Fantastic customer service. I came in for a quote for replacing my front bumper. After gathering the quote, I decided to wait a few months before ordering service. The manager on-site was kind enough to offer a temporary fix, adding some zip ties and new clips. To my surprise, he did this complimentary, even though I hadn't paid for any services. This is the level of customer service you simply do not find anymore. When I do replace my bumper, this is where I'll be going!Service: Body & Trim

Just picked my 2011 VW Sport Wagon up after someone backed into me while stopped at a light - it was entirely the other person's fault, so I was dependent on his insurance for coverage since I had just dropped my collision coverage last year. Just my luck!I almost decided to go with the Nationwide "On Your Side Auto Repair Network" after hearing the adjuster's pitch, but sure glad I did not after this learning experience - NEVER do this, as it is not in your best interest!So after doing on-line research, I saw the incredible 5 Star ratings that Caesar gets for his service and work and gave him a call. WOW! I could not believe how honest and professional this guy is and knew from the get go that I was going to be very happy with the final result and I was! In spite of unbelievable bureaucratic run-arounds from NATIONWIDE causing delays and significantly more cost for both Caesar and the claim settlement, Caesar always had my interest as top priority.EXAMPLE: The nationwide adjuster and his so called "manager", refused to approve the needed original VW manufactured bumper cover in spite of Caesar warning them that from his personal experience MANY times over, the cheap China made covers would not fit properly and alignment with the rest of the car would be impossible. I even went back to the manager and complained, trying to reason with him that he would save his company money avoiding longer rental car costs and time for everyone involved. All I got from him is a bureaucratic answer about Nationwide following "best practices", which I have since learned is misleading and only what the government has approved minimally for the industry. SO, we wasted a week while Caesar ordered the Chinese made part, spent his time and labor to install it, and then measure and photograph it to prove to NATIONWIDE that it was NOT acceptable and looked horrible. After several days, Nationwide finally agreed to the VW part and start the process over with the VW manufactured part - SAY WHAT? No wonder insurance premiums are so high and the industry has the negative rep it has!Caesar also had my back when he did a complete inspection of the car for interior and/or hidden damage and sure enough he found that one of the radiator supports was also cracked by the impact - Now do you think that the NATIONWIDE repair shop would have even noticed this, let alone replaced it? I THINK NOT!So, after 2 weeks, I picked up my car yesterday and cannot believe how great it looks! Caesar went out of his way and did many extra things for me at no cost such as replace a couple of light covers/trim pieces that were missing, fix a few small dents in the side panels, touch up and buff out the entire body to make it look new again and even dress and polish out my tires and wheel covers. Unbelievable!I have no hesitation in stating the this shop is the best I have ever experienced - Caesar has only one standard which is perfection!

Very good company. Their work is amazing and their management is perfect. Working with them is headache-free. I definitely recommend them!!
