I recently had a dreadful experience at speedee oil change and feel compelled to warn others about their deceitful practices. Not only did they grossly overcharge me for their services, but they also engaged in blatant price gouging. Despite advertising themselves as a full auto service establishment, they fell far short of delivering on that promise. Their employees misled me into believing they could handle all my car's needs, only to leave me high and dry with incomplete work and a hefty bill. The mechanic said he charges $200 an hour to replace spark plugs and one engine coil. This is a scam and price gouging.Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and misleading.It's deeply concerning to learn that speedee oil change hires illegals who are non-certified mechanics. This poses serious risks to customers and violates industry standards. I strongly urge concerned individuals to report this matter to the state automobile industry for thorough investigation. It's crucial to verify if the employees at this establishment possess the necessary licenses and educational training to ensure the safety and quality of service for all customers. Such negligence should not be tolerated in the automotive industry.The allegations of Speedee Oil Change violating E-verify hiring laws to save money on taxes by employing cheap labor are deeply troubling. If true, this not only undermines the integrity of the hiring process but also exploits workers and evades tax responsibilities. Such actions prioritize profit over legality and fairness, tarnishing the reputation of the company and potentially harming employees. It's imperative for authorities to thoroughly investigate these claims and hold Speedee Oil Change accountable if found guilty of such unethical practices.

I pulled up at 12:50 and was greeted by cones saying they were closed for lunch between 1 -2. Left and came back at 1:50 and waited. I was first in line they took the guy behind me first and started working on his car. Did not vacuum or wash windows. I ve been a customer for over 20 years. No more. Bye Speedee Oil Changers you just lost a loyal client. And it was over $100. Really??Michael Mak I m am very disappointed in the customer service or lack of that I received today. Tried talking to manager and he shrugged me off. It s too bad you just lost a loyal customer of over 20 years.

I don't write reviews...But so you can save yourself some money, go somewhere else. They charge way more than other places for some services.$350 for Brake fluid change for my BMW when I got it done somewhere else for $180..Do your research first

I came back here after deciding not to go to the place closer to me anymore. I have previously been very happy with the service at this Speedee. Today, I wasn't pleased. I knew this location closed for lunch, so I tried calling over and over to find out what time lunch would be so I could plan my other errands around that. I was unable to contact anyone. The phone tree kept hanging up saying to call later. I went there and they were closed for lunch and when I did return later, I was informed the hrs are too irregular for lunch to leave in voice recording or to post. When I went to pay, I was informed credit and debit cards are charged a service fee- cash only for no service charge. There is a card by the register about this, but it looks more like a financing plan, and I didn't pay attention until the cashier showed me.My receipt was automatically emailed to me and no one went over what was checked and what needed to be checked soon. Very unhappy with the customer service.

I d like to sincerely say thank you to Pwetty and her staff for all their hard work on my car this Thanksgiving weekend. I brought it in to inspect a rattle I had been hearing underneath my car while driving for some time now. It started off as a simple brake inspection after mechanic Cirron took it for a test drive. But in the end, I ultimately found out what the true extent of this issue was. Though my car had to stay in the shop overnight to ensure everything was properly completed, I appreciate their hustle and grind to have my car ready on Saturday so I could have it back in time for work next day.

No one could figure out how to get my 2005 Ferrari f430 smogged, NOT EVEN THE FERRARI DEALERSHIP! the monitors kept cycling on and off even if the proper drive cycle was done. Complete one second, not complete the next. Tony and Mikes Team figured it out!

10/10 would recommend. Great customer service. Lovely waiting area with beverages and a restroom. Preeti P. was the best!! She explained in detail the issues and what work was to be done. I had been changing oil at this location for more than 6 year at the beginning the service was great but last couple of year the service is no the same, always some issues, like yesterday after the oil change service I found the glove compartment of my car as full of oil. They cleaned but after go back and forth to get it done.

Possibly the most expensive oil change I ve ever gotten. $240 for a full synthetic oil change?! They ve also stopped vacuuming due to Covid(December 2023). Then they tack on 3.75% for using a card? I m sure they do a fine job, but seriously, that s more than the dealerships.

Wait time was pretty quick since 5 cars ahead of mine. Waited at least 25 mins and done. They had 3 service tech working. I would definitely go back again when it time for another.

My experience with Preeti as a front desk office receptionist was overwhelmingly great! Preeti made us feel welcome and especially excitement to return to this specific SPEEDEE in the future .Most importantly, we ( my husband and I) can t wait to spread the word about how awesome the service here is both mechanically and in office .Service: Oil change

Avoid this place. EXPENSIVE oil change and they claim that they don't even know how to rotate tires! Manager told me to take my 2019 bmw x3 to America's Tire for rotation, because he didn't know how to " flip the tires around" and they probably knew how.WHAT??

Took my car for a service and they helped me out with my car. Preeti was extremely helpful with showing me some of the car parts that needed touch up and some that were getting dangerous.
