Just had an oil change. They were quick and clean. They protected the car, vacuumed, and clean the windshield.

Worst customer service ever.. got an oil change then a week my car leaked a lot of oil,, went back to Walmart auto they said it would be 3 hours to look at it ugh !! I went somewhere else and Walmart auto failed to put the gasket back on the drain plug!NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

I gave completely simple instructions, replace the rear tires with my supplied tires. Rotate the front tires to the rear and install the newly replaced tires to the front. They charged me for the rotation, but did not do the rotation. What a complete failure.

The lack customer service reps so badly at this location. Walmart expects their technicians to also be cashiers and its a massive fail. Wait time can vary from 1-3 hrs. Be prepare to wait & or bring a book.

Awful service !!!!First of all I had to wait forever to get my car ready and there was no more cars other then mine in line !They didn t put back the underneath carter plastic protector properly, I had to do it my self at home !!My car requires synthetic oil and normally needs to be replaced within 5,000 miles of use ! They put a reminder sticker on the windshield saying that I need to bring my car back after 3,000 miles of use to get new oil, SINCE WHEN SYNTHETIC OIL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AFTER 3,000 MILES ????Finally their printer wasn t working so they couldn t print my invoice, telling me to come back another day !! After wasting more than 1 1/2 hours there to get it done !!Simply the worse !!!

Never Walmart Tires AgainI bought a set of Goodyear Viva 3 tires for my son s car on 11/29/2019 (Black Friday) at the Walmart store in San Clemente, CA. The car has had mostly highway use (between Tempe and here). The tire was supposed to come with 60K warranty. They haven t lasted 22K and are at the end of their life. Looking online there are numerous consumer complaints about this special-for-Walmart Goodyear tire. I went back to the tire center with all the records (receipt, rotation and alignment records) that they requested. Instead of doing the right thing, they argued that the front ones had uneven wear -they were at pressure, just lousy tires-, and that the back ones still have a bit of life in them . So essentially you have to bring back a tire that is worn to a dangerous level before Walmart/Goodyear will even consider honoring the warranty. This is class-action lawsuit material... I emailed the managers at the location as well as corporate. Nobody even had the courtesy to respond. Why provide a 60K warranty if a tire will only last 20~25K in ideal driving conditions? Goodyear has been sued for misleading advertising before. Maybe both Walmart and Goodyear need another one. Absolutely despicable. Never Walmart tires again.

I arrived about an hour before closing for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, and assured me they d have enough time to finish. I mentioned that I noticed my headlights had a foggy build up on the outside, and the man who helped me mentioned the headlight restoration service. It Was $25, but it took about an hour to complete. They stayed late to finish my headlights, going above and beyond. I had low expectations for the headlight restoration, and was completely blown away when I saw the results! I d highly recommend this location for outstanding service, friendly staff and great prices.I ve posted a before and after picture for the headlight restoration service.

Went in with poor expectations which were being met initially as an employee tried to tell me at 6pm that they couldn't get to me because they were already working on two cars, even though there was no line. They close at 7pm. The assistant manager came out and apologized and got me checked in and pulled my car in letting me know that they accept cars until 7pm. She also helped me with my moms battery which I brought with me that needed to be exchanged under warranty with 0 hassle despite not having my receipt as it is a Walmart branded battery. Thanks again Tracy.

Had a screw in my tire and went here to get it repaired. Got checked in and the mechanic (Ira) used a floor jack to take the tire off. Next thing I know they told me they could t fix it as the auto care manager told them they weren t allowed to use a floor jack. At this point all the other shops were closed, but they still wouldn t help. Spoke to the manager who is a guy with a red beard and he stated it was against policy to use the floor jack and the other two lifts weren t operational due to a blown seal. Why have a floor jack if you can t use it? Why stop the repair when they were already in the middle of doing it? Left me high and dry.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have bad experiences every time I try to give them a chance. This morning I decided to give them another chance and went to get an oil change. The first clue that this wasn't going to go well was when the car in front of me backed up and left without getting service. There was only 1 car in the bay and the other bay was empty so they didn't appear to be busy at just after 8am on a Monday morning. I waited for someone to come up to me and ask what I needed. Two employees looked at me and just kept doing what they were doing and completely ignored me. I wasn't acknowledged at all so I too backed out and left. Worst service ever!

Best price and honest service.Several other shops lied or didn't know about the TPMS issue on my car and wanted me to spend between $150 - $400 to change all 4 TPMS sensors.Walmart did the relearn procedure for around $5!They saved me hundreds and the wheels are priced at normal, good rates. I got 2 new tires and the TPMS re-learn. Best deal.I won't go back to other tire shops.Highly suggested for anything tires.Thank you to Nick and everyone here for all the great help, I really appreciate that a lot.

Never trusting Walmart for an oil change again. Didn t have the time to do it myself last time so I brought my car here for an oil change. The guys who work here not only thread locked the oil release plug but also the oil filter.

Went to get two front tires. Took 2.5 hours. They couldnt call me because they put the wrong vin and phone number in the computer my car sat done while i waited for absolutely no reason. Just go see a pro honestly. I went here because the size tire i needed is common and figured they would have a larger then average selection but they only had two. Took wayyy to long. Incompetent staff. Wasnt even capable of useing a single computer system the same program im sure they use every single day.

Several employees in the San Clemente auto center don't have the best people skills. But they're hardworking and take pride in their work. Prices are reasonable. Service hours are great and wait times are short.

Im very disappointed in this location. I had come to this walmart location for a oil change at 10am on my truck, I was told it would only take 1 hour (since my truck was the only one there). I had my 2 little kids with me, so 1 hour of waiting sounded great. I checked back after an hour and they said it wasnt done, which was fine with me i understand these things cant be rushed. So I waited another hour and came to find out my truck hadnt even been started (it was still in the same spot i left it when the mechanics took the keys from me). I don't plan on coming back to this location nor do i recommend this location to anyone else. It took them only 30mins to actually do my oil change. Yet my children and myself had to wait 2 and a half hours.

I've been going to this Wallmart for a few years now and they have been great! You can't beat the value for what you get and the guys in the Bay and cash register do a great job. Friendly and willing to help you out with Professional Service. Keep up the good work Wallmart Auto center employees. I will be back for another tire rotation in 5000 miles..!

Went there and it was really busy and wanted a oil change and fuel system cleaning they did the oil change but there was some confusion on how to do the fuel system cleaning I came back the next day and the manager James totally took care of me and got me back on the road.

The auto center Personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with the website vs the parts that they installed the website indicated that I needed one particular type of battery and they install the different one insisting that that was the correct battery. It probably was the correct battery but the website was misleading I asked them to double check the website and they did not. That was the assistant manager I was disappointed in his interaction.

Traveling from out of town and got a flat tire. Not sure who the 2 guys were (bald guys). Super helpful got the tire fixed and back on the road in no time!

Horrible customer service. I went in today to just get air on my tires and the mechanic told me I had to wait two hours just for air with attitude. I would never ever go back to this place.
