I had a wonderful experience with 1st Class Auto Body. The owner, Joe, is incredible. From the moment I stepped in, Joe's warmth and attentiveness made me feel like I could trust him. Joe's friendly demeanor and positive outlook made the entire experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond by handling all insurance matters, alleviating much of the stress associated with car repairs.In a world where personalized service is rare, 1st Class Auto Body sets a remarkable standard. I was referred here by my long-time trusted mechanic after my car was involved in a hit and run. Joe was extremely warm and professional truly a pleasure to work with. He s a great communicator & completed the work on my car earlier than he had quoted. My repairs were PERFECT and of high quality, plus he washed and detailed my car for free, which was such a nice surprise. I will only use their services going forward. Did I mention that I was given a life-time warrantee? The price was reasonable, lower than I had expected, which added to the value. They accept auto insurance & are certified providers for my insurance, USAA. I rarely write reviews, but I highly recommend this shop. You can believe this review to be honest & truthful and you can thank me later.

I had an exceptional experience with Joe and his team at 1st Class Auto Body & Paint. Their prices are unbeatable, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. I met Joe from 1st Class Auto Body & Paint when I was having mechanical work done at a shop near his. Not too long after, my car was hit and I needed body/paint repair work done. Decided to take it to 1st Class, and I'm so glad I did. Joe and his team did a beautiful job with a quick turnaround (faster than expected). Super Happy. Car looks better than before it was hit! Also, there's an Enterprise Car Rental within walking distance, but one of Joe's guys drove me there to pick up my rental.

Amazing service from the whole team, especially Joseph and his son for taking care of my front bumper issue when many other companies could not come up with a solution for me. Joseph gave me a tour of his establishment and also showed me the painting room and high quality paints they use. Very satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle and I will go back for more little details to make my car look better.

Joe the owner is an absolute Artist! I have been working with cars and aftermarket mods for 40 years. Joe was tasked in matching the paint for my updated BMW cosmetic look. Joe came out matched the paint quickly and once he sprayed the bumpers they are flawless. Total recommend him!

Hello all. I am writing this review because Joe and his team at 1st class auto body & paint did a fantastic job on my pickup truck. The clear coat was worn out and the truck didn t look as good as it once did. Joe quoted me a great price and a quick turnaround. I couldn t be happier with the results. Just had a great experience with Joe painting my bumper!! The color match is spot on with the factory color and there is no orange peel either. I m very happy with how quick it was too only took one day. Thanks Joe you re the best.

Nicely done! Owner Joe is great, super helpful and communicative. The trim was obviously scraped, but also dented and separated from the body, which you can't really see in the before pic. My car came back looking brand new.

Joe and his team did an awesome job on my car. My car was backed up to a stationary truck and had a major dent on the rear passenger quarter and Joe and his team fixed it like nothing had happened (see photos). Painted it like OEM, and all of that with a fair price. Thank you Joe and his team!

I took my Accura into Joe for some repairs. 1st class says it all! The quality of the body work and paint job is amazing! The paint looks factory new and is a perfect match for a tough color. Not only was Joe and his team done early, but they were also so easy to work with. Outstanding customer service is obviously part of the reason 1st class got recommended to me by our long-time personal mechanic. The place had everything from exotic European dealer repairs to pickups, semis and luxury Japanese sedans. Joe personally called to let me know status and totally exceeded my expectations overall. We are extremely happy with Joe & 1st Class Auto Body & Paint. After our son's parked car [a classic Lexus sports coupe] was hit, several large body shops suggested we total the car, and then we found Joe. He knew just what to do and completed the job quickly and professionally, and we did not have to salvage the car - it looks beautiful! My parents took their vehicle to 1st Class with Joe and his team because of the factory clear peeling off their SUV. Joe and his team did amazing job. When they picked up their vehicle they were stunned and happy how clean and good of a job they did. They went the extra mile. The service was excellent. 10/10 experience with 1st Class Auto. My car got hit and I was trying to get my car repaired by the other party s insurance, I called multiple shops but they would not repair my vehicle unfortunately, eventually I found 1st Class auto body and thankfully they would be able to repair my vehicle. I went to take my car in on a Friday, Joe did the estimate on my vehicle and was very welcoming. The very next day he called me to let me know that he submitted my claim and supplements which I was so thankful for. Unfortunately the insurance of the person who hit my car wasn t the best, they never got back to me nor Joe (1st class auto). Joe would call me frequently to let me know that he was on top of the claim trying to get everything moving but unfortunately the insurance wasn t getting back to Joe. Eventually after 1 month of pure back and forth with the insurance, they were able to finally assign an adjuster to my claim. After that Joe was finally able to get my car finished and all good to go, and not to mention that he did not charge me any storage and my car was in shop for about 1 month. Thank you Joe for getting my car right!*new hood and bumper freshly painted*

My son s trustworthy mechanic recommended Joe at 1st Class Auto Body & Paint when the large, well known auto body chain I had been dealing with was making it almost impossible to even schedule repair service. I was expecting good service based on the referral, but the level of service was not only good, it exceeded my expectations on every level. The employees were all professional and approachable making communication easy. The repair was actually completed faster than the time frame promised. Most importantly, the quality of the repair work was excellent. I highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body & Paint for auto body repairs even if you are a university student like myself. After a hit-and-run accident left my bumper damaged, they repaired it quickly and professionally, doing an amazing paint job that made it look brand new again. Since this was my first car, the owner, Joseph, was able to calm me down and he took care of everything. He is passionate about his work and responsive to customers. Despite running a busy shop, he personally took my late night call when I thought it was my classmate's phone number since I needed notes for homework that night from Zack (who I still could not find his phone number on my phone) His excellent service and professional customer service skills, my expectations were met. For fast, quality auto body work and professional customer service, 1st Class Auto Body & Paint is the place to go.

My trusted mechanic referred me to 1st Class Auto Body and Paint when I asked him if he could recommend an auto body shop. Joe, the owner, treated me like an old friend or family member. He explained what repairs would be needed to fix a couple of dents on the side of my car and quoted a price that seemed very fair to me. Joe gave me a timeframe that fit into my schedule and my car was done on time. As Joe is a certified platinum painter, my car looked perfect, which is difficult with matching metallic silver paint. My car was even cleaned inside and out, so it felt like a brand new car.As I was so happy with the job Joe and his team had done, I referred one of my friends to him. She also is very pleased with the results of the work that was done. So if you need auto body work done, go see Joe at 1st Class Auto Body. You won t be disappointed.

One of the larger auto body shops recommended 1st Auto Body & Paint because they don t fix cars older than ten years old and now I recommend them too. Joe Gonsalves literally went the extra miles, making a house call to make an estimate (which no other body shop would do). He also picked up my Kia Optima jalopy and returned it good as new. In between he gave phone and text status updates, sent pictures, and kept me informed how he was making the project less expensive and speedier.Having to take to get body and paint work for your car sucks, but it s a lot better when you have and his team Joe taking care of you and your car. They ll treat you like family!

Fast service at a GREAT priceTook my 2014 Nissan Frontier to 1st class auto to have the hood painted on a friends suggestion. They gave me a quote that was lower than the others I had so I gave them a shotGot it done right away and it looks flawless ..what more could you ask for than QUALITY work done quickly at a fair price?This is the only place I will ever go!

Joe helped me save some money by replacing a light assembly and calibrating the led headlight. Doesn t sound like much but it was very extensive. The most impressive thing however, was the level of service! Joe and his team treated me like family and we above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body because that is what they were, 1st class!

I was referred to Joe by another auto body shop. And I m glad they did. Joe and his team (family) treated me like family when we first met. They broke it down and explained everything to me about the difference of using after market parts and oem. They took care of my daughter s car quickly and you can t even tell the difference that I had anything done. My daughter s car is a 2011 charcoal grey. The colored matched the paint exactly. This is the company to do your auto body work.

I brought my 24 year old Camaro into 1st Class Auto Body after it got hit by a truck while parked.Joe and his son did such an amazing job, fixed the damaged side, blended the color so well, I mean perfectly.Kept me in the loop the whole time with updates and pics as to their progress. Dealt beautifully with the insurance company and got them to cover the whole cost, even after they tried to lowball me.I couldn't be happier, definitely found a top notch auto body repair and paint shop that I will continue to do business with for all my future needs.

I brought my car to fix the chassis. Joe the owner was very friendly and nice. He explained to me what should it fix and gave me an estimate of the price very fair. He also provided very great service and very fast process of fixing. It was a holiday between Christmas and new year still he made it done. I m very appreciated. I would give 10 stars if there is an option. I highly recommended. Best 1st auto body.

WOW! I am so happy my husband found 1st Class Auto Body & Paint. I had been wanting to have my 2006 Jaguary S-Type repainted because of fading paint and some minor body damage of a 17-yr-old car. Not only did they give my Jag a flawless paint/body job with a lifetime warranty, but Joe, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with in getting exactly what I wanted done.
