I can't thank the team here enough. They truly are a blessing to our family. We were on a road trip from Vegas, and while on the highway, our battery light came on. We happened to be near this store and decided to stop and have our battery checked. They quickly identified the problem; our alternator belt snapped and was not there! They helped us find the right belt and put it on for us. We are now back on the road thanks to this amazing team.

Very nice, courteous and helpful staff over at San Clemente O'Reilly's. One young man in particular by the name of Jackson was very helpful to me when my car was stuck in that shopping center and I needed help. He went the extra mile to help me out and I'm very grateful to him. Thank you Jackson!

Great selection of parts, tools, and cleaning supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They can get parts same day or next day if not in stock.

Very very helpful and informative, I wee went shopping for a battery p and was informed that it needed a special size and that yes even though O'Reilly carried them there were other chains that had cheaper versions of but cheaper is not always better!

Sometimes it's me. AND , sometimes it's definitely them. You understand. The turn around and erroneous exchange of all kinds of wrong info.mation Both parties to be considered ignorant.But I'm. Not PAID to be ignorant. I'm not saying I should be. I'm just saying.I do that for FREE.

This is our local store. Today, Harold the manager took care of us. Going above and beyond replacing our battery we bought just under two years ago that went bad and giving us a discount on the tender we needed. He was professional and friendly. We will always go back to this location! Thanks Harold!

My husband's favorite auto part store. He relays on Alejo a really nice person, always ready to help, gives the best advice on everything. Never wrong. Haha definitely go shop on O,Reilly ask for Alejo.

My Car's belt broke on a Friday evening! I stopped by this O'Reilly auto part store and I was pleasantly surprised that first of all they had the belt and broken pulley for my 1999 Mercedes and I was given the tools and the advise to get the problem fixed! I particularly appreciate the tremendous help that I received from Austin Hein, I would have had to cancel the party for that evening without his help.

Walked in as they opened, and all employees had disappeared. No one could help me find the part I needed, so I entered the back (employees only) area and still found no one. So, I began shouting "Hello!" until someone stepped out. Expressed what I was looking for, apparently bothered by my disturbing whatever he was doing, he sauntered down the aisle grabbed a part and said nothing, just made his way to the register and began ringing me up. I began asking questions, and pointing out relevant facts regarding my situation, and he continually nodded saying "This is your part."....It was NOT!! Should have found an AutoZone!!

Had an emergency battery replacement need on my motorcycle. They had the batt and a cart full of tools to do the switch out on site. Excellent experience. I recommend.

So rude, came in for the free check engine light as advertised. Told without comong around the counter that I should take it to a mechanic. So why offer a service and NOT provide it?!

A little disappointed with this O'Reilly. I bought a battery and I'm used to them offering to install for you. This location doesn't offer that service, so I swapped the battery myself.
