This auto shop has proven to me and others that it is a great shop. This shop has fixed my car when it was experiencing a coolant leak. The owners were also very patient when it came to me picking up the vehicle. I was not able to pick it up on time and the shop was very understanding. If I had to rate this shop, it d be beyond the rating given due to the repair being taken care of as well as the customer service.

Great communication walked me through the whole process, found things that I didn't know about saved the parts for me to see after replacing, and gave me reassurance that my e46 will be safe to drive, felt comfortable taking my car here seeing that they specialize in bmw. Pricing is fair. AAA tows cars here, driver recommended, AAA members get discounts

I came here to have my brakes worked on. They were open on a holiday but still took care of me quickly! Geovann explained everything to me clearly and made me feel welcome.***Updating review to say that this shop sells defective parts. Turns out the rotors they gave me were improperly coated and rusted out in a matter of weeks. I went back to have this fixed, but it didn't help, they refused to replace the part even though it was under warranty. $500 down the drain!**

I made (or thought I had made) an appointment through AAA for a routine inspection for my car. When I got to ATG, they didn't have a record of my appointment. Jvan said he could still take a look at my car. Within an hour, he called and updated me. He fixed multiple items on my car, and I had it back within a few hours. The service was excellent, and Jvan was courteous to still service my car even though I didn't have a real appointment. The prices were reasonable as well. Will definitely come back here in the future - and schedule my appointment through the ATG website instead.

Mike & his son are great loyal guys. Before coming here I ve been seeing the same mechanic for 10 years and was looking for someone I could trust. This is the place. I brought my car in getting ready for a cross country trip & they gave me an honest inspection with professional guidance on what needed to be serviced right away and what could wait. I came in for an oil change and Jivan was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! They got me in and out of the shop before I knew it. I usually don t write reviews but I was just astounded by the fairness, knowledge, excellent customer service and speed at which they perform here at ATG! I will never go to another mechanic shop again and I hope you choose these guys to work on your car because there are a lot of shops I ve been to that I will never go to again. Mike, Jevon and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and give detailed explanations and estimates of any work they find that may need to be done. They are thorough and efficient. Went in for a free AAA inspection. Was given an extremely high quote along with making me wait around 45 minutes to get my car after returning. 70$ labor to change 35$ cabin air filter everything else was similarly overpriced. I will be reporting this to the AAA as this isn't right. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me

This place is the BEST!!! I was so stressed out because who isn t when you don t have a working vehicle?! I hung out in their well ventilated waiting room and got so much done in the nice cool room with free coffee and met an awesome customer too. They consistently checked in with me to let me know what s going on and ensured that I d be on the road as soon as they could get me there. When they finished, I asked them if they knew what was wrong with my broken radio and they fixed it within a matter of seconds!! It was amazing! They re so kind and you just feel so at home when you re there. It s nice to know that when your stressed out, there s a place like this that will have your back. In their waiting room there is a sign we are professionals. INDEED THEY ARE! Led by owner Mike they diagnosed the problem within two hours and had a remedy. Gulp! Engine surgery. Melted ignition coil and spark plug. Fast forward next day. Repairs completed on a 330,000 mile Landcruiser with engine SAVED. If any work is needed they are the best. And I know engineering these guys know and deliver professional grade service. If they cannot fix it it cannot be fixed. PERIOD.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

ATG Auto Tech Group Is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever been too. The people there are amazing and very helpful with whatever car problem or problems you have. They are very straightforward and tell you what the problem is and what they will do to fix it. I took my car in a few weeks ago for my check engine light and some noise I was hearing and these guys took care of everything now when I drive I don t hear a single rattle noise at all. I have told my entire family that if they ever have any issues with their vehicle to stop by there. I highly recommend you come to ATG Auto Tech Group so you can share the same experience I have had there.

Fast, friendly and on point. Makes it easy.2nd visit today a job I thought would take a day or two. Out of there in two hours 80$ less than estimated. I mean come on cheaper and quicker. Recommending these guys to everyone.

Bad experiance, my car was towed there by triple aaa, they charge way to much, plus when my car was drop off there i took pictures of my entire car and rims, so when came back to pick up my car i notice a scratch on one of my front rims and they keep saying they didn't do it, i told them, that i was going to pay my invoce but i was just asking them to take responsability and fix my rim, the guy said that there is a repair shop in el cajon and that it charge like $110 dollars to fix tjem, but i have to paid for ir out of my pocket, they dont hold there self accountable for their actions my car was park there the hole time and i have the pictures from before and after, to me is the honestly the worst experiance, i just purchase my rims like 2 months ago, i dont reccomend this shop at all, becaise i care about my car and everything i put on it, comes out of my pocket and i work hard for it, but this shop obviously doesn't care, worst customer service ever.

ATG did a magnificent job in diagnosing my faulty fuel pump gage. They worked assiduously to determine what was wrong with my vehicle. In addition, their customer service is excellent and their facility is one of the best I ve seen in San Diego. Had a ball joint on my truck shear in half, and had to get towed. AAA suggested these guys and boy did they outperform my expectations. The front desk communicated any updates throughout the day and any changes, and the mechanics had my truck back to me in about half a day. Replaced all 4 ball joints in a couple hours for a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend. Thanks!

I had brought my car here last year after a terrible experience with another mechanic. ATG were able to find and fix the problem the other mechanic hadn t, by just going a little more in depth with their diagnosis, for which I am thankful. However, I had asked them to replace my front low beam light, as the whole bumper had to be removed to do so. I paid for the labor and everything, only to have it not even be done. I called about it and was supposed to get a call back and never did. I would prefer to do 2.5 stars, as they only did half the work, but the system won t allow me to.Service: Electrical repair

My friend recommended me to ATG Auto tech group after my check engine light came on. They performed a diagnostic and told me the problem and what needs to be done to be repaired. My engine was misfiring and they replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils. I called a few other shops after they told me how much it would cost to repair my vehicle and they were still the best price I had gotten. They are very professional and fair on prices. I also got a AAA Discount on my total bill. I will be recommending ATG Auto tech group to all my friends and family and I will definitely be coming back!Service: Oil change
