I can't say enough about this location. I believe Lawrence is the manager and he is the best. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas and all types of wheel and tire packages. I've brought expensive $4,000 sets of imported forged race wheels, and they take the care necessary to make sure that it's done right. Their machines are clean and I'm comfortable that they stay in top working order, which is necessary when working on all types of wheels but especially expensive ones. If you have an expensive set of wheels and you would like someone who's familiar with them, they will find that person for you. I'm talking to the tuners out there... You can be comfortable here. I drive 30 minutes just to come here to work with Lawrence and his staff.

I am totally impressed with this business. The place is spotless with equipment that is state of art equipment, but thankfully I didn t see them charging more for that. The people were knowledgeable and courteous.They recommended the most practical solution for my issue and they didn t try to sell me anything that I didn t need.

These guys are great. I had a problem that wasn't related to anything they did and they helped me right away, offered solutions, and addressed the issue with no additional charge. They earned all my future tire business.

Great customer service. Deliver what they promise and go above and beyond at times. Prices are always fair. Don't go to the Mission Viejo location, you'll be disappointed.

Never had an issue with Americas Tire... ever! Came in on a flat tire on Saturday after closing, its Labor Day weekend. Made an appointment online for Tuesday at 4pm. Called Tuesday and was helped by an outstanding employee who told me they can see me early. The tire had a nail on the shoulder and couldn't hold air; and needed to be replaced - I didn't have a problem with that. I asked to get a loner tire so I can drive back home, the employee asked the manager and I was denied. Not only I was without a car Sunday-Tuesday, but this one tire I needed could take 3-5 days to get in. I'm without a car for the rest of my work week and had to rent a car. Was a little disappointed they couldn't accommodate a frequent customer.

Super happy with the service here. I had a rather complicated case and Lawrence and team took good care of it. This is now my go to for tires.Definitely recommend!

I m surprised this place doesn t have a million positive reviews. They were incredibly helpful and quick. Took me about an hour to get in and out.I called ahead to make sure they had the tires i needed. Luis was helpful and patient on the phone. Lawrence helped me when I came in and took time to look at all my tires then gave me his recommendation. I m not an expert with cars by any means. Lawrence explained what the tread should be on my tires and where they were. He gave his recommendations but wasn t pushy. We looked through a few types of tire and he actually recommended the cheaper option.The guys in the bay were also friendly and did a great job replacing my old tires. When the car was finished Lawrence gave me a coupon to get my tires aligned later if I need and Luis walked me through everything they did. Highly recommend going here.

Had a tire that wasn t holding air so we walked-in on a Saturday without an appointment and were helped by Lawrence. He quickly found and showed us where both back tires had punctures and needed to be replaced. They had specific tires for our Tesla in-stock and installed them the same day. Lawrence was a professional, knowledgeable and kind. Great service, we will be back!

I m my opinion, they are far more interested in selling tires than providing service. My request to remove a nail led to a sales presentation for four new tires. When I said I just wanted it repaired today, they refused even though I said I would buy the tires in a few days when I have more time.Holley s got the job done and I was out in 30 minutes. Where do you think I ll be buying new tires next week? Supporting local business is good business.

My tire blew out on the highway close to here. I was towed to this store and they were supposed to close from 12-3 on Black Friday. I arrived at about 11:40. There were 4 cars ahead of me. They went above and beyond and someone replaced my tire and was out by 12:20. I could not be more grateful.They had a selection of tires in stock and everyone was so helpful. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Saved the day. Got a flat on the way to work, Luis and the guys at America s Tire had me back on the road super quick. Highly recommend for service, technology, professionalism, and pricing. I ll go back when I need new tires based on this experience.

I am hesitant to tell people just how awesome this location is, out of fear I may never be able to get in without a wait time ever again. But Luis deserves it, exceptional over-the-top, out of his way, stellar customer service the only place I ll ever get tires againAll the employees had incredible attitudes, a super clean and welcoming environment

After waiting for over 2 hours at another tire shop where I had an appointment, I stopped by here. Received prompt and professional service from Frankee, Louis, and team. You guys rock.

I made an appointment and showed up earlier. 45 min later my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I had to remind the staff I had an appointment and my car is not inside the shop. Very disappointed. Why make an appointment if I could just walk in.

I went into America's Tire to replace my rear tires. They quoted me $400 for each tire + installation costs. I asked if they had a more affordable option and they said no. I walked out. I went to Amato Tire in Laguna Hills and they replaced both of my rear tires for $476 within an hour. That was my experience. Save money and go to Amato Tire!

Drove down from LA with my wife and kids for the day and found out I had a puncture. Brought my car in at 3:30 and they had it fixed and ready to go by 5. Friendly people and couldn t have asked for a smoother solution to a stressful situation. Thank you!!
