Had them change out the timing chain / guides on my 2014 BMW X3. The vehicle is driving great, the price was very fair & I can rest easy that my engine will not blow up now..LOL. Overall, B&B is great! I've used them a few times & i'm always satisfied. Give these guys your business. You won't be dissapointed.

This place is great! The estimate was the total cost at the time of pickup and they even took a little off once I went to pay. This is my first time going here after a long time being loyal to a different BMW service shop. B&B Autohaus has absolutely won a lifetime customer.

After a VERY disappointing experience with another shop where my BMW sat for four weeks only to break down on the way home, I turned to Adam at B&B AutoHaus. From our initial conversation, it was clear I had made the right choice. My car, previously neglected, was in capable hands. Adam had it running perfectly in less than 24 hours-a testament to his skill and dedication. Adam will be my forever mechanic! A heartfelt thank you to Adam and the B&B AutoHaus team.

Ive taken my 2014 BMW X6 here after my service agreement with BMW was over and am glad I did. Great service at a fair price. Ill continue taking my BMWs here after the dealer service agreement is up.

Philip and the team are the BEST!I ve been coming here for years and every single time, they go above and beyond in helping me out. I have been to other repair shops that do all brands and they can t figure out what s wrong with my BMW. After taking it to B & B Autohaus, they either knew immediately what was wrong or called me after a couple hours.Their prices are very fair as well, never been upsold or told to get something that wasn t a necessity.Stop searching and comparing, make your life easy and bring your BMW here. B and B Autohaus are the best! 5.0 Excellent Communications, Daniel got the job done as promised! Before we could finish our breakfast at Denny's, we got the call, "your BMW is ready!" Super happy with the Customer Service and all of the service folks were very professional too! I highly recommend B and B Autohaus for your all of your BMW needs!

I wish to also add my positive experience I had with B & B Autohaus to the review list. They are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about BMWs and helped resolve a P/S issue with my vehicle and provided helpful information which other shops neglected to mention. You can tell they are enthusiasts; your vehicle is in good hands. WE own a 2011 BMW and used to go to the dealer to get service. When it became obvious that the dealer was overpriced and looking for ways to charge us more, we found B and B. They do great work, keep our car running smoothly and price is always fair. Easy to make an appointment, very good customer service (the staff at dealer often not very friendly). B and B is honest and very truthful about what needs to be done soon, what can wait. We have had them do little jobs and big jobs and they are always very enthusiastic about doing it right and making us happy. I really appreciate them and will use them for all my BMW repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Honesty. It's rare these days with many businesses, but not B and B. They are all honest - honest quotes and honest work. I brought my car in for brakes, oil, lights, and a couple of other small things and after inspecting my car, they recommended I NOT do the brakes yet. George explained why and saved me some money which is a first for me when it comes to auto work. He even found small issues that I forgot to report and put them in the notes to remind me to get them fixed the next time I come in. The prices are super reasonable - even oil changes are cheaper here, where they use quality parts, than even your drive in oil change specialty shops. I fully recommend B and B Autohaus for all of your BMW work that you need.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

As long as I have a BMW, B and B Autohaus will have my business. They are total pros who provide quality work while operating with honesty and integrity. I have left every interaction with B and B Autohaus totally satisfied- they work quickly, communicate well while work is in progress, and even check in after completion to see how everything is going. I wouldn t consider taking my car anywhere else!

I've relied on B&B Autohaus for repair and maintenance of my BMW's for many years. B&B provides the level of expertise equal to the BMW dealership at a significant cost savings. I appreciate the personalized service I've come to expect and I value the honest, straight forward advice I can rely on. Most recently, I had a damaged rear taillight replaced on my 2018 330i. You can't believe how expensive the part is! Steve explained that B&B has very little wiggle room in the price of BMW parts, but when I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to note that I was not charged any labor for the installation of the part. The dealership quoted almost $200 more than I paid at B&B. Thanks guys .. I appreciate it!!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to B & B by a client and I am extremely happy with the mechanics and their knowledge of BMW'S. This is the first BMW that I have owned and any time I have questions about certain things, they are happy to take the time to explain how things work. Their prices are good. The employees always make me feel comfortable. I like the feel of a mom and pop shop. I highly recommend B & B.

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic(s), and I do a lot of research online before I make any repairs or upgrades; for the things I cannot handle myself I always take our cars to B&B. They have been my go-to BMW shop for about 7 years now and they never disappoint. They have unlimited knowledge of all types of BMW's, they do top notch work and they are very reasonably priced. Never take your car to the dealership - go to B&B first and you will not regret it.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Having owned at least 5 different BMW models since 2001, I previously only had my vehicles serviced at BMW dealers. However, the service was very expensive and I never personaly knew who was working on my car. B and B Autohaus has been a game changer. For me, it's all about trust and service. Philip and Daniel at B & B definitely set the bar for all others to follow. Service with them is very easy and straight forward. Costs are extremely reasonable given the complexity of the brand and the peace of mind that I have knowing my car is in good hands is priceless. I highly recommend B and B Autohaus for all your service needs.

I'm so happy to have found B and B Autohaus when I moved to San Diego about 5 years ago. I've been taking my car there for pretty much any problem that comes up, as well as for routine services and oil changes.Service is always fast, reasonably priced (way less than at the dealership), and their work is superb. They're honest and never try to take advantage of you.Philip, Daniel, and the whole team are just the best. I won't take my car anywhere else!

B and B Autohaus is always extremely professional. They do great work, and keep you in the loop about any repairs that they perform or any potential issues that they've found. I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands, and know that they will only perform repairs that are absolutely necessary. If they see something that may need to be replaced in the coming future, they will notify you, but will not perform the replacement at that time as a means to give the customer the most value out of each part. B and B is the shop that I trust to perform any kind of service on my car.

I never take the time to write reviews but I think the guys at B & B deserve the recognition. Since moving to SD a few years ago I ve had consistent amazing customer service from them, and they are willing to tell me when I can put off work to be mindful of my budget. I really feel like I can trust them, and their prices are WAY better than the dealership. Their lobby is small and quaint but a nice place to get work done when you d rather just wait. I m really glad I have a place to take my X3!

We have a used BMW that has had some problems to address and luckily we found B & B Autohaus. They have been great, helping us navigate the various issues. Every time we bring the car in they are very professional and I know the pricing is much better than if we had taken the car to a dealership mechanic. They seem to care about their business and their reputation. They do an excellent job.

I ve been taking my 328i to B&B for a while now. It has allowed me to keep a premium vehicle without paying a premium maintenance price.Steve, Philip and all the guys there are great.One day I came in and Philip explained to me that when they replaced the serpentine belt that they had accidentally broken something. (It s not hard to imagine, everything is so close together with little to no room to work). Philip apologized and took full responsibility. He informed me that the additional repairs were made at no charge.I could see someone else calling me mid-repair and saying, hey, this other thing is broken, as long as I ve got the vehicle taken apart I can take care of it for you. It ll be $$$$ more. The staff at B&B has integrity. Efficient, reliable, honest and affordable. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Visited for the first time in June. Had B&B look over my 2004 BMW convertible - trying to decide whether to keep or sell. Philip was great and really spent time looking over the car and gave me great advice. We have another newer BMW and will definitely use B&B again. They were very professional and thorough.

B and B Autohaus is hands down the best auto repair experience I've had with my BMW. I've brought my car here for everything from Oil changes to battery replacement and couldn't be happier with the service and prices. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing and also do not try to oversell anything. I've had them tell me to hold off on certain things because they really weren't necessary when they could have easily told me that it was to make some money. 5/5.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I've tried other BMW shops here in San Diego I didn't have issues with them but when I got to trying B and B Autohaus. Their professionalism really showed. They never treat you like a service tag number. I have never had them try to up sale me or try to add on pointless services for money. Their prices are more then fair they aren't just about the bottom line. They are still running a business but they are doing it with integrity and values. They are a firm believer in doing the right thing even it means losing a sale. My relationship with them started with a simple out change now I take both a cars to them for everything.

Efficiently run, honest, upfront and straightforward business run by qualified and highly experienced enthusiasts. Thanks to Phillip, Michael and Daniel, I ve been taking my car to these folks for more than 5 years now. And ever since they ve kept my car tight and running right.Shortly after my 528i s warranty expired, the dealership experience very rapidly went south. A ridiculous quote at BMW dealership for starter replacement, that was 3 times the price compared to B&B s, got us to make the shift. Best of all, I give high credit to B&B s superior workmanship which proved far better than dealer s repair-service. Trunk's wiring that was repaired at dealership (when I couldn t open the trunk with neither key-fob nor dash s button) failed after few months of repair, while same repair at B&B was 5x less and the problem has since been fixed. For sure, this makes it very clear why they get so many 5-star reviews.BMW repairs and upkeep expense can add up quite a lot over time, so might as well get your money s worth from a team that is truly a rare find. I once got a warm approval at my son s dentist office when I said, Finding a good mechanic or a good dentist is like rolling the dice! It s hardest to find a good reliable 1) dentist and 2) a garage-mechanic who s honest, skilled, professional and most importantly who ll not overcharge you, or sell a repair that you don t need. Something that is almost impossible to find when looking for auto-mechanics.Glad we found the last honest mechanic-shop on the planet! Also, their shop is immaculate! Always a good sign.

The experience from B & B Autohaus reflects greatly on their work, as well their professionalism. It is know that BMWs are not cheap specially when it comes to their regular maintenance. However, the job quality from the guys at B&B makes it worth every penny as they strive to give you the best price possible. I am very satisfied with all their hard work done on my Z4 and I will always appreciate when someone takes pride on their work as B & B Autohaus does.

I absolutely recommend B and B Autohaus , Philip and his crew are utmost professionals, from appointment to finish . I've had the pleasure of doing business with them for several years whether it's for general maintenance or bigger repair issues on my 1995 325i. They have always taken excellent care of my car and are reasonable and reliable ! They go above and beyond for their customers , and I appreciate that in a business . You guys are Awesome ,Thank You ! I'd give more stars if I could you ,deserve it !

Honest ,professional and value for your money. I take both of my BMW's toB and B and have been very happy with the service and as soon as my wife's BMW is no longer on warranty she will be going to B and B Autohaus. I love dealing with businesses that take pride in their work and for the last several that's what I have received at B and B.
