As a woman that knows nothing about cars, when I have car issues I am completely frazzled and stressed. Today I came in cause I thought I was having battery issues, so I was willing to spend a good amount of money on a new battery. However the store manager (Tim) talked to me and came out to my car to check it. He was patient with me while running tests on the battery and helping me realize had something more than just a battery issue. As recommended by him, I took it to the shop and we are up and running. His patience helped calm me in my moment of stress and I appreciate that. We frequent this Autozone and consistent good customer service is the reason why. I hope Tim sees this and realizes he's much appreciated!

Tim at the Paradise Valley location is the best! I could not get the replacement headlight installed on my Honda CRV driver's side. Tim was so knowledgeable and kind. He immediately went out to my car, assessed the situation, ran back in to get a tool and then promptly replaced the light. He really went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

Today I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Benny B. He took some time out of his busy schedule to assist me with putting my windshield wipers on my vehicle. I recommend you reach out to Benny if you want the best customer service experience.

Thanks Tim (store manager). He saved the day and my wallet. My check engine light came on and of course it freaked me out. I hurried to Autozone first thing this am in hopes they could do a diagnostic test. Tim welcomed me and assisted me. After connecting the device to my car, we hooked it up to the computer and Tim says, "really" I smile and say "what" he says, in an omg voice, "it's the gas cap".Haha, whoops, sorry Tim. How was I to know. He was so patient and explained everything and gave me advice. I left feeling silly yet relieved that it was something super simple. I am appreciative to Tim and the Autozone team. Great customer service!

I love this Autozone. We come in here not having a clue what we need and they are always so patient with us. They don t even make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions. I always have a very pleasant experience here!!! I cannot thank them enough! Exemplary customer service!!!

if I could give this place 0 stars i would. Dropped my battery off to be charged , called 4 hours later and they said it was ready so I show up to pick it up and they take it off the charger and has 0% charge , now they say I will have to come back later cause they want to try to charge it again instead of letting me use my warranty.

I wanted to take the time to share the confidence my mother has in AutoZone. Especially the one at Paradise Valley Road. Anytime she is taken care of and gloats about the service, makes me smile and Tim did that today!

Everyone was so helpful at this location!The sales manager, Mark K., really went above and beyond with helping me to get my car back and ready for the road.They even went out of their way to help me replace my battery even through 100+ degree weather. If there is ever a problem with my car again, I know that the employees at this location will definitely do their best to help me out!

Mark was absolutely amazing! Not only did he help me with my battery (died on me that morning and had to call a tow company to get it jumped), but he also pointed me into the right direction for the tools I'd need so I could fix it myself if needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my car needs!! Thank you again Mark!

Not very helpful and seemingly clueless. I asked if there was a gas station nearby to top up my tire pressure, and they tried to sell me an air compressor, which I obviously didn't buy. They ended up selling me a $15 can of fix-a-flat. Turns out, that doesn't actually do what they said it would. Either they knew that and were trying to scam me, or more likely, it's just general incompetence. Either way, this is easily the worst AutoZone experience of my life. Not coming back to this location.

Benny was friendly and helpful with checking my battery charge level and which battery to replace it with. He was also helpful by replacing the battery as well. Highly recommend this location.

Seemed like the employee didn't really want to help anyone. Kept on saying he didn't have the parts, when he actually did. Dropped the parts on the counter with no care at all. I don't understand how you can have people behind the counter that don't know what they're doing and pretty much don't care. I won't be going there again. I wish I had the employee's name but I can't really blame him because his behavior reflects on the management and manager.

Needed to get gas containers!Yep, got them here!***And today it was raining and I had to get new windshield wipers. Yep got them here!And... they had a special for $20. Got those products too (cuz i relly needed them)!I had a super nice vusyoner rep guy who put on the blades really quickly. Wow. Such service!!

I would only go to this Autozone location to get help from the manager, Destiny. She was amazing and super helpful! If it wasn t for her I wouldn t have spent money at this Auto-zone because the guy clerk was not helpful at all. I told him I don t know anything about cars and that my car engine light is on and asked if I could please be assisted. He gives me a machine and tells me to look in my car to find where to plug it in. When I went back in to try to return it, he was hiding. This happened on Dec 24, 2022 8:50AM. Worst customer service ever. Don t just meet the customer s expectation. You should always go above and beyond and be willing to assist. On the other hand, Destiny was willing to go out to check what was wrong with my car. She even cleaned my engine for me. I m surprised her team isn t like her because she s such a great example. Some people are just really lazy to work no matter how good a manager trains them.

Great auto parts store. I went to two other stores that I will leave unnamed and could not get the parts that I needed without ordering. The shop was clean and the behind the counter help took care of all the items I need in short order. I would recommend giving them a call to see if they have the part you need first or just stopping by.

Excellent customer service I received from AJ who helped me replace my key battery and also helped me choose the best windshields for my car and helped me replace them on a rainy day. He went above and beyond thank you AJ for all your assistance.

Went to one store looking for a part. After waiting in line the guy informs me they dont have part at there store. Id have to pick up part at a diff store. I had them call to make sure part was there, I paid, and took receipt to pick up my part. Arrive and they have 1 line period now w/ 6 people ahead of me and they are looking for parts and everything. (No more 1 person atleast at register just ringing people up while others are in a diff parts line.) HORRIBLE IDEA. After waiting, they dont have my part. The worker told me" Best thing he can do is have me go pick it up at another store". I was HEATED. Kept my calm and went to next store to pick up what was the wrong part still in the end and not what was in picture. They didnt have my part I got my money back and I went to Napa. In and out w/ correct part. AutoZone is Not a great store for serious automotive parts, but great for lightbulbs and windshield wiper blades. Giant New store and service is horrible.
