Very nice gentleman, very fast attentive and professional. It s obvious he s been doing this for 15 years. Very responsive. He is a very respectable individual. Took 5 min or less. He even ran code on my car and found I have a recall got the number to the dealership and gave me the recall code.

Best customer experience of ANY business I ve ever had, Sean gives total concierge treatment;Cheerfully answers any questions, gives a bottle of water, seated in a nice little office, quick in and out, even checked and filled my oil for me, andre-parked my car so I wouldn t have to back out into a busy street, made sure, it was clear for me to go, etcHe could teach proper customer service to other businesses. On top of all this amazing treatment, his smog test prices are the most reasonable anywhere. I will be taking my car here from now on, recommending my friends, family, and clients to go to see Sean at Planet Smog!

Today went in for asmog. Talk about concierge service...bottle of water waiting in the lounge for me, in and out in 10 mins and even a squirt of hand sanitizer offered after getting in my car. LOL.The young man was so professional. Great customer care!

It took a few tries to get my old BMW e30 to pass, but Ash was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the results and possible issues with my car. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

This was the best experience I have had doing a smog test or anything car related in general. The process was very quick, simple and pleasant. We were provided with waters, a waiting room and a hot wheels car for my toddler. Less than 15 minutes in and out, and any courtesy that could be provided, was. I've lived in SC for 35 years and this was the best smog service experience I have ever had. Sean, the owner, was quick and very pleasant. This was like one of those parallel universe experiences where everything is perfection. Beyond amazing, fast service and a glimmer in the guy s eye where you can just feel his full presence and warmth with you. Didn t expect to have a spiritual experience at the smog check but 10/10

I came in for a smog certification at this location. This was my first experience with them and they were extremely kind, professional, and courteous. They had a sitting area where I could wait, provided a bottle of water upon arrival, the service was timely, and they also offered hand sanitizer as I left and ensured that I could depart safely on the road outside. Excellent experience. The shop is clean, well organized with a cozy waiting area and is very COVID safe. Sean - the owner - is so professional, above any other shop I have every been to. He is knowledgeable, polite, and always has a smile. He answered all my questions and made me fell like a VIP. No one is better or faster. In and out in ten minutes. I have followed Sean for 15 years. He finally opened his own shop several years ago, off Pico in San Clemente . This is a "Star" Smog center. He is a super pro. My family has been bringing all our cars to the best smog technician around. I was in and out yesterday. Service with a smile and a complimentary bottle of water. A clean compact waiting area is there for the clients. Service with a smile and a thank you. Old fashioned customer service.Thank you Sean.

I also feel Sean is the absolute best!He really is honest and trustworthy. He was very nice and friendly and has great customer service. He also knows mechanics. He helped me out with my Car hauling business as well. I will not go to anyone else!

I feel fortunate to live within a few miles of this young man's business, though I would drive much farther to use his service for both my vehicles. He provides fast, extremely courteous service along with a cold bottle of water while you wait. Excellent service! I called last minute and the owner had no problem fitting me in. When I got there he remembered who I was, and as soon as he finished with the other customer he began my inspection. He is very kind and very polite. It was quick and easy and he was very helpful and informative.

I went back to Planet Smog, and found the business being handled as well and efficient as last year. In and out in about 10 minutes. Sean is the consummate professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! I didn t know I would ever brag about the guy that did a smog check on my car but I was so impressed with the quick, friendly, clean service. I will now tell everyone to go here! Seriously thanks for your service.He also gave a pro tip to use the kiosk at the Albertsons down the street for the renewal sticker, it prints your documents on the spot. Thanks for saving me a ton of time, once again super impressed.

Highly recommend! Have taken three vehicles here now, in and out the door super quick. Sean is a friendly and knowledgeable owner and technician. Conveniently located in SC. Sean has always gotten me on my way in a speedy manner and offers a cold bottle of water on every visit. Will be back next time I need to have my vehicle inspected.

Drove both my vehicles in (Chrysler and Lexus) with no appt, no hassles, out quickly. The owner Sean is exceptionally kind, always has a huge smile on his face, extra info to offer, cold bottled water while you wait, and he goes above and beyond. Love his excellent customer service and this place! Will miss it when I move.
