I went to this business for help with my AC. From the very beginning Mario was honest with me about a broken piece that is what was causing malfunctions on my AC. He advised me to buy the part & bring it to him so he can replace it for me. He said he could fix the part temporarily while i look for the replacement at a dealership. He was so helpful that he said he would not charge me for the service i needed until i brought him the part. He is a trustworthy man who deserves loyal customers. I will recommend everyone to Mario. Thank you for being so great.

Mario was excellent. He replaced my headers on my car for an EXCELLENT price and did it in a timely manner! He was very respectful. Needed a power steering fluid leak to be fixed but it turned out that my rack and pinion was in need of replacing. Vilchez Auto Care took care of it in only a day, and also took care of other things my car needed. Not only was I impressed with the car repair, but also how well other customers were treated. Never seen a friendlier and professional auto shop. Come here for your car needs folks.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Mario for more then 15 years and not once have we been dissatisfied or let down ..Mario has always been extremely honest in what he does best and I always recommend him! I now reside in Long Beach and I will make that drive or haul my car to him because I know he's liable and honest and my car will get the care it needs!

Mario is a nice guy. He even provided me a vehicle to my place instead of waiting for my car at his shop. He then sent his man to pick me up when my aircon repair was done. Price is too fair and labor is with assured quality. No wonder it's 5 star consistent. Kudos to Mario. Thanks to Jacob too. I will always come back to Vilchez Autocare for all kinds of car problems!

The ac on my car wasn t working took it in . Mario went ahead and told me the problem got the part and replaced it same day!!! They have excellent customer service , fast and reliable. I haven't been to a repair shop that I I could honestly say were trustworthy but the workers at this location just seem to be upfront and honest I felt like they were treating me as a person and not as a wallet I don't know what I would have done if they would have quoted me another price because I couldn't have afforded it and I expected them to say I needed additional work but surprisingly that wasn't the case here I will definitely return and I hope you will check them out as well. The place got the best prices around. They beat all prices hands down.They do everything from rebuilding engine, AC, Oil changes, you name it they do it. Very honest people. Ask for Mario he is the guy you want to talk to very nice and will give you the best price. I give them 5 stars and a A+. They want you to be happy. Great prices and great customer service.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Mario is amazing. You can tell that he cares about everything from the quality of their work to the appearance of his shop. I had a great experience when I had my struts replaced. After shopping around, Mario at Vilchez was very good at getting me an affordable quote and getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. Mario has been my Mechanic for years. He provides excellent service and even though he's gotten much busier, the VIP treatment has remained. He will troubleshoot the problem, give good pricing, and communicate so that I know what to expect. He's knowledgeable about all kinds of cars and repairs. Good guy, good place. Highly recommended him.

On our way up to Bog Bear when our VTEC solenoid quit. Mario was open late, got us right in, and got us back on the road in no time. I d give more than 5 stars if I could. He went above and beyond.
