Frank s is the best shop in town, AMAZING service every time. Between the value, the quality, the speed, and the customer service, it just can t be beat. Probably best spot in SoCal TBH. I ve been coming here for about 10 years, even when I was living up in LA I d still come to Frank s in San clemente because I knew I could trust them to deliver the best service.

Repairs classic cars! The owner, Jeremy, is one of the most personable and generous business owners that I have met. He has a great shop and his people do great work. I had my old truck damaged in an accident last year. I went out on a limb and had this body shop assigned by insurance to fix the truck. Bent frame and severely damaged front. The parts were difficult to secure during the pandemic, but Jeremy worked for months to restore this truck better to before the accident. Thanks, Franks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My sister got into an accident and her Chevy Volt was taken to Frank s Collision Center In San Clemente. The can needed a lot of work done on it because it was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of it. It is hard to get parts for that car but Frank assured us he would get it fixed correctly. When we went and picked up the car it looked perfect. He had just washed and cleaned it inside and out. All new parts, and quality workmanship. Both my sister and I were very happy with all the work that Frank put into repairing it. Frank is a knowledgeable, pleasant guy and easy to work with. I would recommend his shop to anyone who need quality work done! The good mechanics are busy and people come back to them time and again. Franks shop is like that!

I am so so impressed and extremely happy with the work done on my car at Frank s. My car got hit by a firetruck on the front bumper (more towards the left side) so they had to replace it but when I got my car I am not sure what they did but it totally looked like a brand new one. Love it! Carol was are very professional and cordial over the phone and by email, which they used to communicate every step they were taking to fix my car. And, Jeremy was also very professional and nice even helping me with one last minute detail on my car without hesitation. I am hoping I won t have any other car accidents but if it happens for sure I will take it to Frank s. Their job is fabulous and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

When I first arrived to this body shop I had little to no expectations. From the moment I arrived Jeremy(the manager) approached me and introduced himself. Jeremy wasted no time and inspected my truck thoroughly. He then took me to his office and gave me a run down on what was going to happen next and what to expect. He assured me he would take care of me and my truck and truly made me feel like I could trust him an his team. Jeremy and his team at the shop delivered! They did an excellent job on my truck and in a timely manner. I could not believe how good my truck was returned to me. I never thought it would look brand new again after getting into a horrible accident, but Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Frank's Collision Center if you or someone you know has damaged their car and needs it to be repaired. I would give more than five stars if possible, thanks again Jeremy!

Only auto repair shop I ll ever go to. EVER.I confidently get the best quality for my dollar. Jeremy is a dream to work with, even the staff is next level friendly. Exact amount of money as I was quoted in my initial estimate and walk around. Zero surprises.Everyone is very professional and polite.Got my car right on time. When I was a little worried about the deadline, Jeremy came in himself to put on all the finishing touches and got my car to me a few hours early.My car looks beautiful! Jeremy even showed me all the cheat codes, tips, and tricks to keep my car looking gorgeous for pennies during my de-briefing.

I brought in my mom's leased car that was hit in a parking lot for repairs and paint through AAA insurance services. Jeremy and the team delivered back a shinny car like it was a brand new detailed car. Recently had my Tahoe in for work and the entire experience was excellent! From the time I made the estimate appointment, which was only 1 day, through the finish the entire staff was very professional. They were very accommodating to my limited budget and had the work completed quicker than i expected. Kevin was very professional throughout, calling me with regular updates and making me aware of any concerns along the way. True professional. I will recommend Frank's to anyone with an auto body repair need.

Just got my car back from Jeremy! Owner of franks. He gave me all the details and mapped out what the process was going to be before i even dropped my car off. Then when i did drop the car he explained in further detail of the steps that were going to take place and a timeframe. He updated me everyday, and also provides me a picture here and there when i requested. the car was done in timely fashion and looked better than when i bought it off the lot!!! By far the best experience ive had. He made being hit in an accident, way less stressful than it usually is. Thank You Jeremy & Guys at Franks Auto Collision! I will see you again!!!!

My 2009 Subaru Outback was taken to Frank's Collision Center for repairs after a freak accident.My front left wheel flew off my car. When I saw the damage I was in shock, luckily no one was injured. My car was taken to Frank's Collision from Irvine Subaru. My car looks great. The staff were very helpful. Juan knew I was anxious about the whole experience . He was reassuring and very helpful. Irvine Subaru and Frank's really were amazing

Hi neighbors! If you re looking for a local Auto body repair shop I highly recommend Frank's Collision Center. It s a family business and they do great work. Ask for Jeremy at the Avenida de la Estrella location.He was so nice, honest and helpful. They did a wonderful job with my car. I can t be happier!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing work, excellent quality. My far the most prestige and detailed body shop I have ever been to. I have taken my car here a couple times to get some work done and the results always seem to amaze me. I know Jeremy and his team will get everything done right!

Promised date was accurate. Replacement hood on dock before drop off on Monday with Friday ECD. New hood was painted with a very small imperfection (left over paint dot). Color metallic white was perfect match. However you can tell where the damaged was repaired on Bumper bc of color mismatched and overspray on grill with a distinct line where not enough masking was done. I will let them know.

Frank's is one of the best collision repairs shops around. They do a great job and I should know. I had enough work done I should qualify for frequent flyer points (I am a terrible driver who gets lots of minor scrapes and dents). Go see Juan at Frank's.

Turned our vehical on 12/13/20 it is now 1/29/20 and were still awaiting a call, email, letter, smoke signal, two tin cans and a string to get any information if our car is ready or not. I wish I would have went some where else. To whom ever is reading this. Please reconsider bringing your auto here.
