We are big Wyatt s Paint fans! In October of last year we brought our 40 class A motor home in for a face lift. It s a 20-year-old RV and the clear coat was peeling off like a snake shedding skin. She looked awful but we wanted to keep her so we decided to bring it to Wyatt s. We came in for an Estimate a few months before and we were pleased with the pricing and the detail that they spelled out on what exactly they had agreed to do. We had obtained other quotes but this place impressed us more both in their capabilities and pricing. They showed us around the shop and we could not believe how big the place is! While meeting the people that were going to do the work on our coach, we found out how long they had all been employed there and worked together. My husband and I felt that spoke volumes in terms of a good solid reputable company with good company culture!The day we dropped it off we talked with our representative (Marty) about everything we wanted to address on the RV and he marked things up with a marking pen to document areas that needed attention and so forth. Marty told us that we could come visit anytime we wanted which is what we did. We came by every few weeks or so and learned a lot about the whole process and the fact that painting the RV was full of sequenced work and you can NOT hurry things or cut corners! We enjoyed taking photos along the way and felt good about how things were going. Getting this completed took longer than we had expected but we were clear with Wyatt s that we had nothing pressing and we wanted things done right.The day came where we got to see her finished and WOW she looked good! Another thing I want to mention is that Marty told us to call them whenever we want get an update or when we had a question. He was so good able taking a few shots of the RV and texting them to us. We also got great service by calling the main number and leaving a message for someone to get back to us. Marty and the owner of Wyatt s are really great guys and did us well. We highly recommend this shop!

I got rear-ended recently and this place was one of the auto body-shops linked under the other person s insurance. I brought my car in for an initial inspection, which went fine. They told me we d have to wait for the insurance to get back and they d contact me once they got the invoice. A week and half passed and I never got a call. So I called the insurance and they informed me that they sent the invoice a week ago to the auto-shop. I called the secretary about this and she said, sorry, I didn t know. she then told me we d have to schedule another inspection to look for any other damages, but the next available appointment would be 3 and a half weeks away. That was a bummer, but I said sure. After that inspection, I asked when we d get confirmation, she replied, I don t know, call me back sometime next week. I call her next week about any confirmation, she replied again, I don t know, call us in the next couple days. So I called the insurance instead right after this conversation and they told me that they already called the auto-shop a day after I took the car in about the invoice.I just wished that they would ve communicated all these things to me in a timely manner, instead of just leaving me to wonder when things will actually be repaired. I always had to call for updates and each time they replied, This stuff takes a while. I didn t feel like I was important as a customer.

Do not go to this shop if you are black they don t not like black people and they don t try to hid it they will refuse your service and tell you they don t have availability or blame the insurance when they have already took the check the lady at the front desk is so rude I don t know why this business do not have integrity The way they waste people time is ridiculous.

This place has absolutely no integrity. They do not have free estimates. After deciding not to go with this company due to their outrageous pricing along with their schedule not working with my work schedule. They would not give a full refund and stated they could only give a refund less $250 by check for the estimate. Unethical business like this should not be running in our city. Taking advantage of the average people.

Had someone attach my new car with a sharp object - many deep gouges. Wyatt's did an AMAZING job refinishing the panels so that they look like absolutely nothing happened. VERY happy with their work!

I had a really good experience with this Collision Center. I was in a small fender-bender where the rear bumper on my truck was bent .The damage was minimal I was on the fence about getting it fixed or letting it ride I decided to take it to this shop to see if they could see what I saw and give me options about getting it fixed or just leaving it alone because like I said the damage was minimal. Within 10 of looking at my truck Chris was able to see & confirm that he also saw the damage he also was able to point out damage that I had not even seen myself but because he was doing this for so long . Set up an appointment which I thought was only an assessment but to my dismay they were able to get the repair done and by the time I picked up my truck at the end of the day my bumper was fixed it was straight and I am very happy with this shop they are very professional, shop is very clean and nice the front staff was very nice , they called me back. I definitely would recommend this facility if you value your time & looking for a professional shop that knows what they are doing

Do NOT recommend! Took my car in for a collision repair on October 2021. They had to replace my front bumper, windshield, and both passenger doors. To start I NEVER got any update calls from them or an estimate date on when I would be finished. I was always the one that had to call and whenever I did their excuse on why it was taking too long was we can t give you a car that s not 100% done . When I finally receive my car in the middle of January 2022 I had a TPMS tire sensor that they told me would go away after certain miles, but the thing that got to me was him saying we had to YouTube why the sensor isn t going away which is still there, I also had missing interior piece s that they never put back when replacing my windshield and doors. Passenger door not properly installed and my engine was full of battery acid that melted the plastic tube to my coolant. I mentioned those things to them the day after I received my car so they can fix the issues. I took it back later that week and they couldn t fix the sensor. Now we are hitting April, I call about my replacement pieces which I still don t have and he sound bothered plus he wants an additional 2 days to fix the sensor.

I finally decided to write a review for this place, after trying to get my car fixed the right away. My car was hit in 2017 and after searching for a body shop, I saw Wyatt's had good reviews. I took my car in and everything went pretty smooth, after a week they gave me a shiny new car back. There were some minor issues which they said they would take care of but never actually did.After 2yrs, the car started doing a cracking noise but I was not sure where the noise was coming from. Covid hit and everything was put on pause. in 2021 I resumed trying to get the car checked and fixed and wyatt said they never heard any sound. I told them exactly what sound and where it came from. Other tire places told me it was coming from body frame and must have not been welded right. Wyatt said they can not fix because they already fixed it and there's nothing they can do about it. I reminded wyatt's of their "lifetime warranty" policy but they still would not fix and they said they could but I would have to pay out of pocket.Now I am stuck with a car that was not fixed properly and who knows how unsafe it can be. I would not recommend Wyatt's to other people. Please find another body shop. They will put a shiny new coat of paint but not fix the actual car problem.

Sooooo glad my Dad recommenced them! Definitely enjoyed the service provided. They were very honest about what my car needed after my accident. They ensured that everything I needed on the car was provided.Let s hope I don t ever come back!! LolThanks Kyle, the receptionists, and the mechanics for the support!

Wyatt's Paint and Body has treated us poorly and I wouldn't recommend them. On March 29th, 3 of our trucks were stolen. Thankfully they were recovered with minimal damage and Chris at Wyatt's has had them since April 8th. As of this date none of them are completely repaired. Chris said that he could do the work and accepted a job that is probably beyond his ability to complete but instead of just admitting that and letting us take our trucks to someone qualified, he has made multiple excuses for major delays.After several phone calls and many false promises we were told that our trucks would be returned by the middle of May. It is now June 19th and we still have nothing that is completely repaired.Chris told me in May that parts were still on order but I was able to document with the supplier that the parts were not ordered until 6 weeks after Chris had the trucks.After over 11 weeks of waiting, Chris told me that he has plenty of other business and didn't need our business too. The insurance company has already paid him for the parts and for his labor. He now tells me that he will not release our property until we give he a cashiers check for our deductible. He wants our money for trucks that aren't repaired. He won't even release the parts that he's been paid for so that we can have the trucks repaired elsewhere.

It is a very bad service, they say that they have more than 30 years of service but the quality of their service is very bad and aggressive several of that place, very good service that Jason gave me and very friendly but bad the service with my car everything was splashed paint, poorly finished, do not recommend

Wouldn't recommend if even if it was a discount for half off, took my car for a fender bender they put a new rear bumper left my car with alot of paint chips little parts of the tail not painted all the way POOR QUALITY!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
