It's hard to find an honest, friendly and trustworthy shop these days. As a first time customer, Boris was very attentive to my car throughout the service. He also addressed a water pump leak which needed to be replaced. Because the car was still under warranty, he strongly recommended that I contact a VW dealer directly to get it replaced, and I did the next day. This was above and beyond customer service. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend Boris to friends and colleagues that own VW or Audi cars.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went in for a 40k mile service. Boris was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before and after the service. He advised me on items that should be replaced right away and those that could wait. He even popped the hood to show me which fluid levels to keep an eye on. I will definitely be back!

Autoexcel really takes care of you and your vehicle. Boris is exceptional at diagnostics, attentive to other needs of your vehicle, and truly goes the extra mile. Best of all, they are honest! I am so happy I found a great car maintenance team!! My VW will always go back to Autoexcel for any additional maintenance.

Boris is the only truly honest mechanic I've met. He is always helpful and always has good, practical advice that I can trust- even if the advice results in less money for him. Boris is also a brilliant diagnostician.

Sooooo a year later and these guys are still GREAT! They are genuine & knowledgeable. I have two cars and they service both of them. They treat you like family (I'm talking about the family members who you can trust and depend on). Recently I took my car in to be serviced & needed to get back home. They dropped me off even though they were really busy. They go above and beyond if they have the resources to do so.

I have been coming to this shop for years with my VW Golf and never had a bad experience there. Boris, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very detail oriented, his prices are reasonable, he will treat your car like his own. I highly recommend him.

The service was promt and good quality. The owner answered all my questions in depth and replaced oil draining plug for no charge. Tips and advice for long term health of the vehicle was also provided!
