This place is awesome. Michele is so sweet and helpful. She got my car in and out and called me to update me on everything.This is the best auto body shop I ve ever dealt with! Insurance told me this place was under their lifetime warranty of work from damages related to my car accident. Upon a year after with the AC that was replaced, brought back they said a rock made a hole in the line. Since they claimed it was not due to a faulty part that it wasn t covered (All seemed shady). Well now my condenser was leaking Freon. All this was replaced when I had it repaired. I feel there is some shady work going on here. Seems odd all these issues keep happening, I have no real way to validate the work they did but it does not make me feel confident in the work they do but also the follow up on it either. Highly do not recommend this place at all! Steer clear and if your insurance is covering it do your due diligence of researching the shop.

Beware!Owner (Marcos Jr) is unethical. He claimed a miss-communication and did additional unauthorized labor ($130 for inventory of parts sent with the vehicle), and then charged me for it!I can't rate the quality of their work (because I moved my vehicle), but their estimate was much higher than a nearby, comparably rated shop.If you're thinking to have your repairs here, then I recommend NOT leaving anything open. Get even basic agreements in writing.When he realized he wouldn't be doing the repair, he threatened to back-charge me for storage.There are other shops not far from A&G that are trustworthy.

After my vehicle was recovered from being stolen, I needed a shop to repair it. Not knowing what to look for in a shop, I went with A&G because they were the closest to me. Upon arrival I found out they were actually a preferred shop with my insurance, this ended up making things very simple for me in the long run, A&G interfaced directly with my insurer and I had minimal involvement with the hassle of getting my vehicle repaired.My first visit to their shop was to drop off my vehicle after recovering it from a tow yard down in Chula Vista (my vehicle had been abandoned in Imperial Beach). The vehicle had a tremendous amount of cosmetic damage and I was worried about what shape the engine, transmission, and drivetrain would be in. One tire had been shredded from a flat and the spare was on the car when I picked it up, it was a sad sight.I drove the vehicle straight to A&G without even calling them ahead of time, I was greeted by the team there and spent about 30 minutes with Marcos going over all the damage to the vehicle and listening to him describe how the repairs would be done. He answered every last one of my questions and provided me with a new found sense of security about my vehicle (having a vehicle stolen is a very strange feeling). I was skeptical when Marcos said the next time I would see my vehicle it would be when I picked it up and it would look just like new again. He gave me a date as to when the repairs would be complete and made sure to mention that A&G always meets or beats that date.Sure enough, I got a call from A&G the day before my pickup date to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup. I hadn't heard from the insurance at all and A&G had gotten everything taken care of for me.When I arrived to pickup the vehicle I was impressed. It looked brand new. All of the cosmetic damage had been repaired or replaced with new parts, the paint scratches had been repaired and blended in extremely well with the original paint. The body work was beyond impressive, every minor dent and ding had been taken out (Marcos had even found some that I didn't notice at the original inspection!) and the vehicle's exterior was brand new. Inside, the car had been detailed and even sanitized (this was during the COVID-19 epidemic depending on when you are reading this) and all of the minor issues (missing cigarette lighter cover and center console tray to name a couple) had been taken care of. The detailing was fantastic, I was so happy to see my car brand new again.Mechanically, the vehicle had been looked over an inspected for issues, the vehicle was even taken to the original dealership by the A&G team to have recall work completed and an alignment was done to ensure the shredded tire hadn't caused further issues.I received my vehicle back in perfect shape from A&G and I could not be more impressed by the level of detail and effort this shop put into my car. I highly recommend using this shop for any automotive needs you have, I cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly helpful and truly went the extra mile in getting my car back to perfect condition.Thank you A&G, you made me love my car again!

I filed a claim through progressive after I was side-swiped by another car. My car had MINIMAL damage to it, just some minor scratches on the doors and one of the rims.After going to A&G, they completely tore down my vehicle because they needed to make sure nothing was damaged within the doors . They took off the bumpers, mirror, lights, and completely disassembled the doors and other parts.During the tear down, they ended up damaging other parts to the car that weren t even damaged in the initial car accident! They were careless in their disassembly, and I ended up having to pay EXTRA for new parts that they damaged.Not only this, but now there are specs of white paint all over my car! I m assuming my car was near other vehicles that were being painted, and specs of paint ended up getting on my car.DO NOT go to this collision center. They are careless, and will not take good care of your vehicle.

Best service I've ever had! They did an excellent job repairing my car and had it back to me in 3 days. They even delivered it and took back the rental car I had because I was taking care of my 92 year old mom and couldn't get away the day it was finished. Very professional and caring. Would recommended this place over any other.

Jr. has cornered the market on Customer Service. At first, I thought this was just a standard insurance recommended auto body repair place. Then it came time to pick up my car (on the very day I was told it would be ready, a month after my accident). We inspected the car together for oopsies and mistakes (yeah, there were some extremely minor things, so what, it was expected with the extent of damage done to the car). 1) Jr. made arrangements with me to pick up my car the next week while I was out of town to do all the touch-ups when I was gone, so I wouldn't be put out, or have to dig into my own pocket for rental car fees that my insurance wouldn't cover after the month I'd already used up. 2) Later that day, after driving a few miles in the car, I noticed a grinding sound from the left rear tire (just a clip that was loose, but it sounded frightening). Jr. personally drove to me, offered to let me drive HIS OWN car while he took mine back to his shop to fix. He had that clip fixed and the car back to me within an hour and a half. NO worries! 3) He did pick up my car while I was out of town, fixed those oopsies, replaced the entire front driver's seat (which we found out in the meantime had also broken during the crash), touched up another extra little paint spot we found (out of the goodness of his heart), and returned it in tip top shape.If you want an auto body repair shop that stands by their work (they will fix it if you see an issue) and has truly mastered Customer Service (you can't buy that with gold, my friends), then this is the place to go. Ask for Jr. and tell him Tess said he made an impression on her.

Called them in since that was my PPO that my insurance assigned me to. Went in early around 8:30am so they could check the damages and give me and my insurance an estimate. Ok so I'm waiting for them to lift the car or jack it up to see the damages under the car since the damages were to the radiator, condenser and core support. Instead the start taking pictures of the car outside such as the bumper,fenders, tires etc etc than the person goes intro the drivers seat and starts taking picture of the interior. So im thinking ok now they'll lift the car and see the real issue. Than he comes up to me and says ok ill contact you in two days. Than im like "wait aren't you going to take pictures of the real problems? such as the condenser, radiator and split in half core support? how are you going to make an accurate estimate if you haven't seen the real damage?" his answer was its ok i can just send them any pictures and they'll approve it. Which is not true since today i got a letter from my insurance saying that the "damage isn't extreme and that a small scratch on the front bumper that cost less than $500 isnt worth their time" so they denied me. These people didn't call me after two days to give me and estimate and they didn't let me know they sent in the report to my insurance company. Also when i called them after the fourth day of waiting i asked the again if they were sure that they didst need to take pictures of the real damage like the condenser, radiator and core support? the lady said it was ok. Than i asked them about the estimate and if they already contacted my insurance they said the person that was in charge of my case hasn't gotten to it. Than she told me that today she would get to it. Well after two weeks they send it. It took another two week for my insurance to DENY me help because this company didnt do their job correctly. If this place is your PPO don't go to them. They seem to Half-ass their job.

My insurance recommended this place and said I could go in at 8 when the open. I went in at 8 and waited until 8:30 and no one ever showed up, so I just left because I actually have to go to work for a living.... Unlike the people here??? Idk good luck trying this place.
