The gentlemen at Fix Auto San Clemente brought my Ford Expedition back to life. Anton, Dylan, Connor and Erasmo and Anthony are all top notch human beings. The care and concern and attention to detail and their want to make me happy was very appreciated. The dents is gone from the accident and the paint work is top notch. My Car is so beautiful. Great work. Thank you gentlemen I LOVE my car again!!!!

Every level of service at Fix Auto is 5 star. They were referred to me by my insurance company. The service writer answered all my questions, they scheduled accordingto the availability of the parts, and the repairs were so well done, it doesn t look like there was ever any damage. The continued contact via text kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. They helped me with my rental car in both picking up and dropping off so that I could get to work in the morning. I highly recommend Fix Auto in San Clemente!

Really happy with our service at Fix Auto San Clemente. (Unfortunately) this was the second time we ve had to bring our car here recently, but both times we had a great quote, great communication, very good work, and the job was finished on time as promised. All around super positive experience!

10/10 The absolute best!! Not only did they finish the truck ahead of schedule. They washed our truck, polished the tires. And even allowed us to drop off the car rental at their shop, it was absolutely seamless!

So happy I took my car here for repair. Each and every staff member that I spoke with or dealt with were kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth. The work on my car was fantastic and looked brand new again. Highly recommend.

Great place to get body work/paint done! Unfortunately you have to bang your car up before you can enjoy their great service. Everyone is awesome at the shop from start to finish. Was such a great find!

I chose Fix It Auto San Clemente after reading all the positive reviews.The are an authorized Tesla repair facility, which I had to have for my leased Tesla (I think if I went anywhere else, Tesla would have given me trouble when I turned the lease back in.I am very happy with the work these guys did. The car looks like new and they washed the entire car for me afterwards.I will definitely use these guys again for any future work I need. The facility is clean (as body shops go ) But I was really impressed with the team - all are professional and looked after my needs, getting me a ride up to the car rental offices.I can highly recommend this shop for Tesla repairs.They only use Tesla OEM parts - which can add time getting parts - but they are well aware of the Tesla process and get all parts in advance of the actual repair. In my case, that meant 3 weeks delay - but I was able to keep driving the car and avoid rental issues while they obtained the parts from Tesla. That s on Tesla and their processes (or lack thereof) but Fix-it made that as painless as possible for me.Fix It Auto gets a big five stars from me.

Fixed the body work so well, it looked fresh off the factory line. The workers were super nice, honest, and very polite. I would definitely give them 5 stars, except when I picked my car up, the convertible top no longer went back up. I ll edit this to 5 stars once it gets resolved, because these guys deserve it, but at the same time my car has a new issue to fix.

Great shop. Everybody is so professional and nice. It was very painless and easy for me to get my vehicle and get it evaluated get a quote etc. They worked with the insurance company made a super easy they were convenient and extremely professional again. I highly recommend.

The gentleman there were all very kind and helpful and I felt they were very truthful. They were prompt with all of the service! One of their names was Tyler I believe, just very courteous and even helped wipe my car down afterwards since it really needed it! They didn t rush me at all either when I got there and when the car was ready and had to get my toddler situated, etc. I really appreciated how kind, efficient and informative they were with me. I was also so pleased at the lower price for the repair then I initially was quoted, that was a huge win for me! Thank you guys! All of you there were awesome! Five plus stars for sure!!!

I was referred by my insurance for repair of fender damage to my Tesla. I was happy to know they are Tesla Certified. I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and frequent updates from Dylan and Connor. They were very efficient and did not have the car for muchmore than a week. The repair work was so perfect it took my breath away! They returned the car fully washed and vacuumed. My car looked brand new. Thank you Fix Auto!Service: Body & Trim

Had an amazing experience with Fix Auto, San Clemente! Everything from scheduling the quote to picking up when incredibly smooth. I felt that the quote for the work done was very fair. They did what they promised, they communicated throughout the process, and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for body Work done on their car. Fix Auto Body in San Clemente gave us superior service repairing our damaged car. Due to their busy schedule, it took a little longer to get in than maybe another shop, but it was completely worth the wait. I received daily updates regarding progress, including complete explanation of what was happening.The service team was really helpful and our car was finished a day ahead of schedule.On the day we picked up our car I met the owner and conveyed my appreciation for his team.Service: Body & Trim

These guys went above and beyond what most body and paint shops. Not only do they do a quality job, but while I was away they coordinated with a nearby tire shop to get new tires,( different than ones I had previously), but also Aline me t and other work I found out I needed. After all the work was done they cleaned and polished my vehicle and dropped it off at my house. Did I mention that all this was done while I was away on vacation in Hawaii. I came home to a restored vehicle. Above my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Everyone here was super nice. They got my car fixed a day earlier then they had planned and I love that they work so closely with Enterprise to make sure I had a car to take home with me. Everyone of the staff was friendly and gracious. They were very considerate of our time, and we were able to have our job (which was excellent) done a day or two earlier than expected, saving us a lot of inconvenience.We would certainly recommend their service without reservation.This is now our go to place for any auto body needs.
