Yesterday my motorcycle got towed, when I confronted the driver before he left he demanded a $500 drop fee. I have NEVER heard of someone charging a drop fee so large. But after pleading with the diver he told me pay the fee in cash or Venmo, or pay the tow and storage fees on my bike later. I opted to pay the drop fee and venmo'd the money as instructed.Today I just found out it's against the law to charge drop fees in California. These people are crooks and thieves and are willing to steal and lie to people to make a quick buck. I have never encountered such a dishonest company before and hope to never encounter them again.

This towing company looks like a scammer. Terrible experience ever. I had a car collision during terrible weather on the free way. The CHP called this terrible company without notifying me. When the driver arrived, I refused to use it, but the CHP forced me to leave my car. I told the driver I have free AAA towing service, the driver didn t listen to me. I was so scared due to the collision and brain was blank at that moment. The driver just towed my car to their tow yard and took off my car battery and stole my car emergency tool kit from the trunk. When I went to clean my car next day and found no any power. I couldn t open the trunk to check everything. When I opened the trunk from inside by using the key, and found the emergency bag has gone. The Mercedes Benz genuine emergency bag sell around $1000 online. What kind of people in the U.S will do this awful business to their clients?????? Will never use this town company again, also tell my friends and colleagues don t use them ever .,,,,,,,,,,

I'm not quite sure why there's so much negative criticism of this towing company. I met both an ASAP Towing Technician who came to check on my car and a dedicated tow truck driver to tow my car. Both individuals were very nice and understanding. The tow truck driver was particularly kind and it was overall a pretty smooth experience. I did have to wait ~2 hours for the first technician to come over, though, since he was the only person servicing the San Diego area at the time (weekend at 8pm). No complaints whatsoever about the tow itself. The driver was careful when hooking up my car and pulling it onto the rollback bed, and even more gentle when he was driving.

Job was done and the technician was nice. But the issues is with the company. It wasn't expressed that payment would be in cash or sharing your card number over the phone. Neither of which are conducive for a car breakdown. Who carries several hundred in cash on them or wants to shared their card number, aloud, and outside (which is usually where cars break down). Absurd. The office correspondent said what's the problem and that if I didn't want to pay (I did), then they'll just take the battery out.

Daughter needed a tire change. Tech changed tire and the threads on one of the studs got cross threaded. Of course the Tech said it was previously damaged. Tire shop Tech said they wouldn't change the tire because the stud would snap if they tried. Sure enough it snapped but ASAP took no responsibility for it and wouldn't help on bit. Seriously how hard is it to change a tire without damaging the car? Very disappointed with this company.Service: Tire change

Absolute trash this company should be out of business. They did not arrive after we waited for over 1 hr and thirty minutes. Do not i repeat use this company the tow wants you to pay cash and if your over twenty miles they ask for your card information over the phone.

I used ASAP towing through Geico when my car broke down on the side of the road back in May. They arrived at the estimated time and I was well taken care of from the time of arrival until drop off at the shop. Thank you, Roger, for the great towing experience .

The incorrect battery was installed in my car. They did not want to take responsibility for it so I had to pay for a another new one. Would not recommend them.

Referred through Geico to ASAP towing. I'd highly recommended to find another tow company. They towed my vehicle after my hybrid battery died. They apparently hitched their tow equipment to my tire rods and ended up bending them and causing my car to go out of alignment. So unless you want you car damaged find some other tow company . Now not only did I pay $165 for a tow, I had to pay another $550 to fix my alignment and tire rods. I attempted to reconcile with ASAP for the damage and Sasha in the damaged claim department said she would get back to me, however it's been 3 business days with no follow up. Very disappointed, and will be taking whatever I action I can to get this rectified.

I want to say a big thank you to ASAP towing. I was procrastinating and waited too long to fill up my gas tank. I thought I had a little bit more miles but apparently my car didn t agree with me. It was 11 o clock at night and they came out within 30 minutes. I didn t even have to pay for the gas. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind. They gave me exactly what I needed and I have nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for all your help.Service: Fuel delivery

I m currently on my FIFTH hour of waiting for my tow truck. Stuck in 100� Las Vegas heat. Original eta was 44min. Every time I call, they add 20-30 more minutes. One truck came after 3hrs but couldn t tow me because he couldn t figure out how to get my car into neutral, and he was driving a flatbed. He then called a 2nd truck and promised me it would be only 45min.. that was about 90 minutes ago. Gieco can only look for another truck for me after cancelling my current request, with no guarantees of my wait time going down.. thanks to all those out there helping this day suck even more by the minute, mainly you ASAP

My tow truck driver Romeo was the best of the best. He was here on time, professional, friendly, and in and out in under 5 minutes. Very happy with this service! Give this man a raise!

I booked with this company through my Geico Roadside Assistance and called for a jumpstart at 12:30pm. I called about 20 minutes after the 90 minute ETA had passed. I was given another 90 minute ETA which came and went with no service. By around 4pm I called back to see if they expected to arrive before 5pm as I had somewhere I needed to go. I could potentially wait, but I needed to get an accurate timeframe since other people were expecting me at a certain time. Both times I called, the dispatcher was not polite or informative. The second time I called, the dispatcher asked me to wait until 5pm and call back for an updated ETA and then told me to be patient as if I hadn t been patient for the past 4 hours. I had to cancel at that point since I wasn t able to get a confident time estimate and I ordered a Uber instead. Poor experience overall and never received my jumpstart. I rescheduled today, made sure Geico wouldn t schedule me with this company again, and the tow company that I received this time has already provided me with exceptional service within the hour.Service: Battery service

March 26, 2023, around 8pm in Mira Mesa area, this towing guy name Roger from ASAP Towing was very professional, helpful, efficient and reassuring. He helped my son all the way and made sure that everything is okay before leaving him and the car in the area where he got dropped off. If it s possible to give him 10 stars, I will because he deserved it. He made sure of my sons safety.Service: Car towing

Was assigned ASAP Towing by my insurance when I had a flat tire. Arrived sooner than expected. Switched tires around for safe towing to tire place. Very fast, friendly, efficient service. Hopefully I don't need them again, but would recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I used their services through Geico Roadside assistance. Drivers are sort of okay, but the dispatchers (and i'd say management) is horrible!Recently i had back to back bad experiences with them. First it was around 9pm, i had to tow my car, i waited 45 minuted for the truck, and once the truck was on the other side of the road, driver called me saying "Oops i am out of gas and it will be 50 minutes before i can come back"! I called the dispatcher again to send another one which arrived 30 minutes later.It got truly aweful the next day. I asked for a tow truck at 3pm. Dispatcher said the driver will be there in 40 minutes. Called them at 3:40, he said in 40 more minutes! 4:20, said oops, driver is stuck in traffic and will be there in 20 minutes. Called back 4:50, said he will be there in 15, and the driver got there at 5:10. Here is the funny part, the driver said he has been called by dispatcher only 10 minutes ago!!! Soooo, they have been lying the whole time keeping me waiting, while there was no one actually coming!I dont mind waiting for 2 hours, but i do mind being lied to my face. Just tell me it will be 2 hours so i can plan.They have absolutely no respect for your time.

HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I pray to god I never have to use them for any services ever again. How they got a geico contract I will never understand. I decided to call and get an ETA after an hour passes from the original ETA, ASAP tells me 20 minutes. I call back 40 minutes later, he says 15 minutes, I call back 30 minutes later and he says 15 minutes again. I call back another have hour later he says he s almost there. Finally, after 3.5 hours of waiting in my car on the side of the road, the driver shows up. He hooks up my car, fine. Then I get a call from the mechanic saying the driver dropped the car, which doesn t start, in the parking lot of the business next door. Doesn t even drop the car at the correct location. All around horrible experience. Wouldn t wish these guys on my worst enemy.Service: Car towing

Horrible service with little communication. We got a flat (completely shredded) tire while on the Interstate 8 West between Main St & Fletcher Prkwy exits. We were forced to pull over on a very narrow shoulder that also was a blind curve. My friend told Geico and then the Towing company how dangerous of a spot we were parked in. We were given a wait time of 45 min. After the 2 hour mark and we were still waiting, I called the tow company and was told the car would be picked up in 15 minutes. Another hour passed so I filed a formal complaint with Geico. Another call was made to the tow company and I was told the car was just picked up. It took this tow truck 3 hours to get the car to it's designated address. even after we communicated how dangreous of a spot it was to park. Numerous calls were answered by someone that sounded half asleep and barely responded to questions, The truck driver's phone went straight to voice mail for 3 hours. Inconsistent pricing. They don t have a set price for things tried to charge me 95$ for a lock out but just 2 weeks before I had a whole tire change for 65$. Took over an hour. I worked at a tow company and this specific company just takes your money. They definitely have a few great drivers that put in effort. I was stuck on the freeway for 5 hours. My Car stop running in the middle of the Freeway, pull over and called my insurance. They said ASAP towing will come in and let deploy their truck, 30 minutes later I called ASAP they said truck in stuck in traffic and it will be on my location 20-30. Waited for over 30 min and called again, same person said the same thing stuck in traffic and it will on my location 30 min. This happens 4 times. So, I decided to call Uber so I can go home, because this is ridiculous, and call ASAP to let them know I will leave my car and for them to bring it to a Shop. 2 hour later my car is still at the freeway.Called the ASAP told the girl on the phone what going on, she said "Sir, the truck in stuck on traffic and it will be there in 30 min"... I was mad and told her you guys needs to write up a different script. Then she hang up on me because I was already mad. She hang up the Phone. Very Bad Customer Service. Who ever owns this place need to train their Operators some respect and be truthful.If they said it on the very first time it is going to be delayed and will be late for hours. I would have gone home instead of waiting for 3 hours on the side of the freeway. Now they were saying their system is Down. Bunch of BS. Never Used this Company for towing. I have a formal complain in behalf of my insurance company for them no to use this Company again.Service: Car towing

I don't understand why I had to be told twice an estimate time but noone showed in the "arrival time" I called for help at a little before 12, it is now 3:33. I was told someone would be here in 90mins, called 2 hours after the initial request for service and was told a driver would be there in 40 mins. 40 mins later still not here. The lack of communication and service time has been utterly disappointing and I would never recommend their service, im only stuck using them because my insurance company deals with them. Thief s !!! They charged us for roadside assistance for a flat tire and when the guy showed up the did not have the proper tools. The guy told us that there would not be charge, 2 day later we have a 95 dollar charge in our bank statement, we called them back and they said that we canceled service. Now we got charged for a service that was not given WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time. I got a little tan that day but when he showed up he was professional, courteous, respectful, fast, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his advice and help with my issues at the time and wouldn't leave until I assured him that "all is good", which to me definitely went above and beyond. I appreciated that the most, def was worth the length of time I waited and kept their number in my contacts for future needs!!!

As I m writing this they have had me waiting over 4 hours for my tow now. I call and they say 30 minutes every time and I ll call after those 30 minutes and again the same thing. It s really frustrating to know that they don t care. At least tell me it s going to be a few hours. It s ridiculous that the wait times are this long. I ordered through my insurance and they sent me this one. I will be getting in contact with my insurance to ask them to stop partnering with this company as what they are doing to me and others is incredibly messed up.Service: Car towing

45 min wait turned into 3 hours. Just for a jump start. Didn't get a call or text to update till I started bugging. Called them directly 15 mins after the first estimated 45 min wait then they said it would be about another 25 mins then I finally got a call about 30 mins later from the tow driver saying it would be another 25 mins. That was 35 mins ago still waiting. The flatbed I requested in case a jump doesn't work also isn't working. Something about a malfunction. So if this jump start doesn't work when it gets here in about another hour, I'm sure I'll have to wait another 1.5 hour for a flatbed truck to come like I had originally asked for 3 hours ago. Called the dispatcher and he refused to give me an explanation till I demanded one and he said the systems were "backed up."Don't do business here. You can walk home faster than they'll tow you.

Excellent service with their towing.They told me they will arrive to tow my car in 40 minutes. And they were on time. I was happily surprised that they were on time and did their best. They towed my car due to a tire issue. I for sure will refer them when needed.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Hamada of ASAP Towing!! He was the technician dispatched by ASAP Towing to fix my flat tire. He arrived promptly - more than 50% sooner than the ETA I was given. He had all of the necessary equipment and was finished in less than 10 minutes. Hamada also identified the cause of the flat, and was pleasant and professional during the entire visit. Many thanks for quickly and calmly resolving a potentially stressful situation!
