After careful consideration and as a level seven local guide on Google, as well as a long-standing customer for over five years +, I must express my concerns regarding the recent changes in this business. The owner, Eric, appears to be prioritizing cart repairs over customer satisfaction. The behaviors of Debbie have resulted in several employees voluntarily resigning as well as customers leaving.Furthermore, the quality of golf carts offered is limited to the Evolution brand, and there are no higher-quality street legal options available.The physical condition of the establishment also requires attention, as the building has not undergone renovations for some time, attracting homeless individuals. See the pictures.Overall, I sincerely hope that this business will reconsider its current practices and strive for improvement to meet the expectations and standards of customers, employees, and San Clemente residents alike in the 21st century.

This is a great company! The sales process was super easy, Debi was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the carts are very well priced. I had some initial questions and concerns when my cart was delivered, and Debi and Cody were absolutely committed to make sure I love everything about my purchase, and I do. I ll be a lifetime customer because of this, and I recommend Echo to anyone shopping for a cart.

They just installed new batteries in the golf cart I have had for twenty years. Sales manager and guys that came out to install batteries were all knowledgeable, efficient, and enjoyable to deal with. Nice to see hard working people enjoying what they do.

I was lucky Debi and Eric took on my RXV after a nightmare with another shop. One thing after the next, Debi and Eric were always there and willing to fix. I recommend everyone to Echo and I can t thank them enough for the continued help.

We want to give a Shout-Out to Debi: Sales Manager and Eric: Service Technician Expert at Echo Cart San Clemente for their ability on repairing our 2023 Evolution that we bought from a Dealership in Rancho Mission Viejo.Debi and Eric heard our concerns and issues with our Evolution Cart, and they were on it. Their Great Customer Service and Professionalism: Honesty, Reliability and Dedication paid off and they were able to fix our Evolution within a matter of days. Far beyond the Chuck and Jive we received from the Dealership in Rancho Mission Viejo.Echo Cart has now made us a Lifetime Customer,Thank you,Larry and Christina

I purchased my Evo 6 seater 2.5 years ago through Echo. From our initial connection, Eric, Debi, Junior and staff have been nothing but exceptional to us. Whether it s general questions, minor service or just ruling out concerns, their response and willingness to help is on point every time (including today). I understand things will come up and occasionally, situations may vary. However I ve exchanged countless experiences with others in the neighborhood over the years and not one came across differently than mine. Thank You Echo for everything!

I ve shown up to Echo Cart Services a few times for little issues with my golf cart. They are the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with. One time they checked my cart and saw my batteries needed water and they stopped what they were working on and just filled them for me right there. Just feels like what having a good neighbor is like. Today they did a house call for me and replaced all the batteries in my golf cart. These guys are the coolest, nicest guys. I feel like I have a brand new golf cart and they were here and gone within half an hour. I ll never go anywhere else. I d definitely recommend them! And Debbie in the office is awesome! Always super friendly and efficient.

This is a shizer company honey not a place I would ever do service with or purchase any kind of new golf carts from them. We were in the market in training in are easy go to 5 golf cart which is a street legal golf cart and upgrading to Maybe something a little bit better with lithium batteries. The nice bar with echo golf carts it is about a 5 minute drive from our house so we were able to get into the car drive over there and we were hoping to see some options . While there were no options or you know the 2 cards they had available at the time they were already presolved those were the only things that we could look at which we're kind of impulsive buyers but we do like to see what we're purchasing so that did not really work out for us so we decided to uh find another dealer in the area and see what we can purchase there. The good part was that the golf carts that echo was selling which is evolution golf carts are of course are actually decent golf carts from the research we have been finding online online and they are of great value and come with pretty much everything you would need in a golf cart including being shrewdleagle and coming with lithium batteries . So being that they did not have anything available and they wanted us to order from a catalog we decided to find another dealer in the area which we did it was not too far away either so that was very nice and we ended up going over there the sales person over there Mike was very very very helpful and the helpful and showing us what vehicles they had available trying to talk to us about what exactly we would be doing with the golf cart And essentially just getting a feel of what vehicle would work best for us . In the end we chose to go with the evolution classic Sis classic 6 plus model golf cart as we felt that fit our family needs the best and also because we felt it would be a little bit easier to navigate in-and-out of traffic with it.

Debi was great to work with. She was quick to respond and helped us when we needed to make some last minute adjustments. Highly recommend them, and will definitely be renting from them again!

I'm from the central valley and I went to pick up a cart that I purchased from a local. Throughout the process Eric and his staff were very respectful and helpful in getting the cart ready. After a few weeks process and a 12 hour round trip I am home with my new to me cart. If I lived in the city or close by I wouldhave all my services done at Echo Carts. Great city with great people.

Clear, friendly communication, skill based on experience and knowledge and honesty were obviously apparent in our recent (6/21) transaction with Echo Cart Services. The owner, Eric Tammelin arrived with the part he suspected needed replacing only to discover a much less expensive cable was the problem. Before he left, he checked the rest of the cart including the charger. We couldn t be happier with Echo Cart Services and their personnel and will certainly use and recommend them in the future.

These guys are great! Took my dead golf cart in to get serviced and they loaded me up with new batteries and had me back up and running in less than 48 hours. Incredible experience, would definitely refer them to anyone needing service on their cart. Thanks guys!!!

Echo Cart Services is Awesome!! I bought a brand new Evolution 4 passenger cart & they've been so Professional!! They even put a TV on my cart!! They do whatever is needed for you.... Debi & her crew are Awesome!!I highly recommend Echo Cart Services!!

Guys turn cart from nothing into Magic. They exceeded my expectations and more. They're willing to work on almost any cart because they love what they do. If you have something unusual in the golf cart world these guys can handle it.
