Wow!!! We were desperate. We had a flat tire on the highway. No tow trucks available for hours. I had to meet my mentally handicapped relative at the airport in a few hours. I called three tire shops. One didn't have the tire we need. The other said they'd get to us when they could. Sergio at Holley's said "we have the tires, come by and we'll get you taken care of." We drove at 6 mph making sure there was rubber between the rim and the pavement. When we got there, even though they were busy, they took care of us. And they were so nice. If I lived in the area, I would be a Holley's customer for life because their service is A+. Thank you. Because of Holley's, I made it to meet my relative in time.

I contacted Sergio ahead of time to see if they dealt with aftermarket componets (adjustable upper control arm with camber and caster adjustability) for offroad vehicles and was assured they absolutely do. I was excited hear that this shop is willing to adjust this product unlike every single other shop in town which does NOT.I dropped off my vehicle near closing and told Sergo the specific parameters of my allignment. I recieved it the next day. I noticed that they did not follow my instructions, however the vehicle was alligned (in fact they did the exact oppsite of what i asked of them). I trusted there was a reason due to their expertise, I thanked them and left.A few days later i could not leave the steep driveway at work because my tire was locking up try to reverse within the fender and these are my small tires for street driving. I called sergio and was asked to show up saturday morning. When i pointed out that they chose to do the opposite of what i asked them, move be entire wheel BACKWARDS, rather than forwards i was told that each wheel is alligned INDEPENDENTLY. I asked him why one wheel is an inch backward from the other, he stood his ground that they did everything correctly. Considering that I followed the same parameter as many friends of mine with the same vehicle, i got to researching allignemnts so i could get this done right.After extensive research i called Sergo and explained that i started this conversation with a specific set of instructions, not for someone to say they met vehicle specification, and to completely ignore the adjustable aftermarket componet that totals 1000$ in cost. Sergio expressed that he wanted to make things right.I showed up Friday morning, with my work laptop and made myself completely available for any questions in the office. At this point I was working with his two allignment experts. On atleast 5 different occasions across Sergio and his two experts i instructed them to put their finger on the SLOT that adjusts the ONLY the paramter that they had been compaining about. "What do we do about the camber". On every single occasion they refused, scoffed and sighed as if I am the one making their job difficult.I dont want to micromanage two grown adults however i will note that every single time i checked in about every 30 mins, his two experts were sitting on their phone. Clearly neither of those times did they actually look up the componet they needed to adjust.After 1.5 of the 2.5 hours i spent there, his workers met all the parameter i asked them by finally following my specific instruction. Somehow they also managed to do this without making completely different settings on the drivers and passanger side like they had to before. The only one remaining being the one that is adjusted by sliding along a slot and instructed them to do so. Pleased that there we finally came to a solution i went back the office. An hour later they chose to rotate this joint rather than slide it, completely messing up the remainder of the settings, and they threw there arms up- "what do you want us to do now". At this point i told them to get the car off the lift, thanked them for trying, and told them ill go elsewhere. I thanked sergio for trying and suggested not to offer the service he clearly oversold. I felt most sorry for his technicians who were put in an unfortunate circumstance.I ended up printing an overhead view of the aftermarket componet with letters pointing to where camber adjustment is located as to help these gentlemen not embarass themselves to this scale in the future. I work in the construction industry and have seen ego caused by decades of expertiese be the only thing that stands between a sucess and failure. I made multiple efforts to steer these experts in the right direction.Next time somebody tells you to touch a componet, do it, rather than behaving like the individual who has had just completed every single service your shop offers on their own vehicle is an idiot. No effort to follow torque specs either.

Needless to say, finding a shop that's trustworthy, honest, fair in their pricing, and knowledgeable at diagnosing what is exactly wrong with your vehicle can be overwhelming and disheartening. Fortunately, walking into Holley's Tire Service took all that worry away. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at home having been warmly greeted by Sergio who inquired as to how he could be of assistance. He attentively listened, despite my lack of mechanical lingo, assuring me that after an inspection he would have precise answers for me. Not only did he pinpoint the problem, but he was very honest about labor, parts, and warranties, as well as thoroughly explaining the process and importance of what needed to be fixed. Needless to say, I am so very happy I found Sergio at Holley's Tire Service. I can see why they've been around since 1961 -- exceptional knowledge, stellar customer service, transparency, and honesty. I won't be going anywhere else. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. Having grown up in San Clemente, I try to stay tuned in to recommendations of local businesses that provide good service. I had been going to Robbie's Tire & have gotten good service & fair prices. Today, they did not have the tires I needed in stock & I was unable to return another day. I recalled Holley's Tire being highly recommended. Sergio & his guys hooked me up! I had been quoted a price, which was $10 more than I got at Robbie's but the value of my time made the added $ well worth it. An unexpected situation arose (I had no idea I had locking lug nuts after having previously purchased tires and have regular tire rotations). Sergio said they could resolve the problem. As I was paying my bill, I noticed an extra $30 charge. I stated it would have been right to advise me of the added charge ahead of time. Sergio saw my point, removed the charge, and stood by the quote given to me when I authorized them to do the work. Now THAT is true customer service! I was very impressed and I will join the many folks who sing the praises of Holley's Tires. Although the shop was crazy busy and more vehicles arrived by the minute, I was in & out in about an hour. Thanks guys!

My son is stationed at Camp Pendleton and I needed an honest and competent I shop trust with my son's Jeep since I'm in Florida. I found it. The locals are right and Sergio is a great guy and easy to work with.

Ron and Sergio always take care of you no matter if you're a new customer or a loyal one that has been coming there for 20+ years. I love them and they strive for service with competitive pricing! Best tire shop in San Clemente.

I'm a stunt driver and just arrived in Los Angeles and it's hard to find a tire shop that can change my special tires. I've been rejected by other tire shops too many times. A friend introduced me to Holley's Tire and said it will solve everything. I think I'm so lucky to have met Ron and his staff who are super nice and helped me quickly solve problems that others couldn't solve for free. I don't think I will go to other tire shops in the future. This is what I encountered after I came to the United States The happiest thing is that my English is too bad, but Ron can understand everything about me, and I am grateful to him from the bottom of my heart. Everything is better because of such a tire shop and such a boss.

Thank you for saving my day. After my outside tire blew out on my class c motor home on Hwy 5 and waiting for over an hour and a half for Automobile Club of So California service to send out 2 trucks from same company that could not change a tire on an RV. I looked for a tire shop. I tried Big O Tires and they said they could not fit RV in bay and could not work on it and recommended that I try Holley's Tire Service. I did try Holley's and the gentleman said of course we will help you fix your blow out, in 20 minutes it was taken care of. Thank you Holley's Tire for GREAT WORK and saving my day.

Super nice people who work there Sergio checked my tire for me because there was a nail and it wasn t leaking and he could ve lied and done something bad and he didn t. He s amazing. Go get your tires done here or whatever else you need.

Highly recommended! Super helpful staff and quick service. My friend got a flat tire and when we pulled into Holley's, they quickly put her spare on at no charge and they were friendly.

The service we got here was so amazing. We woke up to a flat tire and not only did they get us in immediately, we felt taken care of. We were going to put the tire back on ourselves, because they were busy and we didn't want to take up their time. But, they insisted on mounting it for us AND, even checked all our tires for proper pressure and filled them. Thank you so much, I wish you all happiness and health.

I knew I needed two new back tires for my Skoolie, so I stopped in Holley s since I d passed it before to see if they could help. I spoke to Ron, who was super nice and helpful. I assumed I d have to schedule an appointment for later in the week, but Ron told me to hold tight and he d get me in within the hour. I asked if they could check the other tires to see how they looked and was told the other back two had bubbles and they recommended a total of four new tires. No idea how I d compare pricing, but everyone who helped me out were very nice and took care of me quickly.

If you are interested in tire service at Holly's I highly recommend not sharing the area in which you live in. I am not from San Clemente, I live in Riverside County. I found it rather interesting that I was asked for my zip code, because of the fact that I was paying cash. One of my tires was punctured and needed a patch, I was told by a few locals that Holly's was the best. I arrived at Holly's and was told that there was one customer ahead of me and that my tire would be finished in about 1 hour. After 1 hour had passed not only had they completed the customer that was ahead of me but they had other customers already being serviced. They apologized and said that they will begin as soon as possible, that was fine with me. Once they examined my tire they notified me that it was recommended that I purchase a brand new tire. I was told that they would be able to give me a price on a brand new tire, I agreed. At that exact moment I called the usual company that I use for tires that not only delivers the tire to my house but they mount and install right in my driveway. The price comparison was unbelievable.It was as if they we're not interested in repairing my tire by giving me such a ridiculously priced replacement they knew that I would either leave so that they could continue servicing other customers that were having all four tires replaced or pay the amount they were asking so that it would be worth their time. They were completely aware of my circumstances and the distance I had to travel because they asked for my zip code. I immediately was able to identify their trickery and was on my way as soon as possible, I didn't want to waste any more of their time because I know that in their eyes I'm nobody.

Try to hustle me for over $530 for TMPS sensors that my car 2006 Honda Accord isn t even equipped with that system to read them. Told me if I didn t get the TMPS sensors that a light would be constantly flashing on my dashboard. Wanted to charge me $180 per tire and when I objected immediately said oh I can charge you $120. In my opinion he s trying to hit everybody as hard as he can to walk through the door.

I got a bolt in one of my rear tires. It only had about 6k miles on it, but there was enough wear that if the tire needed to be replaced, I would have to replace both rear tires for symmetry. I would have been out around $800. But these guys told me if the bolt left a small enough puncture they would just plug it. Turns out a plug job was all I needed. They could have easily told me I had to replace the tires and I would not have questioned them. Needless to say, I know where I will go when I need a new set.

Got a nail in a rental car last weekend while in so cal and after going to 3 other shops being told 2 he wait, these guys got me right in and on my way. I told the office guy I was so happy I mentioned it to the realtor I ve been working with so he now knows as well what a great place this is.Thanks for getting me in and out so fast!

I needed slightly bigger all terrain tires for my work pickup truck and Sergio got me a great affordable set of tires that hug the road like glue.I can hear the big difference in traction barely going 25 MPH--these are really good tires for what I paid. Amazed I wasn't set back a lot more for 4 brand new decent sized all terrain truck tires.5 star service and will be coming back for that rotation. Everyone there is very friendly. Thank you Sergio and everyone at Holly's Tire's!

I got a small nail in one of my flat run Pirelli tires. I took it to the dealer and they said you have to replace that tire we can't fix it. It was almost $500. I then took it to Holly's tires and they fixed it immediately. I was in and out in less than half an hour and they charged me $28.50. The car handles wonderfully now, freeway and sharp curves, better than ever after they without my asking inflated all the tires to the precise pressure that was recommended. They were really nice, really polite we made jokes together it was like a very happy family environment and they worked hard I highly recommend Holly's Tires.

I came here a couple months ago. They did a good job with my brakes, but they did NOT return my lug nut key/adapter, they also torqued my lug nuts to what feels like 300 pounds. They didn t bother to check the torque spec for my truck, and i imagine they don t do it do other cars. I could not get the lug nuts off with two people and a cross iron.

Outstanding, amazing, wonderful, exceeded expectations, what else can I say? Made an appt to get one of my rear tires replaced on my 36 ft motor home for 10am. Got there a few minutes before 10 and was out by 10:20. Was cordially greeted by everybody and then spoke to both Sergio and Ron. Ron remembered the appt I made with him and made me feel like we were long time friends. Veteran and RV friendly. I wish I lived closer I'm sure I could find some more things they could do for me. This establishment is most highly rated by this humble reviewer.

Holly s tires is the best. We use them for servicing our work vehicles and would not use anyone else. They always do a great job and take care of their customers. Thank you to Hector for taking the time out of his day and check my tire pressure monitoring system.

Since 1961 must tell you something. The service here is exceptional,eager to please, fair priced guaranteed satisfaction full blown credit to the industry/community of San Clemente Cannot rate high enough. Simply do your business here!!!!!!
