I am very pleased with Victory Honda they went above and beyond to get me in a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot Elite. I went to the dealership and requested to test drive one which they didn t have available but they were able to get it there the next day. I came the next day test drove it and feel in love such a beautiful SUV, the features are incredible. Everything went so smoothly they were able to get me a great deal. I want to thank Victory Honda for such great customer service and hospitality. I especially want to thank Alejandro for treating us so well and staying late after closing, Hernan for working hard to get us a great deal and getting us a white Honda Pilot Elite so fast which I really wanted. I recommend Victory Honda where I decided to drive 30 min to purchase even after having a Honda dealership 5 min from my home. I also want to thank Matt for helping us get all our documents in order and signed and for also staying late after closing. They have an amazing Team at Victory Honda.

Glenn was the one who helped my mom and i to upgrade our cars and we couldn t be more satisfied how Glenn and the rest of Victory Honda San Bruno helped us. Glenn went above and beyond to make sure we get the cars we want and for the price we can afford. Michael helped us a lot with maintenance for our cars and made sure that everything was spic and span. Thankful for the Victory Honda San Bruno staff and will remain a loyal customer for the next car!

It's never easy shopping for a vehicle that meets your needs and requirements. Even as simple as the color can be a deal breaker. I had an outstanding time shopping for a car at Victory Honda of San Bruno. When we first arrived we got greeted by Peter really friendly and very helpful lot attendant. He never hesitated to get you keys to any car you wanted to test drive did not matter how buried the car was. When it came time for the paperwork, Carolina in finance was very nice and would go the extra mile to answer any questions we had. I'm am very pleased with our shopping experience here at Viztory Honda and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I brought my vehicle in for a service advisory as I had a few lights on my dash that needed attention. Glenn, Joseph, and team addressed everything quickly and professionally. They made sure all the extra checks such as tire pressure, brake and fluid levels were all good before I left. This was one of the best service I had with any shop and I will continue to be team Honda because of them. Thank you very much!

Honda of San Bruno is such a great spot to buy a vehicle from they treat you like family and it s such a fun experience while you re actually in the building with their workers. Their workers are all very polite even if you re not working with a particular sales person they re all speaking to you and chitchatting with you. They even adjusted my monthly payment to a day that I feel comfortable paying my car note they set you up for success

Amazingly friendly service from start to finish. When calling a spoke to a representative named Joseph who encouraged me to bring my car in based off the issues I stated over the phone. Although I was told over the phone it might be wait before I got service, I was surprised that on my arrival there was little to no wait time. I immediately was greeted by Joseph who went over everything related to my car concerns thoroughly and explained any out of pocket expenses my warranty may not cover. I was expecting to have to leave my vehicle over night for all the work that needed to be done. However; again to my surprise it only took hours and found that all the services needed for my car was covered. Joseph was very kind and left me feeling like everything was in good hands. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle back for any future needs. All around great service and wonderful customer atmosphere. Thank you Victory Honda Team and Joseph for all your help.

I just had a great experience at San Bruno Victory Honda. The people were friendly and great from the sales manager who went above and beyond to the finance manager who was orient and fought for the best rate I could get. These people delivered in such a great way! I drove 2.5 hours to get there and it was so worth it!!! I got a great deal on the perfect certified Odyssey I was looking for with an amazing warrantee! Super Pleased! Great job guys!

He knows what I want based on my lifestyle and very knowledgeable of what he does. I got two brand new cars in less than 4 hours. All their staff are nice and friendly.

Glenn took care of us like family. He helped my wife drive off with her dream car. He was determined to hell up us in any way. The manager was professional, caring, and sincere and allowed us to take the car out to lunch to think things through. Matt, the finance personnel, was accommodating and very helpful. This place is the worst. I had a service here for my car last thursday August 31,2023 and I was off for my work that day so I didn't drive it afterwards. The adviser said that all tires are good and okay. Two days after while I was driving in 101 my tire exploded and after I asked for a road side assistance we found out that there was no puncture in my tire and no debris that damage it or anything. I called them today which is Sunday to report what happened and the agent who answered me was very rude and condescending. I almost died because of that accident and not even a single empathy can be shown while she's speaking.For everyone who wants to get a service for their car I highly advice to not go to this branch. I ended up going to a tire shop so that I can get a new tire and have them fix it.

Recently bought a new car this past weekend! Came in to check out the car I ve been looking for and Alex (Alejandro) helped me quickly. 2 hours later I came out with the car that I wanted at a great price. Worked closely with Leroy and Carolina as well. The service was lax and I felt like we came to a good agreement.

I was helped by Petr and Fares. My car was totaled and I needed something within the week. I went in, test drove a car, got a great price, and had everything done and financed in 2 hours. Would absolutely go back for another car from this dealership.

I purchased my car here and twice brought it for scheduled maintenance, but eventually I found out they lost my wheel lock key. When I called to ask for a replacement, the receptionist said to bring my car in. Once there the sales manager said I couldn't prove they lost it and then lied about whether it's used during maintenance. Baffling behavior to inconvenience and insult a customer for such a small mistake on their part.

Every time I call the service department they never pick up the phone. They must of thought I was an idiot because they tried to tell me brake fluid expires. I took it to my other mechanic to get serviced and he couldn t believe someone told me that.

Great customer service, especially the finance staff. The sale staff needs to, however, be better at following call. Then the service parts are short-staffed & I am still waiting for my spare key.
