Service was awesome! Dropped off the car at 9 am and done before noon time. Cannot beat the price either. Half the price compared to if I we're to go through my insurance. Thanks Tony and team.

Called in the morning to inquire about windshield replacement, dropped of my car 20 minutes later. Car was ready to go within hours of dropping it off. I called Tony on a Thursday afternoon. My new replacement windshield was installed by Friday afternoon. Try getting that kind of turnaround time at your local dealer. Plus, less expensive than the dealer. Great job!

Cheapest price and best quality repair/replacement I could find anywhere after searching multiple places in Escondido, Temecula, and San Diego. I was late for my appointment and he still fit me in and finished in 1 hour of arrival. Highly recommend checking this place out. Ask for Rick, the owner, and he will take care of you 100%.

I normally do not leave reviews. When a business provides exceptional service, the right thing to do is let people know about it. I originally went with Auto Glass Repair Center because after calling 8 different auto glass places, they were the most affordable. I eventually got my windshield replaced and was very happy with the service provided. Later that week, I experienced a leak where water entered the vehicle. I initially thought that it was because there might be a leak in the window. It turns out, the leak is a common defect with Toyota Tacomas. (This issue is well documented on forums online.) I called the manager and told him what happened, he told me he would fix the problem even though it did not have anything to do with the windshield. In conclusion, I saved money by going with this service, I was treated respectfully and the work was done to an excellent standard. On top of all of this, the manager fixed a problem that was a defect with my vehicle rather than an issue with their work. They did not charge me any extra money even though to do the extra work it cost them extra time. They go above and beyond for the customer and don't expect recognition. It seems that they do this simply because they hold themselves to a high standard and want to do the best they can for every customer. Honesty, integrity, and value is what this business provides.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I took my 1974 450 SL in on 7/11/23 to have the driver s side mirror reglued to the aluminum holder. I was in & out in 30 minutes. It s been 24 hours since the job was completed and the mirror still remains glued on. Great service. Reasonable pricing. So far so good.

Highly recommend this shop for windshield and glass repairs both large and small. I've been here multiple times and they're always very prompt, straight to the point, and get you in and out quickly.They only use quality products and are experts in their craft. They even helped fix an interior water leak completely free. Use this shop, they will take care of you!

Ray sucks. He promises he can do anything but he's a liar. I was jerked around for an overpriced window that never arrived for over a month. The windows he did have replaced were poorly done. He even dared to place duct tape over my spoiler. He's not professional. I later found the back window on eBay for $140 and had it installed for waaaay less. Don't go to him. I should have known he wasn't going to do his job when he was referring me to his buddy across the street for a paint job. And that little fridge that everyone's raving about, they don't even have Coke.#DontGoHere

Excellent service! We needed a my daughter's forerunner window replaced right away. I called and they got us in the very next day and finished job in the early afternoon such that my daughter was able to get to work on time. Simple and to the point. The technician was able to explain what needed to be done to the vehicle and how they were going through the process. I didn't have problems coming here so I believe they did a great job.

Was getting quotes of $2-3k to repair the rust around my windshield (Safelite would not put a new windshield in until I got it fixed) and Tony REALLY saved the day and had my car ready to go with a new windshield within 24 hours. Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent prices - exceptional customer service experience all around and I could not more highly recommend. These guys are super honest. We had a warranty with our purchase here many years ago and of course a rock flies off the freeway and cracks our windshield again. The employees at Auto Glass were so easy to deal with when it came to honoring their warranty.Really good service and really nice work with their glass. Easily would recommend this place to family and friends.

Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for windshield repairs. They explained everything clearly and the process was super quick (~30mins). Requested a quote before going there and paid exactly that. No surprises, no bs, just honest quality work.

This company takes customer service and quality very seriously. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable and to the point about my cracked windshield. I had a smaller than quarter crack that would eventually grow in size. His team was fast and efficient in completing the repair and at a very reasonable price. Prior to my departure Ray made sure I inspected the repair and also made sure I understood how to care for it moving forward. Not planning to go back anytime soon but should I have any issues with any of my vehicles' windshields I am going back to Ray.

Got a new Honda CRV on Friday night, backed into a cabinet & smashed on the rear window on Saturday morning. Ah, the SUV learning curve. The dealership gave me the run around so after shopping options, I landed on Auto Glass Center because (1) the pricing, (2) same-day service, and (3) they demonstrated that they genuinely wanted my business through great customer service. Auto Glass Center provided excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day of inquiry & was provided service for what I thought was a windshield leak which required replacing. I appreciated Ray & the serviceman for finding the source of the leak & remedying the problem in less than 15-20 minutes. Thanks Auto Glass Center for being an exceptionally outstanding business.

My front windshield had a big rock chip that needed to be fixed asap or it could of spread ruin the rest. I came to to The Auto Glass Repair and they were able to start on it right away. If you want fast, good service, I highly recommend this place.

Went there to repair a chip on my windshield. Great price and excellent work. Owner is straight forward and a really cool guy. Although it seems like they were busy he took care of it as soon as they could. Will definitely recommend and be going there from now on for any auto glass needs. 5 star for sure!

Tony @ auto glass center was great to work with. Very responsive and gets you in and out at a reasonable price. They carry PKG glass which OEMs. Im glad i researched prior to selecting a shop to replace the windshield of my BRZ

Wonderful experience! They fixed a small crack in my windshield and it looks fabulous! I no longer have to worry about the crack spreading and forcing me to replace the windshield. The service was quick and easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I'll definitely use them for all my auto glass needs!

Hands down, the absolute best place to go to in San Diego. Ray is VERY helpful, quick and extremely accommodating. He goes over the top to help you in any way possible. I noticed that this is the way he treats all of his customers. There is no question as to why this place has all 5 stars. No need to shop around. Best prices, best service. My minivan sunroof drain was clogged and leaked inside overnight. I brought it here to see if they could help me clear the drain and he did it for free without any wait. They are very friendly and up front about what's happening. The mechanic wanted to charge over $100, but he was willing to help without a charge because it only takes them a few minutes to do with compressed air. So greatly appreciated!!Even though I wasn't a paying customer, I was still offered the waiting room perks of a beverage and comfortable seat while I waited. Such great customer service!

I was referred to Auto Glass center by another mechanic because another mechanic wanted to charge me 500 to replace the weather stripping on my windshield. I talked to Ray he said come by and I'll do a courtesy look. He verified that the weather stripping was not causing a problem and then he told me to bring my car around so his guys could look at it. They did a water test and determined it was my drain holes which were clogged. They ran air through the holes and did a water test to confirm the problem was fixed. Then he told me to give another place a call because he was not allowed to touch the back drain holes due to him having to unmount my sunroof.For all of this, he charged me $0. Great guy, great team, great service and we even cracked up and joked. Thank you so much Ray, I wish more people in the Auto industry were as genuine and honest as you. You saved me $500. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately the window in my truck had been broken into and needed to be replaced. I called these guys because I was in the area working and they said to come on over they would take care of it. They did a great job, had good prices and even cleaned up the broken glass from the old window. They have a nice waiting room with cold drinks and TV. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Came here to have a window replaced after my car was broken into. I called ahead to make sure the part was available. I waited for the job to be done and was out in about 45 minutes. The staff here is courteous and professional. They've got great prices, and excellent service! Would definitely recommend coming here if you need auto glass services.

I messaged them asking the cost to replace my windshield. They responded quickly with a very competitive price. I then showed up with no appointment and they were able to replace my windshield in about 2 hours. Will use again in the future if the need arises.
