and upfront with the prices.......no small print or hidden charges. Thank you guys!!

This is an awesome repair shop on Market and the employees are very helpful and friendly. The work they did on my car after my accident was great, and the paint job was spot on.I would recommend them anytime!

Terrible experience. They backed out of an agreement to fix an alignment issue with my vehicle if I took out my body work claim with them on my Toyota Tacoma. Don t waste your time with this shop.

I met Victor right when I pulled up. Great down to earth guy and gave me a quick quote. We discussed a few details like if it was going to be used parts, aftermarket, OEM or whatever. Basically told him I want it looking as new as possible for as cheap as possible. I have a 2003 Honda Accord and need front bumper, hood and side panel work from rear ending a car. After 1 week came back and the thing look Brand New! We didn't discuss the engine protector under the car, I complained to Victor and he surprisingly said no problem, even though we didn't discuss it, ill order it and put it in. BAM! now that's done and I am one happy camper.

Horrible customer service dont answer their phone dont keep you informed of your vehicle they gave me three different dates when my car sould of been ready even the date they quoted my insurance but ever time I called when they did answer they had some excuse they even told me they order the wrong part twice and they made it sound like it was my fault so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a rental because it took over 30 days which was covered by my insurance overall I wouldn't recommend to any family or friends or anyone for that matter.

They took very good care of me I got into an accident while out of town so I live in a different state had to leave my car in San Diego I was nervous and upset but the assured me everything will be fine and my car will look like new and it did you'll never know my car ever got to accident unless I told you thank you guys so much

The owner was unique in that he actually told me the truth and discouraged me from spending money on the accident I had. Showed me why he made his recommendation and spent the time with me to answer my questions.

They fixed my car but kept pushing the date back further and further I ended up waiting three weeks for them to do a job that they said would only take 4 days.
