Holland Car Care was highly recommended by friends and they were fantastic. I worked with Shawn and he is kind, communicative, knowledgeable. He and the team were very efficient from scheduling, intake, service and pick up. They have become my go-to for any future work. I can t recommend them enough.

I don t live near San Carlos anymore but there is a reason I ll always be willing to drive out to Holland. Their service is unmatched. They work quickly and are very transparent with what they identify in your car. They will call once they ve got a diagnosis on what issues they found and break down what is priority and the cost to fix. I appreciate their honesty as they always let me know what needs to get fixed and how long I can wait to get the necessary work done. Their pricing is always clear and fair. If your looking for a shop with great service, quick turn around time, and very fair pricing, Holland Car Care is the best you ll find in the Bay Area.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The folks at Holland are the real deal. They were able to cut a different mechanic s quote in HALF (knowing what does NOT need to be done can be as important as knowing what does) and were superlatively professional from start to finish. They were great about explaining what needs to be done and why, intuitive about how they might make things easier for us (offering a ride, offering a courtesy car), and communicative throughout the repair process. Highly recommend.

This is my second time getting my car serviced here. My old mechanic closed up shop and recommend this place and very glad he did. Service is great! Quick! Easy! Helpful and don t feel pressured to get things I may not necessarily need. My car is getting up there in miles (2015 Audi Q3 almost 200,000 miles). They have a nice little sitting area so I could work remotely while I got my oil change but also if you don t want to wait there they provide a car service to drive you to work or home. I will definitely continue to bring my car here to hopefully keep it running for many more miles.

Blake was incredible from the moment I called him. The quote, the follow-up and the work was awesome. He kept to the cost and timeline while keeping me updated along the way. They replaced the motor in my 2014 750Li and had it running like its brand new. 4.4 Twin Turbo was a cake walk for this incredible team. Very thorough throughout thr process and returned my car clean and ready to go for the weekend. I would suggest them for big and small jobs. They will see me again for maintenance along with my family and friends.Service: Engine repair

I had a miss in my engine at idle. This usual causes were addressed but problem remained. Holland s skilled techs identified the root cause but because of the nature of the problem recommended I contact the Audi for possible warranty coverage. Audi agreed to evaluate but car had to go to an Audi dealer. Issue is still ongoing. Holland could have gone ahead with a very expensive repair but had my best interest in mind. Blake and the Holland team demonstrated the ultimate in customer service. I won t take my cars to any other shop . ever

I have taken my 2004 Mini Cooper (purchased in 2004 from the factory by me) exclusively to Holland since the BMW warranty expired all those years ago. Holland has always done wonderful work and explained why the work to be done was recommended and any details of the work I was curious about. I recommend Holland Car Care to all current and potential future customers.

They were super busy on Friday and they called us on Sunday (their day off) to make an appointment. We got an appointment that Monday and our car was fixed. The pricing for the repair was more than reasonable. Love the staff over there at Holland. We willContinue to use them.

Holland Car Care is simply great. They use tech tools to communicate and connect with me about my car and follow up if I haven t responded. Plus they inform verbally and do not recommend any service that is not necessary. Highly recommend them!

For my experience, Blake and Shawn are the best in the bay area.I went to so many different dealership and auto repair shop and i encounter always some issues.But Holland car care in San Carlos got my attention because they actually care about you .I actually have an Audi with a certain age now and required a lot of repairs , they are the only one without overcharging me , I really appreciate that .Thanks for all your work you guysService: Oil change

Holland took great care of my 2018 Audi S5. I had an intermittent issue with my coolant temp sensor, finally one day my car overheated and started spewing coolant. Shawn and his team proceeded to do a very diligent step by step diagnosis to identify and repair the issues which turned out to be two-fold - an electronic water pump and a faulty valve. Shawn kept me up to speed throughout the work and let me know what to expect during each phase. Always a great experience bringing my cars to Holland.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection

I cannot say enough good things about Holland Car Care. I have been bringing my Mini Cooper here for years and am always satisfied with the experience. Amazing service and work! I heard about this place on NextDoor and after a million bad experiences at my dealership I decided to come here for an emergency problem. Spoke to Blake on the phone and he was super personable and courteous. I was able to make an appointment that same week. Good location and when we arrived staff was inviting. Was able to tell Blake all my cars problems and he was very communicative. They do not push anything on you but offer advice and are willing to give estimates with no judgement. Just popped in because I had a tire that kept going flood and asked if I could make an appointment.Blake was working and set you up time now and I said absolutely.About an hour hour and a 1/2 later I had a patch to tire and I was on my way.Holland care is fantastic they have great service great people.They all make you feel so comfortable.Holland is fantastic fair fast and fun!Service: Tires

I've been taking my BMW M6 and Mercedes G63 to these guys since I moved to the bay 4 years ago and have to say that they are phenomenal. Their work is impeccable and the customer service is world class! I go to the San Carlos location where Shawn takes great care of me. Everything went smoothly and as promised. I felt very comfortable doing business with them and will definitely be going back when my car is due for its next service.Went back the second time today. You cannot beat this shop for honesty and integrity. They told me my oil change was not needed yet and told me my brakes and tires were still good. Another shop would probably have done the unnecessary work.Have so much faith and trust in these guys being someone that has zero mechanical knowledge.
