Bob's Auto Repair went above and beyond to fix our car's complicated repair. They were kind, helpful and worked tirelessly to help complete the project. I highly recommend them and have found a honest, reliable and talented auto shop.

Considering I m from Arizona and here to relax and enjoy California, it was a poor timing for my timing belt to break. I m lucky to have stopped where I did, and found Bob s service. He was a pleasure to talk to, up front. Brought the car in, he ordered a belt, and got it fixed within an hour. I just wanted to say thank you so much Bob for being wonderful, honest, and so helpful to those in times like these. You are amazing!

Bob's auto repair saved my car from being a total loss!! My engine was blown and Bob tracked a great engine down for me, replaced it for exactly what he said it would cost despite extra costs he took on in the process. Bob even fixed other little things along the way, like an annoying sound coming from my A/C. Bob, you are the man!!! You are my mechanic from now on, sending all my people to you!! -Bo

I told John at Bob's Auto repair to do everything to my car because I was driving to New York. He could have charged me for so many things. The bill came out to $645.00 and I could not believe it. I was ready to pay a couple thousand as I have not done much to my truck for a long time.

The reviews are legit ! Bob is such a great guy , gave me an honest opinion and even texted me regarding my vehicle and my situation. Hard to find this type of interaction these days ! Recommended !

We took our car to Bob's Auto Repair because the front squeaked when we drove over bumps. Other shops had quoted us $800 to $1,000 to fix it... Bob looked at the car, discovered the problem was just something loose on the front end, he tightened it up, gave it a test drive and returned the car at no cost. Bobs Auto Repair has won us as customers for life and if you are looking for an honest mechanic, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bob has been providing top-notch service for my Lexus RX-350 for over 6 years. His quality and knowledge is Excellent. His prices are very fair. I wouldn't consider taking my precious car anywhere else.

I have a Lexus IS350 with 77,000 miles.I called and Bob took my call right away, it was the first sign that it was a good local spot, although he had also been recommended by neighbors. My car wouldn't start, and recently had replaced the alternator and battery from a different place. I thought the starter, but couldn't know for sure.Bob was very friendly and straightforward when I asked for a tow recommendation, as I couldn't drive the vehicle. I spoke with the tow company (separate entity), and they too were friendly and fair priced, and came out within 30minutes. This is all during the first few months of Covid19 of course, so things were naturally busier than usual, and most places wouldn't take me until a week later. Bob took my car in that same day, and had it out and back to me with a diagnosed and replaced starter for several hundred less than I had anticipated, and what others had quoted me.I highly recommend his fair and honest work, and have to compliment him on his integrity and straightforward advice. Far too often shops will upsell and make a bad name for themselves, and I never once was pressured by an upsell nor was anything even brought up by Bob. He also did some additional checks and small things to help out.I really appreciate Bob, and will be returning there with my Lexus for as long as live here.

My wife and I have been getting our cars repaired by Bob and his crew for more than 20 years, even before he established his own business. He kept an old wreck of a Honda going for years. He has figured out things that most mechanics would not have been able to do. I completely trust his judgments. He often offers options to minimize expenses without sacrificing safety. He is very fair with pricing. By far the best mechanic I have ever used. I strongly recommend his business.

I have taken my cars to Bob for over 20 years. There are very few mechanics who are as knowledgeable and skilled as this gentleman. My 2000 Accord just had its annual check-up and maintenance today and I could not be more pleased. Over the years, Bob has proved to my family his solid integrity, thoroughness, and honestly. Time and investment well spent. Bob's Auto withstands!

I have been using Bob's Auto for several years now for auto maintenance and repairs. Bob and his team are responsive, knowledgeable, honest and charge a fair price. I have not met another mechanic as good and honest as Bob. He'll take good care of you! I would not go anywhere else.

I've been in the automotive parts business for over 30 years. What has impressed me over the years supply Bob with parts is that he is knowledgeable, honest and truly puts his client first above all else. He truly has a caring heart for his client. Bob, Robert and the rest of the staff are top professionals. You will be very pleased with any repair major or minor from this facility. Thank you Bob for honest professionalism.

bobs auto is the best auto repair shop. they are honest . i had some brakes installed and my brakes are the best they have ever been in the ten years ive owned my truck. i carry 1500 lbs of water and pressure wash equipment. i was not stopping well but because of an adjustment that no one has ever done, my truck stops on a dime. thanks bob!!!

Have had 2 vehicles serviced here and was surprised at how reasonable, quick and honest the fixes were. They could have charged us to replace our starter, because that's what we thought the problem was. But it turned out it was just the light in the engine compartment wouldn't shut off because the switch had worn out. A cheap repair. Will continue to take my vehicles to Bob's.

It's hard to find a mechanic or a shop that you can trust and finaly settle into based on their skill and know-how, plus the cost to you. And I'm fairly mechanicly inclined. My last mechanic was in Hemet and I made the trip several times from San Clemente. My girlfriend's father went to Bob to get all of his vehicles repaired and wouldnt go anywhere else. So I tried him once for a charging system issue on my truck. What everybody else told me was something different Bob solved with ease. Plus discovered some obvious developing issues with my exhaust manifolds that were costing me milage. I was very impressed with the whole process and very pleased with the price. So now I am saving you the time of looking around. I know alot about vehicles and I highly recommend this place. Plus I can tell Bob really cares about your best interest

LADIES - GO TO BOB'S! You won't get the run around or guys talking mumbo jumbo auto lingo while you watch your estimate rise. What you will get is an HONEST mechanic who is more than willing to explain in layman's terms exactly what repairs your vehicle needs. My dad has been bringing his vehicles to Bob's for over 20 years and since I moved to San Clemente in 2005, I've only taken my vehicle to Bob's. I even drove down from Chino Hills to have my vehicle serviced at Bob's before I moved here. Why? Because Bob's is the most honest and reliable mechanic around. Bob's is the only way to go!

my my! what are things comming to???? "a pull wagon"?his sign does not have pull wagon onit.......my now 17 year old daughter,myself ,our dad and friends know BOB knows! his mechanics stuff, but if you just ask or if you are unsure, he has never done anything but make use FEEL our cars are getting fixed in the best hands. we breath relief when the cars are in for repair. because we trust him. good guys are few, and he is honest to the point were i have seen him fix things for free, for free? who does that?.BOB'S HAS BEEN OUR GO TO MECHANIC FOR 7 YEARS!. TRUST USE! SURE YOU MIGHT NOT LIKE HIM. I SORT OF DOUGHT IT..........GO BOB'S :)
