This is my go to Auto Zone they are the best Nathan Z. Was very helpful and took care of me very knowledgeable answered all my questions I couldn't be happier w the service thank you Nathan great customer service definitely coming back for all my cars needs:)

If you're into doing it yourself and saving some money This is the right place to shop and buy your parts and install it yourself. They seem to have on hand most of your needs for your vehicle at a price that's competitive. If they don't have it in the store, most times they can have it delivered that same day.

The management here is horrendous its obvious they stick up for each other and dont provide true customer service. Im sure if this establishment was shut down, they would provide better service at their next job. Very poor experience this auto zone should be shut down no customer service, and the managers are rude and ridiculous. Auto zone employees are not mechanics, and they aren't qualified with knowledge to have people fix their cars. Good luck suckering someone else.

Each time I've been to this store, Mike Sanchez has gone up & beyond helpful to me. He just educated me on the ingredients of DEF. That explains a LOT! Major kudos to this excellent employee!

Allan the store manager was absolutely helpful. My car battery had issues, and he provided exceptional customer service. He provided me the best parts to ensure my car was able to run smoothly. I am very thankful for his help. I would recommend coming to this Auto Zone!

Allan, the manager, was extremely helpful, hands-on (eg would go and look for the product in the isles and bring it back to you) and didn't Rush me, despite the store being busy. I always come here for my car parts and no issues for the past decade.

Great and friendly staff, always ready to assist and help with all needs. Supply is on hand majority of the time. And it's close to shopping areas and residentials. Stop in and save, good prices.

This store has the worst customer service, very slow to help customers out, every time I ve showed up to order parts or buy goods the sales representatives took their sweet time, even with 3-4 employees in the store or behind the counter. It s like they are killing time to collect hrs and do bare minimum work for a paycheck. Go to O Reillys across the way. Great service and customer care.

I've been shopping at this particular location for about 5 years now. Not the best but very close from where I live.My today's experience hasn't been the first one though, enough is enough.I found a set of screwdrivers on sale. When I was about to pay i noticed the full price was checked by the scanner, so I let him know about the "SALE".Without even double check he offered me a military discount instead, because the item was in the wrong spot. So the manager took over and we both went to check the tag,.Without success he tried to prove the item was in fact in the wrong spot. Like I mentioned this situation happened to me in the past and sometimes I just ended up not buying the item.I really hope this review helps to the staff improve their customer's service since they been dropping the ball quite often in the past few years.

Zero customer service. Very low inventory and selection. No carts or baskets in the event that someone wanted to purchase multiple items. Walked around with about half a dozen things in my arms like a hobo until I got fed up. Left without purchasing anything. Absolutely not my first bad experience at this specific Imperial Beach location. Terrible representation of the franchise.

If you ever have car problems and want to do the car repairs yourself to save money..... Then the best guy to help you with That good direction is Brian so ask for Brian. He is very help and very knowledgeable with cars. This guy has so much experience and doesn t mind giving a helping hand. He honestly save my husband so much money. This dude is truly an Angel... Thanks Brian you are an amazing individual.

For some reason the manager would not get anyone to help out the rest of the customers. Over 8 people in line and one register open while alteast five member were stocking or breaking down a load. The store seems divided. And by divided I mean from the employees to the old manager. You can feel resentment in the air.

Four employees taking calls instead of helping people in line. Put them on hold and help the customers that have been waiting 15 minutes, what happened to first come first serve. And hire people that know what they are doing.

I called to check on availability for parts and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I've been a customer for several years now and every year it seems like their customer service has declined drastically. Store priority is in store customers, but they also need to take care of their phone customers as well.

Wow ! I cannot remember a more pleasant shopping experience - all of my car questions were answered , my purchase was made quickly , and the staff was there to assist me ( I am disabled ) in any way that I needed to be. The customer service here is pretty bad. nobody wants to put a little extra effort in helping you resolve a problem. And if they do it, they do it with frustration. One Latina lady at the cash register just took my money, closed the register and moved on to the next customer. No "thank you" no smile. I heard her complain about her work environment to a Spanish-speaking customer just before me. I speak fluent Spanish, so I know what the conversation was about. I figure if she doesn't like working there, get out. Don't spread your negativity to customers.
