These guys are awesome. I had a metal on metal brake and knew I may need a new caliper. They replaced my brakes and rotors was able to fix a pin in the caliper! Yay. They could have told me I needed and new caliper but nope they took care of me!!! I am a forever customer!! We have taken our cars to them numerous times and they always treat us this GREAT!

Quick, Fast, Easy. The staff was very friendly was able to walk in get an assessment and had nail removed and repaired. Out in a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend.

What a bad experience here. Was at an appointment nearby and when I came back out to my car I have a notification of low tire pressure. It was at 20 psi.Did a quick search and found this Big O tires. Limped in with 10 PSI, obviously needed some help. I apologized to one employee for parking in front of a bay due to the flat. He said nothing in response, just a glare.I went inside and waited my turn and explained I likely needed a tire plugged. The bearded guy behind the counter told me they were busy and they could get to it around 6PM. It was 12:30. He wanted me to wait five and half hours for a 10 minute repair. I explained it wasn t really an option to leave the car since I live 45 minutes north. He made it clear he didn t care.I went outside and the original rude employee was there moving a car. I apologized again for where I parked and said I couldn t believe it would be 5.5 hours to plug a tire. He screamed We don t plug tires! Just so incredibly rude.I didn t say anything in response because now I needed air to at least drive somewhere else. Luckily another employee filled the tire with air so I could move the car and leave.I ended up at Fonseca s down the street where they were also busy but I was treated with kindness and respect and had my tire plugged in about five minutes. What a difference in the attitudes here.I don t live in SC but I m am there twice a week and have many friends there so I will make sure and share this experience with all of them and I certainly would never give this poorly run location any of my business.

My first visit to this Big O today when all my tire pressure sensors showed underinflaton. I recently bought this car used, with nitrogen already in the tires. They were able to get me topped off and on my way in minutes, and their tech even cheerfully helped me reset the pressure setting in my car. I've always been happy with service from other Big O Tire locations, so I am delighted but not surprised to have a good experience here.

A+ across the board!! Easy location to get to. All extremely friendly staff. Well organized store. Very clean establishment. Nice relaxing fish aquarium. Highly recommended location!!!

Shop was completely empty - not busy at all. Had to leave the car for a tire plug that should take 5 minutes. Called us 2 hours later to pick it up. $60 dollars. Not going back here for anything

Had a great experience. The office staff were so friendly and the price I was quoted was affordable. They gave me status updates and got me in and out quickly with an appointment. Thank you Big O Tires!

I have been going to this Big O Tire location for several years now, and have always felt they treated me with respect and courtesy. They explain what is needed for my car and what is recommended. I never feel any pressure to pay for more services. They also keep me informed as to the progress of the service and call me in a timely manner when the car is ready!

I am a patron of Big O tires. I support a big brand vs a mom and pop garage because I believed I d have the opportunity to visit any Big O tire and have a similar good service experience. The San Clemente location was a bad experience. I went there at 7:30 this morning to ask them to check my fluids as I was about to go on a road trip. There were two employees in the garage with 3 empty vehicle stalls. One employee was smoking a cigarette, chatting with the other employee that was fidgeting with a tool box, and organizing a counter near the tool box. The employee with the cigarette said he could check my fluids if I left the vehicle with them today. He said they were too busy to look at it at that moment. His statement seemed to contradict my observations.

First time using Big O Tires and I can say that their customer service is fantastic and their prices are very fair. Lamar was so helpful even when I came in at one of their busiest times. He took the time to let me know about warranties and patch services by being genuinely informative and not sales person like. I really appreciate that. Highly recommend this Big O Tires.

Always great service. I don t write reviews after 1 time visits. Have been there several times now and service is consistent. Have been honest, without up-sales, timely as could be expected, and even give discounts when available without providing it to them. Will be a repeat customer.

The best pricing I found when i called around for tires. The associates were super friendly, the car was done sooner than I'd been told it would be, and just a really good experience. Definitely coming back (just hopefully not too soon!).

I need to compliment the guys that work at this location. I was visiting from out of town and showed up less than an hour before closing time, with a flat tire. They found the hole and plugged it and had me back on the road in about 30-45 minutes and made our trip out of town following our vacation smooth. I really appreciate the quick service and great customer service! Thanks guys!

Went here for an oil change and tire rotation for my Lexus LS430. Started out OK but went to heck soon! After draining the old oil the (very young) Technician cross-threaded the drain plug when re-installing it! When he added the new oil, it was leaking from the damaged plug. The manager quoted $450 to over $500 to fix it!! I was shocked that they would take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damages. They said that it must have been worn out! I bought this car new and have taken excellent professional care of it: no do-it-yourself maintenance. Their posture is outrageous!

Got a flat went to Fonseca tire and they didn't have the equipment to take my tire off so I drove to Romoma tire they had the proper tools and didn't even charge me to put my spare om. Thank you Mark ! Good lookin out

Went in for a tire re-balance and they told me the stud was stripped on my driver side front tire. Didn t think much of this until reading other reviews of stripped parts from the same shop. Ryan suggested taking it back to the last place that worked on it because it was their fault. We are leaving for a trip and now are worse off then we were before. Miraculously found a wheel hub replacement and they told me they will not replace it because it wasn t their part they ordered. The part is warrantied from O reilly auto parts.

Very poor customer service. Spoke with Chris who said he is the manager. Not very customer focused. Actually very rude. The day before I spent $700 and was about to spend another $700 but that changed thanks to Chris I will be looking for a different location. Big O, you should look for a customer service focused manager.And if your handicapped They use it as a parking space. So good luck

I use them for managing my wheel alignments.We buy their 3 or 5 years of alignments for our cars.Each time the alignments are off we make an appointment and they fix it in 30 mins.Best alignment deal ever.Thanks for the prompt service each time.Be aware that while all Big O tire locations will correct alignments when you show them your receipt, not all Big O tires sell this package.So visit this location and take advantage of this when in the area.

I found their location on Google Maps and gave the directions to my son, who needed a tire repaired. My son left his car there, went to have lunch, came back and his car was ready to go. Only charged him $52. Great service

I had a fast leaking tire one late afternoon. I had an evening appointment and also needed to drive to the airport early the next day, so no time to waste. I called Big O Tires near my house and they were able to accommodate me with short notice. Luckily there weren't that many people waiting for their car at the time. They patched my tire within an hour and I was on my way. Service was excellent and the cost wasn't that much.

Hometown service!! These guys are TOP NOTCH!! They certainly have my business for life. I have been looking for a great place to take my car and I have found it!! Second time here and I feel like family. Thank you for keeping me safe and informed!! Top marks to Chris and Steve!! THANK YOU

I brought my van here as some lug nuts had broken off and was given a quote that included 3 hours of labor which seemed high since I have replaced them before. It was less than 2 hours between when I dropped off car and got the call it was done but they still charged me for the full 3 hours of labor, plus they still left one of the bad lug nuts on both the front and back tire when they should have just replaced them all while they had the wheel taken apart. Be wary of being overcharged here. The only good thing about the experience is they got my car in fast.

The one dude is so dry and rude. The first time I stopped by because I saw the now hiring sign and he was really not nice at all. Didnt seem to want to even give me an application to fill out. Gave him the benefit of doubt and just let it go. A few weeks later I went in with a flat that needed to be plugged. Asked him about the promotion on their window and he acted as if I just didnt qualify. I asked him about pricing for just getting 2 new tires he seemed to just not want to help at all.I left and went across the street to another place and the 2 gentlemen were really nice. Just like the rest of San Clemente. I love this town because the people here are really nice. But that dude really doesn't know what good customer service is.

I left my tire there at 10am and they told me they would call me when it was ready so I could go back and they could install the tire on my car. I got a text at 2pm so I go over right away I live like 5min away they have me sit and wait. He asked for my key about 20 min after I arrived I give it to them and I was there for About an hour and no one told me my car was ready until one of the guys come up to me laughing and tells me my car has been ready for a while that I had to go pay! It's ridiculous how they will pass by me and no one told me my car had been ready and the guy still laughed at me.. I'm really upset

I previously had my tire service done with a competitor who could not care if I was there or not. Your manager greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. Additionally your price was 10% below the other store. Price is always important but the customer service given by your staff closed the deal.Thank youChick Richardson

I have been a customer of the San Clemente store for 5 years. I have always been given fantastic service. I have a decent knowledge of mechanicals and this shop has never tried to "trick" me into anything that wasn't actually needed.I have been treated with respect and kindness.

It was extremely overpriced. It was 240$ for 2 front tires (I asked for the cheapest ones). And when I got my car back he tells me "you know your battery is completely dead right?" And tells me they "had to jump it just to get it out of the shop". He then tells me they usually have batteries in stock but don't today. We I got in my car my radio no longer worked due to the supposed problem with my battery. However what I think really happened was they took my battery out of my car and we're going to put a bad one in in hopes to sell me a new battery but realized they had none in stock and put my battery back in my car. The reason I think this was as soon as I left I checked the volts going from my battery to my alternator using my multimeter I have in my tool bag in the back of my car, and everything was fine, I even turned off and turned my car on multiple times that same day. I've been driving with the same battery for about 2 weeks and no issues. I really feel like I've been ripped off. The date if my service was 12/6/18

Getting a flat is not fun. When I finally got to their station, they made a stressful situation hassle-free. They even reinstalled my spare tire kit back which in a Mini Cooper is a pain to do. Professional, quick, top notch service.
