Always maintain my Honda Fit here. Excellent staff. Got a screw in a tire recently, replacement had a defect, no problem. Under warranty and being replaced. Tony is great to work with and communicates well.New location still under construction so keep your eyes open for the blue Honda sign along El Camino or you might miss it while they build their new place.

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%.I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off.After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched.After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal.When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager.If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

If you need your Honda vehicle serviced, go see Eric. He is a wonderful service advisor, has an incredibly positive energy, is very knowledgeable and on top of things and will take good care of you!

I have tried to schedule for my fuel pump recall three times, and each time it was something wrong. First time it was the lack of service parts and say that it would take a week to order the fuel pump and I would get a call back. Two weeks passed and I did not hear anything from them. So I called and Service told me to check with Parts. Parts said they had it so I tried to make the appointment again. This time the appointment is three weeks later. Three weeks later, when I brought in the car, Service said that the fuel tank must be half full and below. I said no one from Primo Honda had reminded me about it. Oh yeah, no one reminded you about this? I was quite fed up and called another Honda dealer near by. They said there is no need to have half tank and below. So my advice is to avoid the Service of this dealer. There are many other dealers who are more responsive and customer friendly than this one.

They didn't have much inventory of what we were interested in, but then maybe it's just a matter of timing since Hondas are popular.
