I went in for a smog check that was due in a couple of days, and they took care of me at a very reasonable rate and great service, I recommend coming here for your smog check and other services they got me right before my tags were due

Came for a smog issue. Hector & his guys took care of everything. With a little bit of time & patience my car s back on the road!! My new spot!!

I do not recommend this shop based on their unethical business practices! I purchased a Groupon then called them to schedule an appt. They told me they no longer accept Groupons & would not honor it! Instead of going about it the right way by cancelling their agreement with Groupon, they just leave potential customers hanging. Well, they've lost my business & anyone else who respects morals & decency. I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle after this experienc! Shady.

Edit: Still friendly Staff! Valerie, Hector, and Eric have been absolutely wonderful.They were able to get me out quickly on Friday and I'm back today to get my rear brakes replaced!Pro: Friendly staffCon: ExperienceSpoke to Valerie on Wednesday, she told me to come at 830am Thursday (First come First serve).I show up 817am Thursday, just to be early. Greeted, but not seen til over an hour later. At this point, I'm late to work. Told to come back on Friday at 830am. Will update on Friday.

I saw them about to put the wrong oil on my car. Stopped them before pouring in. I paid for oil change and tire rotation through a groupon deal and they tried convincing me that it doesn't need a tire rotation. I was simply following the vehicles user manual and asking for what I paid for. You re better off taking your car to a service center of the vehicle s manufacturer. The wait time for an oil change was about 3 hours. At the end they could not acquire the oil the car requires... 0-20W and ended up putting a different oil... I will never go to this spot again. The staff is friendly... but i wouldn t trust them.

This place had horrible service First the people there are rude I went on Groupon and purchased a package for a oil change then when I got to the location the gentleman said that they don't honor that because they are Under New Management nowhere in the store says Under New Management nowhere on their website says Under New Management nowhere on Groupon says retailer has opportunity to not honor this price when I showed him all that he told me it's not his fault basically telling me tough luck when you Google their name it says they are affiliated with Groupon I really feel my heart that that is they wanted to make more money on top of me it was ridiculous then he told me if I cancel the group how to get my money back he'll honor the price but in cash so basically underneath the table and I am not for that very very very unprofessional business I asked to speak to a manager he denied me from speaking a manager telling me he don't know when the manager will be back he wouldn't even give me his name and when I told him that I was uncomfortable doing that and I didn't know how long it would take for Groupon to get my money back and I asked a very nicely just to honor the price cuz I already paid he denied it and he told me to leave his business beware

Salvador helped me out today and he s a great guy. Very fair place on price and they helped me right away without an appointment for a tire change

The best auto shop in town! Brought my Lexus in for a throttle issue and they fixed the problem. My car runs great now and no check engine light anymore! Really happy with their service. I highly recommend this shop.

I order 2 tires brand new came the next day to change them they said is a wait of 2 hrs just to change change so ridiculousAnd this guy changing my tires told me you can t be filing me or texting me is private property am not even doing anything am just texting am here doing business getting brand new tires last time coming here his name is Salvador

Went for an oil change. They didn't change the filter and filled up the oil only half way.Unprofessional and only a little cheaper than a place that would have done it right

Horrible and and absolutely despicable service. The people at this shop are untrustworthy. They charged me for services that I didn t approve. Expected me to pay for it even though it didn t fix my car. The lady at the front desk was rude. They lack any communication amongst themselves.Stay away from this place. Find a better shop.

I went in for a simple oil change little that I knew the guy who did the work did not tighten my oil filter under my car. I found out after I drove to Anaheim. I turned on my car and started hearing grinding bad then looked at the floor and I saw oil all on the floor. Basically almost blew my car .. as know as a blown head gasket which freaken happend thank you.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Called 14 consecutive times in 1 hour and no answer. Called multiple times on other occasions and no answer. Owner buys stuff from other companies and claims they are bad and poses as a customer of his own shop to try and get items returned. Gives you the runaround to waste your time and money. Not good business ethics. Shady place.

Terrible customer service. Came in on Sunday with a Groupon and they wouldn t honor it. Read the limitations and exclusions, and there was no mention that they could not take it on Sundays. Didn t even look busy or full. They were rude and the place looked very dirty. Don t waste your time and money here.

Not to sure about this place took my car in with a Groupon they didnt rotate my tires and im not really sure he did the oil change cuz they were done in like 15mins or so ive never had a oil change that quick

Even though they had a lot of work in front of them they they took me right away and were really fast and got the job done I would recommend every one this business.

Worst place ever got my belt done here and went on the freeway way almost and hour later and it caught on fire never again now have to buy a new car!!!!!! And when I told them about it they said it's not there problem open up an investigation on the shop and filed claims with the court
