Online appointment reservation was easy Staff was friendly and knowledgeable The building was very clean I made an online appointment, I was greeted by Janice, she gave me an excellent service.They washed and vacuumed my car.The sales staff is also very professional and friendly, I will buy my next VW from Santa Ramirez.

Wasted time and money Over and over . I have been waiting for a part for 4 years. Have gone in 6 times. Last time waited 3 hours (with appointment) for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part AGAIN! I believe they may be trying to wait out the warranty. Tried to rip me off. Vehicle covered under warranty-still had to pay for brakes, battery. Tried to charge $900 for front rotors (that were covered under warranty) took elsewhere and paid less than half. And then found out they were covered under manufacturer warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

They tried their hardest to get you into a car even with a tarnished credit has have some good deals on low mileage used vehicles hard to pick what you want they're all pretty good

Grace (Salesperson) and Mickel (Salesmanager) and Edan (Finance Manager) were all super nice, helpful, and respectful. Super glad we stopped by and met them all. Nice dealership!

I waited six weeks for the part to arrive, only to find out half way through installation that it was the wrong one. 4 months later, I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. If you are looking for a fast, communicative service, please look somewhere else. This is my second time here purchasing a car and i absolutely love this dealer!
