Used this shop through my insurance since I backed into an object. Fast work. I was told up to 3.5 weeks received the car in about 2 weeks. Great service. The only downfall is they gave the car back dirty. My husband made sure to clean my entire car. I now have mold in my trunk under my spare tire that was not there before. It seemed to be left out in the rain and there was dust all over my back passenger seat. If you do use this shop, make sure to inspect the inside even if you just have outside damage.Edited: Always ensure you take before and after pics of your possessions. The owner reached out and corrected the issue. Like I stated before- the service is great and timely. Any issues or corrections needed, make sure to reach out to them directly! Overall enjoyed the customer service and responsiveness to customers

First off, Kevin and his team are the only people I d trust with my car. The day it got hit, I called him and he was up front with me about how long it would take and was really kind overall. They took great care of it my car, and when I got it back, it looked brand new. They made the process easy which I appreciated. Kevin and his team have even been helpful after the repairs which I ve appreciated. I felt mutual respect and understanding from these guys. Ability Auto Body did a great job repairing my vehicle that had been damaged by the theft of a part. Kevin got my vehicle fixed on the same day that I had it towed onto the lot and I was able to pick up the car before closing. He was kind and professional on the phone, and chatted with me in person about how I could protect my vehicle in the future (including what other shops could help me with these next steps & for what price). Overall, it was a very helpful and pleasant experience. I have heard of this taking months to fix on other cars due to an inventory backlog on parts, so I feel very lucky about this turnaround time. I stopped by this body shop to see if they could help me put a replacement piece on my car I had already bought myself and thought I could reattach, but it turned out to be a little more complicated than I thought it would be. I figured I d just pay an installation fee or something, but they took my car in right when I got there, attached the piece for me, and even buffed up a couple tiny scratches and paint chips I was asking advice on. They did all of that out of the kindness of their hearts, like it was no biggie, and I thought it was freaking awesome. I love my car so when he gets banged up it breaks my heart, but the paint chips and scratches completely vanished and my paint job finally looks clean again I m super thankful!!Service: Body & Trim

The guys here are seriously fantastic. Super friendly and actually listen to what you want. They even went above and beyond to repair parts that had rock chips. Kevin took care of my car and made it look brand new. Excellent workmanship and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Ability and I'll definitely be coming back to them whenever I need to.

I recently had to take my car to this body shop. The guys are very friendly and gave a good and quick inspection on my car. I was initially disappointed with the delay in sending the estimate to my insurance. However, after I contacted them, they were quick to respond and send the estimate upon my request. Overall, I am satisfied and appreciate their responsiveness once I reached out to them.

I took my car to Ability auto a few days ago after an accident and they did an amazing job with it. I waited to write this review after I had driven it for at least three days, because they literally made my car feel and look new. I had my SUV rear ended. I had this shop fix the minor damage due to being on Geico s list.The first time that I attempted to pick up my vehicle, I instantly noticed paint on rear hatch that had ran and dried that way. Also, the inside of my vehicle was filthy. I gave them a very clean car!The car had to be repainted.When I returned the second time to pick up my vehicle, it was still filthy inside and their techs had left other customers paperwork in my vehicle with sensitive info on it;Address/SSN/Name/Phone #I didn t realize until days after I got my vehicle back that the electrical connector from my trailer hitch was missing. Somebody ripped it off at this place when it was repaired. Also, one of the rear taillight modules was loose because one of the 2 bolts holding it on was now missing. So the people working on the cars at this place obviously don t care about the quality of the work, they do and just want to get cars through the repair process quickly.I would rather wait longer for my vehicle and have it done correctly than ever let people like this ever touch my vehicle again.You ve been Warned.Avoid Ability Auto Body & Paint!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kevin and the entire team at Ability Auto Body provided exceptional service at a very reasonable price. After being rear ended, I needed a few things repaired. They were able to get the parts in no time, and accomplish the repairs in a matter of days! While I was appreciative with their quality of work, I was impressed by their immaculate attention to detail. They did an outstanding job matching the off white three stage paint perfectly! Another outstanding body repair and paint job by Ability Auto Body & Paint Inc. My 2019 car looks brand new! Even the trunk with a small chip was painted. The paint crew touched this up even thought I didn't ask them to. I also appreciate how my car was finished within one week as promised by Kevin and Art before the 4th of July. What a great experience! I was rear-ended on the 805 and Ability was one of the insurance recommended shops. So glad I chose them!Kevin was awesome, keeping me in the loop on what's going on with my car and getting it finished even faster than the estimate implied. All of the pieces they replaced look great, although I did find one issue with a faulty part, they quickly agreed and had that part replaced for me with no hassle. The final bill matched the estimate exactly!It's nice to find a body shop that does what they say they're going to do, gets it done on time and with quality work. I'm very happy with Ability and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Bottom line is that the staff is very nice! I was in a claim and pretty distressed because it was my first, and the gentleman who helped me took care of everything. A shop that truly cares for its customers. They took the extra time and effort to not only fix the rock chips on the bumper but to respray the entire lower front grille, bringing the front bumper back to life again. Although Kevin is young; he knew what he was doing! He was helpful, informative, and gave me the best options for the damage that was on my car. I'm so glad I chose to go here.I was nervous about dropping off my new Toyota off because of previous experiences with other body shops, but as soon as I walked in the door someone was there to help me. Kevin even offered to show me where the work was done to make me feel 100% comfortable.Would recommend this shop to ANYONE!!!

I had a great experience with Kevin. He was more than accommodating and went out of his way to help me out. I can give enough stars for his professionalism and EFFORT.Also, the body work looks great. First class job. Kevin was also nice enough to get me a factory part. He seemed to always look out for my interests and went way beyond what any other person would do. We had a small area on the front of my XK8 repainted for approximately $500. The color match was not good and after a few years, the paint started to crack and peel. When we went back to Ability to have it re-done, Kevin went all out to get in redone immediately. Now it looks like new. Kevin does what it takes to make customers happy.Service: Body & Trim

I've come to Kevin at Ability a few times now whenever I have an issue with my vehicle. Backed into some landscaping once while one of my doors was open. Quoted me about 70% less than that of dealership and .On other occasions I've had a front bumper loose its plastic placeholder and causing it to pop out on the side by the front wheels. Both times I've taken it to Ability and was charged nothing for a his help readjusting without this plastic piece.Highly recommend taking your car this vendor. Nothing but good experiences each time I've been.
