We recently took our Tiffin RV to Rincon to have our front brakes serviced and we were very happy with our interaction with Kevin, including the advice he gave us and the high level of customer service he provided. While waiting for parts, he allowed us to stay in the RV in their lot which was greatly appreciated. In addition to brake repair, we chose to also have annual maintenance work done as well as a couple other repairs. We highly recommend Rincon for RV service!

Great experience working with the Team at Rincon Truck Center. They were able to work me in to replace my rear drive axle airbags and generator service as well. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend for any Motor Coach chassis repairs. Incredible customer service!!

Professional friendly people helping in every way possible to make sure you are taken care of!I have a mobile grooming business and when my generator is in need of service or maintenance, this is the only place I can trust! Did I say enough?

I cannot say enough good things about Wayne, Kevin and this company! That they stand behind their work is an understatement! I drove my coach all the way down from Northern Utah for these guys and the only thing I d complain about is they aren t local to me! Do yourselves a favor and give these folks a try! Truly the best Motorhome repair shop there is!

Excellent service for Freightliner, Allison, Cummins, etc. They are also a Tiffin certified Powerglide service center. Small shop that does quality work and is very honest. They service a lot of busses (city and tour), fire trucks, and RVs (diesel). The biggest downside is the lack of a lounge and very limited overnight parking (only one spot that I know of). I've been going there for over ten years and will continue doing so.

Have been here twice in the last year and the service is 5 star! They know what they're doing from the service advisors to the mechanics. Service is quick and easy and last time for fuel the rail assembly recall, they had me out in 3 1/2 hours. Can't say enough good things about them.

Had my trans fluid changed, new filters, oil change and filter, two fuel filters one with separator and secondary filter and the service was great. Kevin and crew provide exemplary service. I asked them to check the tire pressure and Kevin discovered a leaking tire stem valve. He said he couldn t let me leave with it leaking and replaced it himself. Are they the lowest price service, no. Do they provide the best quality service, DEFINITELY YES. I m hooked!

Marlon, matt, tim and the best of all the guys from that shop. Hes the reason why i always go back to that store, LEVI. I WISH I CAN PUT A 100 STAR RATING BUT I CAN ONLY DO 5... You guys are the best and super honest! This place is 100% helpfull!

Older class A no longer serviced.Been using them for years but went to drop off my 2005 American coach for fluid change but was told by service mgr they will no longer service these older rigs.Seems odd as theet are authorized but you should double check with them first.Was talking with a neighbor with an 03 Country cauch and same thing.

Our rv air bags weren t operating well causing quite a problem. Kevin and his crew took care of us in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner! Made me feel so much better with their genuine concern.

Kevin and team are the best there is. Had extensive service work done last spring when we bought our used 2005 Gulfstream RV. No prior service records came with it so we had generator, engine and chassis service as well as tires. While vacationing a month ago we noticed a coolant leak coming out of the generator sound shield. we took it back to Rincon and they fixed it no charge. This great customer service combined with being an authorized Freightliner service center makes them our California choice.

Kevin and Zack were very professional in analyzing a problem with the A/C on my 2004 Newmar Dutch Star motorhome. Kevin, the service manager was patient and explained the problems while Zack, one of their technicians expertly diagnosed and recommended solutions. Thank you guys for being honest, helpful, and experienced in providing excellent customer service.

This place excels in customer service. Both for truck and r.v. services, a rare find in today's needs to keep your equipment up to date. I came in on short notice and was taken care of immediately, although had to wait for parts to be delivered other services were performed while waitingThese are mechanics who know their craft and make sure it is done correctly
