5 stars for sure, I only bring my cars here, it's the best auto repair in the Bay area for sure, you can go there without fear, fair prices and exceptional service, when you get there, look for C�ssio, he's the BEST, super attentive, friendly and solves your problem quickly and without bureaucracy... the best AUTO repair in the Bay area has a name, and it is UCS AUTO REPAIR. Today I had my car's oil and tires changed at USC Auto repair, I had an incredible welcome from manager Guilherme and mechanic Gustavo.I left there with my car in perfect condition and I highly recommend their work.5 stars is still a little close to how grateful I am. Thank you very much for the attention, care and excellent service! You are certainly the best at what you do.

I found a Groupon for this shop for a synthetic oil change. I decided to have my transmission fluid changed too. I dropped my car off. Within 2 hours I got a call the car was ready. Because I had to work I asked if my daughter and niece could pick up the car, they had no problem with it. They were accommodating in the definition of the word.My car feels so much better with the changing of the fluids. I was hesitant because it was a shop I had not gone to before.Unfortunately, I have to report that this shop did not insert the plug well enough after the transmission fluid change. Eventually my car trouble light alerted that the coolant light turned on. I took my car to my usual mechanic and was informed that the coolant was burning because the transmission fluid was low and the car was serviced. Now when the car is cold the transmission lunges. Because it took about 3 months to happen, and I was working 3 jobs, I did not go back to this shop. It would have been my word against theirs.Bottom line DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!! Obviously, they don't know what they're doing.

Excellent service, the guys there know what they are doing. It was my first time at Podium Auto Center any the people were really friendly. They show me what was wrong with my car with transparency. I m really happy to have meet such a great team of people that love what they do.

I have had a great experience with a transmission change here, the shop is clean, the staff are professional and nice and the service is just excellent. It was a big job, and it went very smoothly for me. I went to Podium with my Groupon for synthetic oil change. We got there about 45mins b4 closing time. We were the only ones there because they just finished w/the busy crowd. We got to enjoy some really good complimentary Peets Keurig coffee. The 2nd cup had more water come out on the same setting so it was more diluted tasting. They also had some cookies. We got to sit & enjoy our coffee inside their meeting room which was empty at that time. No extra charge was added which I'm happy about. I saved about $25 by using the Groupon. The cashier/receptionist young lady was very nice & friendly on the phone & in person. Most of them are Brazilian & spoke Portuguese.

We take all of the cars from our fleet there and they do a very good job! If you speak Portuguese it is a great shop. Most of the mechanics speak a little english and I rely on young lady who runs the office. They take great care not get grease/dirt in the car. Especially the steering wheel. That is something I greatly appreciate!

Amazing service here! Everyone is so helpful and delightful. I came in for an oil change and there was no wait on a Saturday morning. The shop is really spacious and clean.

When I arrived I did not have an appointment for an oil change and also had to get one tire replaced and without any hesitation they were able to fulfill my car needs. There wasn t a long wait and the service charge was in my price range . I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back .Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Cassio must be the head mechanic , team setting environment , the shop is very very clean , there's food and pastries and coffee foe refreshments.
