BEWARE: AUTOVITALS requires a 1 YEAR contract (at least that s what I was told) for their services. Being a franchisee of a large national brand we trusted what many other franchisees were doing and blindly gave it a shot. No trial period, no demo plan, nothing, just sign up for 1 year and if you don t love their product then tough luck. They ll just take your $375 month by month over the next year, even when you are not using the service. I have always felt that if a company has a solid product or service to offer, as well as, great customer service then contracts are not needed. Your products and service will keep people coming back to you!!! Why hold people or businesses hostage if they are unhappy with your product or service and want or need to explore other options?? Especially when there is no major expense to get them all set up. Business should strive to Create great products and / or services which in turn will create great relationships and loyal customers. IF YOU ARE GREAT, CONTRACTS ARE NOT NEEDED.

We have been using the Bay IQ product in our shop since January. After searching for quite awhile to find a way to establish a rewards program for our customers, this is the perfect fit! Bay IQ integrates seamlessly with Protractor (our POS system), and Kevin Hughes has been terrific with support and customer service. I send Kevin our specials and promotions for the upcoming month, and he posts them on the Bay IQ portal and sends it out to our customers enrolled in the rewards program. We are extremely pleased with the response from our customers, and we look forward to growing our program.

The Customer Service we've received from AutoVitals, especially from Scott Phillips has been nothing short of exceptional! He has maintained clear communication, and made sure our concerns were addressed even if they weren't in his specific department. AutoVitals has changed the way we do business. They are a company that provides us with so many useful resources but most of all they provide INCREDIBLE TALENT! We have used AutoVitals for many years (since it first launched). The customer service/support we have received from them has been unmatched. The program itself has provided our shop and technicians with an awesome tool and has proved to be a valuable asset for our business. Our customers LOVE the easy to read layout of the inspections, and we love the features such as, tech notes, photos/videos as well as being able to chat with the techs through the system. We added the AutoVitals program several years ago and it was one of the best tools we have ever purchased. It is a great tool for our technicians to document all inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, as well as, a great sales tool for our service advisors to communicate with our customers.Another bonus, it provides a beautiful detailed report to educate our customers on the health of their vehicle. Our customers love it and so do we!

We were with Mitchell1 for 20 years and finally switched to Tekmetric. We had Bolt on, and we tried the Tekmetric inspection but our eyes were opened when we compared what the customer was seeing on their end with AutoVitals. AutoVitals was much nicer looking and laid out better. Their technician time tracking is awesome too.

Autovitals has always provided excellent service in a professional manner with an eye on making our shops better and more efficient. Our coach, Al Harris has worked with us to develop email and text campaigns and is our advocate in constantly improving our scope and usage of the program.

I was persuaded to sign on with autovitals by a nice salesman that called the shop. He said using their program will increase sales or I will get out of the agreement. After the initial setup and training ($800 which included a tablet), I realized it just wasn't going to work for me at this time. After several calls and emails, autovitals refused to cancel or postpone the agreement. They have only offered that I can buy out of the one year agreement and save one months payment. I also found out their contract auto renews unless the customer expresses they wish to not renew before the current years contract is up. I initially thought I would use them in the future when I move into a larger shop with more employees, but I will not be using them after the lack of understanding. Signing on with autovitals will cost my little shop over $3000. They will not have any future business from my shop. I do not recommend them. Looping customers into auto renewing contracts, to protect said customers from your own price increases is ridiculous.

The sales team was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, once the sale was complete, the main priority of the AutoVitals team was to keep the contract in tact. Software is not versatile. Customer service is not good. Would not allow us to cancel even though the software was not a good fit.

We are very happy with this program and the service! Scott, our customer service advisor, is amazing! He is a wonderful trainer, checks in with us still, notices when something might be off and reaches right out to help correct it. Honestly, we couldn't be happier. Using AutoVitals has been well worth the cost and one of the best business decisions we've made yet! Highly recommend!

We have been consistently impressed with the Auto Vitals program and service. Not only have we been well supported by a back end team which includes Steve Baker and Christopher Dunn, we've been able to work closely with our customers. The inspection has been an exceptional tool to help our customers become better educated and well informed thus allowing them to make good decisions about their car care. The inspection is user friendly for the customer and technician as well as the management team. Over time we've been able to adjust it to meet the needs of our customers. Our technicians provide suggestions and we make modifications to help with the work and to improve workflow. We love the feature that keeps us in touch with customers from notification about service intervals throughout the repair process including suggested work. The campaign manager allows us to strategically reach out to specific customers whether they are returning, lost or new regarding services or appointment reminders. Auto Vitals is top notch. We couldn't do what we do as a auto service facility without them! Thanks Auto Vitals.

We started using AutoVitals a few years ago. Between our 3 locations our monthly car count of over 1500 vehicles.Being in business for 100 years we have long established clients that we have built a relationship based on trust. With AutoVitals we are able to send electronic inspections. These inspections have not only reaffirmed the trust we have built, but helped us show what is exactly needed. Now customers understand what is needed and why it is needed. Pictures are definitely worth a 1000 words.AutoVitals has increased our ARO by over $300.00. That in itself is impressive, but we are also able to review past inspections to see if any recommendations need further attention.This has also protected us on the rare occasion that we are accused of being less than honest. In this day and age that is extremely important.

We've been using AutoVitals since close to the beginning of their start up. Even when DVI's were new to the industry we saw something different with this company. The layout for the user as well as the presentation was superior to any competitor and the shop flow management helps us tremendously manage our workload. The staff is always willing to help, and the company is constantly taking feedback and making changes. It works great with the integration with our POS. We highly recommend it, and our customer's love our ability for us to bring them to the car digitally to show them good, bad and future concerns.

Our account manager Al, has been with us since day 1 and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with anything we ve needed through the years. We have been using AutoVitals for about 15 years. I could not imagine not having Autovitals as a part of our team. Fantastic 100% paperless which saves time and money in communicating between techs and service advisors and with our customers. The transparency we have with our customers through AutoVitals is awesome. Marketing through email/text is so easy and it works. Our AutoVitals team are always helpful and care about the growth of my business and go over and beyond to make sure everything is firing on all eight cylinders. They keep you informed on your metrics to see where there needs to be improvement. Autovitlas is a great tool to stand above all other shops. I highly recommend AutoVitlas for any shop that wants to create "Moments of Magic" with their customers.

We have been an AutoVitals user for just over 2 years. In that time the program has helped take our shop to the next level. Our customers are impressed that they get this type, and amount, of information about their vehicle from an independent shop. We get many compliments every week as well as many great reviews. We also rolled over our web site to AutoVitals and that has been a great experience as well. Of all of the web site companies we have had over the years, AV is the best by far for us. We are presently running the full AV package and are very pleased with the results.We opted for AV due to the fact it operates on the repair order side as well as the DVI side and provides so much information on the screen at once with the workflow management options. Other programs we tried at the time felt, and were, more limited. Is AV perfect? No, but improvements come all the time.Being a "Digital Shop" requires commitment and some tenacity. One does not just order the program, tablets and integration work and expect all the benefits to happen overnight.That being said, making such a change in the way the shop operates can be a struggle and an uphill battle, but it is well worth the outcome. Our switchover was not without issues. We had to change our POS after we went with AV. Did they originally integrate, yes, but it showed us just how outdated our systems really were and just how badly they were holding us back. Our new POS and AV raised the efficiency of our shop greatly! BUT, it did take effort on our part to implement - we are still making small changes here and there. This is something any shop should expect that wants to leverage technology to their benefit.We made the switch to AutoVitals, weathered the storms of change, and are a better shop because of it. We offer an outstanding service to our customers that they do not get elsewhere and it shows on our bottom line.

We have been using AV for 3+ years at our shop now and it has literally turned our business upside down. By taking advantage of their Digital Inspection platform and implementing their workflow steps, we have been able to maximize our transparency to customers, stream line our repair and communication processes, and go from a $400 ARO to a $1000+ ARO, all while building trust with our customers and increasing efficiency and productivity in the shop. Their system drives customers to leave reviews and put us in the top hits on Google. It's easy to use from both the technician and service writer end. The continued support and check-in from our advisor are outstanding. I love the program and can not recommend it enough. If you're on the fence about it, get off the fence and just do it - you won't regret it!

From the coaching you will receive, to probably the best tech support I've ever seen, this is hands down the most incredible company to add to your portfolio. We have been a user of AV for about 18 months. The program is awesome for us! Works seamlessly with Protractor and really improved the speeds at which we can perform inspections and create estimates. I will only include this. It is a very deep program and takes commitment and time (and more time) to see the full value. We are still discovering new things weekly. Lot's of people I know gave up way too soon on it. Invest the time - it's worth it.

We have been using Auto Vitals for several years now. We have been very pleased with this advancement in the auto repair industry. It has allowed us to show the customer exactly what is going on with their vehicle versus just telling them in hopes they trust our word. This is a tough industry to be in, as a lot of customers have been taken advantage of by other repair shops by repairing things that are unnecessary. This has allowed us the opportunity to show our customers pictures with explanations to show them what needs their vehicle has and they are in control of deciding what we repair. We encourage anyone who is interested in this program, to have a meeting with Auto Vitals. When they say you will increase revenue with this addition to your business... they are correct! Implementing this into our daily inspections has without a doubt increased our revenue tremendously. We highly recommend Auto Vitals!

AutoVitals is a great digital inspection tool for your auto repair facility. Very user friendly for your auto technicians and even more user friendly for your customers when you send them the Digital inspection report. Included with your photos and repair recommendations are very informative videos which explain plainly to customers why a specific repair recommendation is being made. In addition to the tool itself, the AutoVitals team is top notch. Highly recommend them.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would.Excellent job in sales, but zero when it came to delivering on their promises. When we signed up, we advised our sales rep Hector and his manager Garrett we were doing a big promo in shop and that we needed everything setup by a certain deadline.The tablet didn't arrive as promised, we had zero followup from the sales rep after signing us up. When we followed up with the delivery on-boarding specialist, she could not help us in the least bit. We wasted many marketing dollars on a promo we couldn't fulfill because AutoVitals couldn't keep to their promises.Then we received the monthly invoice without even being setup on their system! We were ushered to have a conversation with another manager Jeff who agreed it was a terrible experience and would refund our setup fees (and we would return the samsung tablet they provided). Another empty promise. We've followed up a few times over the past 6 weeks and its been radio silence - after they committed to make things right.Terrible, terrible experience. And now we are out setup fees with no service being provided. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

We've been using AutoVitals for a few years now. The digital inspection has been a huge help in recommending and selling repairs and maintenance. We use these guys for SEO and website service and have been happy with those products as well.
